Press Release

More Than 25,000 Companies Met With Post Oak Group in Q3 2026, Just 47 Secured Representation

Published

on

Post Oak Group reported that more than 25,000 companies met with the firm in Q3 2026 to explore advisory relationships, yet only 47 were formally engaged, an acceptance rate of less than 0.19%. The figure is up only slightly from 45 engagements in Q2, reflecting the firm’s deliberate choice to keep strict acceptance standards rather than scale its client roster with demand.

Houston, Texas, United States, 19th Oct 2026 – The extent of Post Oak Group’s selectivity is perhaps best illustrated by the firm’s third-quarter 2026 engagement figures.

During Q3 2026 alone, more than 25,000 companies met with Post Oak Group to explore potential advisory relationships. Of those, just 47 matters were formally engaged by the firm, representing an acceptance rate of less than 0.19%.

The 47 engagements represent only a modest increase from the 45 matters formally engaged during the second quarter of 2026. However, while the number of accepted mandates has remained relatively consistent, the volume of prospective companies meeting with the firm has increased dramatically.

This widening disparity between prospective client demand and actual engagement volume reflects a deliberate decision by Post Oak Group to maintain stringent acceptance standards rather than expand its mandate portfolio in proportion to market demand.

“We have experienced tremendous growth in the number of companies seeking our representation, but that does not mean we intend to take on substantially more clients,” said Alex Treistman, Managing Partner at Post Oak Group. “We believe we are the best in the business at what we do, and maintaining that standard requires discipline. Our resources are finite, regardless of the size of our organization, and we reserve those resources for the highest-quality companies that we believe are best positioned to attract investment from our network.”

At the center of the firm’s selective engagement strategy is its extensive network of angel investors, family offices, venture capital firms, and other private capital providers. These relationships, developed and maintained through years of institutional investor coverage, represent one of Post Oak Group’s most valuable strategic assets.

The firm maintains that its responsibility extends beyond the companies it represents to the investors who rely on Post Oak Group to identify and introduce compelling private market opportunities.

“We have a responsibility to our investors to ensure that the companies we bring to them are of exceptional quality,” said Karan Ramchandani, Head of Capital Markets at Post Oak Group. “Our network includes some extraordinarily sophisticated angels, family offices, and venture capital firms. These are relationships we take very seriously. We are not going to compromise the integrity of that network simply because another company is willing to pay us an engagement fee.”

According to the firm, its internal evaluation process considers the strength of a prospective client’s management team, business model, financial performance, market opportunity, capital requirements, and overall investment merits.

Equally important is the firm’s conviction that it can deliver meaningful value through its existing investor relationships and transaction execution capabilities.

The result is a highly selective advisory platform in which fewer than one in every 500 companies that met with Post Oak Group during the third quarter ultimately secured formal representation.

For companies that successfully complete the firm’s evaluation process, Post Oak Group believes this selectivity translates into an exceptional level of institutional attention, transaction preparation, investor coverage, and ongoing advisory support.

“Our clients are not competing with thousands of other mandates for our attention,” Treistman added. “When we accept an engagement, that company receives a level of commitment and service that we believe is virtually unmatched in this industry. That is only possible because we are willing to turn away the overwhelming majority of opportunities presented to us.”

Looking ahead, Post Oak Group expects demand for its capital markets advisory services to remain substantial. Nevertheless, the firm has indicated that future growth in prospective client inquiries will not necessarily translate into a corresponding increase in accepted engagements.

Instead, management intends to preserve its selective approach, prioritizing the quality of represented companies, the integrity of its investor relationships, and the depth of service delivered to each client.

“Our goal is not to become the investment bank with the most clients,” Treistman concluded. “Our goal is to be the investment bank that the highest-quality companies want representing them and that the most sophisticated investors trust to bring them opportunities. Everything else is secondary.”

