Fernanda Da Silva Lameira on Planning a Meaningful Trip

Published

on

Virginia, USA, Oct 15, 2026, ZEX PR WIRE — Travel can be a great way to take a break from everyday routines, explore new places, and spend time with the people who matter most. A little planning can help make any trip more enjoyable, whether it is a short weekend away or a longer vacation. Thinking about a few simple things before leaving can make the experience more relaxing and rewarding.

What Do You Want to Get Out of the Trip?

Before choosing a destination, it can be helpful to think about what you want from your trip. Some people enjoy sightseeing and exploring busy cities, while others prefer quiet places where they can relax. Knowing what you want to experience can help you choose a destination that fits your interests.

Having a general idea of your goals can also make planning easier. You do not need to have every detail figured out. Sometimes, simply knowing whether you want adventure, relaxation, or a change of scenery is enough to get started.

Who Will You Be Traveling With?

Traveling with friends or family can create opportunities to share experiences and make lasting memories. Visiting new places together can be a fun way to spend time with others and discover common interests.

Traveling alone can also be rewarding. It allows you to make your own plans, explore at your own pace, and decide how you want to spend your time. There is no single right way to travel. The best choice depends on your preferences and the type of experience you hope to have.

Why Is It Important to Make Time to Relax?

It can be tempting to fill a vacation with activities, attractions, and places to visit. While having plans can be helpful, leaving some free time can make a trip more enjoyable.

A relaxing afternoon at the beach, a walk through a park, or a quiet meal at a local restaurant can become a memorable part of a vacation. Taking breaks also allows you to enjoy your surroundings without feeling rushed.

Finding a balance between activities and relaxation can help you return home feeling refreshed rather than tired from a busy schedule.

How Can You Make the Most of New Experiences?

One of the best parts of traveling is having the opportunity to experience something different. Visiting a new city, trying local food, or learning about another culture can introduce you to new ideas and perspectives.

It is helpful to have a few places or activities in mind, but remaining flexible can also make a difference. Unexpected discoveries are often part of the enjoyment of traveling. Being open to different experiences can help make each trip feel unique.

What Will Make the Trip Memorable?

A meaningful trip does not have to involve expensive hotels, a packed schedule, or visiting every popular attraction. Often, the simplest moments can make an experience special.

Spending time with loved ones, enjoying a beautiful view, or discovering a place you have never visited before can all become lasting memories. Thinking about what you enjoy most can help you plan a trip that feels worthwhile.

Taking photos and keeping small reminders of your experiences can also be a nice way to look back on a vacation. However, it is just as important to enjoy the moment rather than feeling the need to document everything.

Keeping Travel Planning Simple

Planning a trip does not need to be complicated. Choosing a destination, setting a reasonable budget, deciding who will join you, and leaving room for flexibility can provide a good starting point.

Every traveler has different interests and priorities, so no single formula works for everyone. The goal is to create an experience that suits your needs and allows you to enjoy your time away.

With a little preparation and an open mind, travel can offer a welcome change of pace, opportunities to learn, and memories you can appreciate long after you return home.

Shane Devereux on the Inning That Taught Him to Trust Routine Over Instinct

Published

on

  • Shane Devereux looks back on a specific moment from his baseball days at Malvern Prep and the way of thinking it left him with.

A Game That Did Not Go to Plan

Pennsylvania, USA, Oct 15, 2026, ZEX PR WIRE — Shane Devereux grew up around West Chester, Pennsylvania, and played baseball through his years at Malvern Prep. He says one memory from that stretch stuck with him more than any single win or loss.

“I remember a game where I was 0 for 3 and overthinking every single pitch,” Devereux says. “By the fourth at-bat, I wasn’t even thinking about the ball anymore. I was thinking about the first three at-bats.”

He says the at-bat that followed is the one he still thinks about. Not because it went well right away, but because of what changed in his approach before it did.

Going Back to What He Already Knew

Devereux says his coach didn’t give him a new tip or a mechanical fix between innings. The advice was simpler than that.

“He just told me to do what I always did in the cage,” Devereux says. “Same stance, same routine, same two practice swings. Nothing new. Just the version of me that shows up every day at practice.”

He says that reset is what actually worked. The next at-bat wasn’t a highlight, but it felt different, because he wasn’t trying to invent a better swing under pressure. He was running the one he had already built.

“That’s the part people miss,” Devereux says. “You don’t find your best self in the big moment. You just bring the version you already built.”

Why the Lesson Stuck Past Baseball

Devereux says he has carried that idea into other parts of life well past his playing days at Malvern. He points to habits around his own routines today: working out, cooking, spending time with friends and family.

“The days that go best for me aren’t the days I try something new,” he says. “They’re the days I just run my normal routine and don’t overthink it.”

He connects this to a theme that shows up in Atomic Habits, a book he counts among his influences. The idea that consistency compounds, and that the small, repeated version of something matters more than the occasional big effort, is one he says applies far beyond a batter’s box.

“I think people hear ‘trust your training’ and assume it’s a sports cliche,” Devereux says. “But it’s really just saying: the practice version of you is the real you. The pressure doesn’t change who you are, it just reveals whichever version you’ve actually built.”

What He Tells People Who Ask About It

Devereux says friends sometimes ask him how he stays level when something doesn’t go well right away, whether it’s a round of golf or anything else.

“My answer is always some version of the same thing,” he says. “Go back to the parts you know. Don’t reach for something new in the moment when you haven’t built it yet.”

He says this isn’t about lowering expectations. It’s about separating what you can control in a given moment from what you can’t.

“You can’t control whether the first three at-bats go your way,” Devereux says. “You can control whether you show up to the fourth one as yourself, instead of as someone panicking and trying to be a different hitter.”

A Story He Still Tells

Devereux says he doesn’t remember the final score of that Malvern Prep game. What stayed with him is the smaller moment: stepping back into the box and choosing the routine over the panic.

“It’s a small story,” he says. “But it’s the one I go back to when I need the reminder. Do the thing you already know how to do. Let that be enough.”

Cobo Turns Nine: Nine Years, Nine Stories

Nine Years of Building Trusted Infrastructure for Wallets and Payments, for Humans and AI Agents

SINGAPORE, October 14, 2026 – Cobo, a trusted digital asset infrastructure company, today marks its ninth anniversary with “9 Stories,” a series of short films featuring founders, clients, partners, and team members sharing their experiences and perspectives in their own words. After nine years of delivering Wallet-as-a-Service (WaaS) and multi-chain solutions, Cobo has served more than 680 clients across nearly 50 countries and regions.

Founded in 2017 by blockchain pioneers Discus Fish and Dr. Changhao Jiang, Cobo has built trusted infrastructure with a focus on operational efficiency and risk management.

“What I hope never changes is our commitment to prioritizing long-term value over short-term trends, and making decisions about what to build based on what creates real value for our users,” said Dr. Changhao Jiang, Co-founder & CTO.

That philosophy continues to guide Cobo as it responds to emerging shifts in how digital assets are used and managed. In 2026, AI tools are enabling organizations to automate complex workflows and reduce reliance on traditional software while creating demand for secure, enforceable ways for AI agents to hold assets, execute payments, and manage treasury on-chain.

Cobo’s response is the Cobo Agentic Wallet (CAW), launched earlier this year as a non-custodial-by-default, MPC-secured wallet purpose-built for AI agents. It allows autonomous on-chain operations within human-defined boundaries enforced at the infrastructure level.

“To our clients: thank you for trusting Cobo and giving us the room to keep iterating. I believe a better future, perhaps beyond what we can imagine today, lies ahead, and we look forward to building it together,” said Discus Fish, Co-founder & CEO.

As it marks its ninth anniversary, Cobo looks back on key milestones, including a $13 million Series A in 2018, a $40 million Series B+ led by DST Global, IMO Ventures, and A&T Capital in 2021, the launch of WaaS, SOC 2 Type II (Big Four audited), and ISO 27001 certification.

New stories from the “9 Stories” series will be released over the coming weeks starting today. Watch them at https://www.cobo.com/9th.

FX Junction Brings Copy Trading to Everyone, While Their Money Never Leaves With Their Broker

Published

on

Fomboni, Comoros, October 14th, 2026, FinanceWire

Investors In 50+ Countries Can Now Follow Verified Traders Automatically, Through The Mt4, Mt5 Or Dxtrade Account They Already Own

FX Junction, the social and copy trading platform, is making professional-grade trading strategies accessible to anyone with a brokerage account. Investors connect their existing MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5 or DXtrade account, choose from a roster of verified signal providers, and see those providers’ trades mirrored in their own account in real time. The model rests on one simple promise: FX Junction never holds client money. Every dollar stays with the investor’s own broker, under the investor’s own control.

Trading Stops Being A Solitary Pursuit

For years, retail trading has meant one person alone with a screen full of charts. FX Junction is built on the opposite idea. Its global community connects beginners and seasoned professionals, young and old, so that strategies, insight and experience can be shared across borders. A newcomer no longer has to learn everything the hard way; they can follow traders whose full record is public.

Up and running in four steps

  • Create an account. Registration takes minutes and requires no prior trading experience.
  • Connect an existing account. Investors link an MT4, MT5 or DXtrade account from virtually any major broker.
  • Choose whom to follow. Each signal provider has a verified performance history, with detailed analytics covering more than five years of data.
  • Let the platform do the work. Trades are replicated automatically, with latency the company puts below 0.1 seconds.

Built For Control, Not Blind Faith

FX Junction gives investors the tools to decide how much risk they take on. Position sizing, stop-loss settings and AI-assisted risk controls sit alongside 24/7 portfolio monitoring, live notifications and full reporting. Users can copy several traders at once across Forex, stocks, indices and commodities, more than 150 instruments in total, building a diversified portfolio from a single dashboard.

Because funds never move to FX Junction, investors keep the broker relationship they already trust. They can trade independently alongside their copied positions at any time.

More Than A Copy Button

FX Junction pairs automation with education and research. Its free Education Hub offers short courses on signal-provider analytics, the psychology of copying, and portfolio architecture. Daily market news, live technical analysis with entry, stop-loss and take-profit levels, and monthly model equity portfolios keep members informed. The October 2026 portfolio, for example, focuses on ten companies in nuclear generation, grid equipment and data-center power, the infrastructure behind surging AI electricity demand.

For investors who want a guiding hand, FX Junction offers annual support packages from $199 to $1,999 per year. Every tier includes MetaTrader and DXtrade training, performance-based guidance on signal providers, portfolio and diversification consultation, and risk and money management. Higher tiers add technical and fundamental analysis training, company results briefings and alerts when the investment outlook changes.

Experienced traders can also join the other side of the platform as signal providers, while businesses can work with FX Junction through API, white-label and referral programs.

About FX Junction

FX Junction is a social and copy trading platform that lets investors automatically replicate the trades of verified signal providers in their own MT4, MT5 or DXtrade accounts. Available in more than 50 countries and compatible with over 1,000 brokers, it combines automated copying with risk controls, market research and education, while client funds remain at the investor’s own broker.