Easy Title Searches Highlights Florida Title Search and Foreclosure Property Research Through EasyTitleSearches.com

Published

on

Online resource focuses on comprehensive Florida title searches, property ownership records, foreclosure title searches, property lien searches, mortgage and deed research, judgment searches, lis pendens searches, and real estate due diligence across all 67 Florida counties. Easy Title Searches provides information relevant to residential and commercial property title research, foreclosure auction title searches, pre-foreclosure property investigations, recorded encumbrances, ownership verification, and foreclosure property records, helping homebuyers, real estate investors, attorneys, lenders, and real estate professionals better understand potential title issues, outstanding liens, and property-related risks before purchasing or investing in Florida real estate.

St. Augustine, FL, United States, 19th Oct 2026 – Easy Title Searches is highlighting EasyTitleSearches.com as an online resource focused on Florida property title research, foreclosure records and real estate due diligence. The website brings attention to the importance of reviewing recorded property information before purchasing, financing or investing in Florida real estate.

A Florida title search can help buyers and property professionals identify deeds, mortgages, liens, judgments and other recorded documents that may affect a real estate transaction. Whether evaluating a conventional purchase or a foreclosure opportunity, researching a property’s history can help identify matters requiring further investigation.

Understanding Florida Property Title Searches

Property title research typically involves reviewing documents filed in public records to better understand a parcel’s recorded ownership history and associated interests. A property title search may include deeds, mortgage recordings, liens, easements, judgments and other instruments relevant to a transaction.

Florida property records are maintained through recording systems in the state’s 67 counties. Because document availability and indexing practices vary by jurisdiction, researching an ownership history may require reviewing more than one source. A property ownership search and property deed search can provide starting points for understanding recorded transfers and identifying gaps or questions that merit attention.

Foreclosure Title Searches and Auction Due Diligence

Foreclosure sales can introduce legal and financial complexities that differ from an ordinary home purchase. A Florida foreclosure title search may identify recorded mortgages, judgments, ownership interests and other documents associated with a property involved in foreclosure proceedings.

Before bidding, investors may undertake a foreclosure auction title search and broader foreclosure property search to better understand the record history and locate matters that warrant additional review. This research can complement a review of court proceedings, sale terms and other publicly available information.

Importantly, a foreclosure sale does not necessarily eliminate every lien or obligation. The treatment of recorded interests may depend on lien priority, the foreclosure action and applicable law. Thorough foreclosure due diligence in Florida may therefore require legal review in addition to record research.

Florida Lien Searches, Mortgages and Judgments

Recorded liens can affect the financing, ownership or transfer of a property. A Florida lien search may help identify mortgage liens, judgment liens and other recorded claims that deserve further investigation. A foreclosure lien search can be especially relevant when reviewing a distressed property or auction opportunity.

Some obligations are not fully reflected in a conventional county recording search. Municipal matters, certain assessments and association-related issues may require separate inquiries. A foreclosure mortgage search or review of recorded judgments is one component of broader property due diligence, not a guarantee that every potential issue has been identified.

Lis Pendens and Pre-Foreclosure Property Research

A lis pendens is a recorded notice associated with certain legal proceedings that may affect interests in real estate. A Florida lis pendens search can help researchers locate relevant notices and identify proceedings that may require closer examination.

For investors considering a property before a scheduled auction, a pre-foreclosure property search may involve reviewing ownership transfers, recorded mortgages, foreclosure filings and related court records. These documents can help frame additional questions about a property, although interpreting their legal effect may require qualified professional advice.

A Focused Online Destination for Florida Real Estate Research

Homebuyers, property investors, attorneys, lenders and real estate professionals frequently rely on Florida property records as part of evaluating real estate transactions. Understanding what recorded documents show, and what they do not show, can support more informed decisions and more targeted follow-up research.

Easy Title Searches focuses on these research topics through its online presence, including title investigations, foreclosure documentation and recorded property interests. The website serves as a dedicated point of reference for people seeking information about Florida real estate title research.
