Azincourt Energy Hits Radioactive Zones in First Snegamook Holes as Uranium Term Prices Reach Nominal Record

Published

on

Pune, India, October 22nd, 2026, FinanceWire

Disseminated on behalf of Azincourt Energy Corp. (TSXV: AAZ) (OTCQB: AZURF) (FSE: A0U0)

Azincourt Energy Corp. (TSXV: AAZ) (OTCQB: AZURF) (FSE: A0U0) said the first two holes of its 2026 drill program at the Snegamook uranium deposit in Labrador intersected zones of elevated radioactivity. The company is working to confirm historical drilling at the site and assess a possible first resource estimate.

The results, released Oct. 14, come as the long-term uranium contract price trades at a record high in nominal terms.

Hole SN0045 twinned historical hole SN-08-06. It cut multiple radioactive zones over a 30 metre interval, the company said. The best result was 0.07% eU3O8 over 0.6 metres, including 0.14% eU3O8 over 0.2 metres. Hole SN0046, drilled from the same pad at a steeper angle, cut a 25 metre radioactive zone. Its best result was 0.05% eU3O8 over 0.5 metres.

Historical sampling of SN-08-06 had returned 0.97% U3O8 over 0.5 metres. The new radiometric grades are lower than that historical interval.

“This program has confirmed the mineralizing system and setting of the Snegamook uranium deposit,” said Trevor Perkins, Azincourt’s Vice President of Exploration. He added that the results “demonstrate the small footprint and variability of the high-grade veins within this style of deposit.”

CEO Mark Tommasi said the holes provide useful information for verifying historical drilling. “Our focus is on building a reliable geological dataset through drilling and historical core review to guide the next stages of exploration and assess the potential for a future mineral resource estimate,” he said.

The grades are preliminary radiometric estimates. Samples have been sent to ACTLabs in Ancaster, Ontario. Assay results are expected early next year.

Azincourt now plans about 2,000 metres of drilling in 6 to 7 holes. The company had earlier completed a prospecting program at its Harrier Project, which hosts Snegamook.

Historical drilling in 2007 and 2008 outlined a 20 to 50 metre-wide zone of uranium-bearing rock at Snegamook. A preliminary resource estimate was prepared in 2008 but was never finalized or filed. There is no current or historical mineral resource for the deposit.

In 2025, a 10 cm check sample from hole SN-08-06 returned 2.71% U3O8. In January, the company reported that a 2025 sample from the Brook Showing on the Harrier Project returned 6.28% U3O8. Both were selective samples and may not reflect overall grade.

Harrier sits in Labrador’s Central Mineral Belt. ATHA Energy Corp. (TSXV: SASK) (OTCQX: SASKF) holds the historical Moran Lake C and Anna Lake deposits in the belt. Paladin Energy Ltd (ASX: PDN) (TSX: PDN) (OTCQX: PALAF) holds the Michelin project there.

Record contract prices

The long-term uranium price reached $96 per pound in late summer, topping the $95 high set in 2007. That is a record in nominal terms, though not after adjusting for inflation. Cameco’s month-end data put it at $96.50 in August and September. Spot uranium traded near $90 in mid-October. Utilities placed about 116 million pounds under long-term contracts in 2025, according to UxC data cited by Cameco Corp. (NYSE: CCJ) (TSX: CCO). Cameco said that volume was below the replacement rate. On its July 31 earnings call, Cameco said customers continue to focus on security of supply.

Supply pressure in Kazakhstan

Kazatomprom, which produced about 20% of the world’s primary uranium in 2025, said in August its new sulfuric acid plant would be delayed six to 12 months. The contractor had found possible fossils during earthworks at the site. The company said it would assess the impact against its existing acid sources.

In September, Russia required government approval for sulfuric acid exports through year-end. Trade data show Russia supplied 93.6% of Kazakhstan’s acid imports in 2023. Kazatomprom said the rule is not a ban and that Russian suppliers plan to honor 2026 contracts. It said it does not expect a material effect on its 2026 production guidance.

Producers report gains

Paladin said in August its 75% owned Langer Heinrich Mine in Namibia produced 4.82 million pounds in fiscal 2026, at the upper end of guidance. Sales revenue rose 71% to 304.3 million U.S. dollars. ATHA closed about 63 million Canadian dollars in financing in February to advance its Angilak project in Nunavut. Azincourt also holds an option on the Sylvia Lake uranium project in Labrador. It also owns the East Preston project in Saskatchewan’s Athabasca Basin.

Manuscript Partners Launches Book Writing and Publishing Service for EB-1A Visa Applicants

Published

New offering helps accomplished professionals turn their expertise into authoritative, professionally published books that may strengthen extraordinary ability green card petitions

CLEVELAND— October 22, 2026—Manuscript Partners, a ghostwriting and book publishing firm led by veteran author and publicist Hugh Taylor, today announced a new service designed for professionals preparing to apply for the EB-1A “extraordinary ability” green card. The service helps applicants write, publish, and promote a substantive book about their work, creating a public record of expertise that may support several of the evidentiary criteria U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) uses to evaluate petitions.

Manuscript Partners Launches Book Writing and Publishing Service for EB-1A Visa Applicants

The EB-1A visa offers a path to U.S. permanent residence with no employer sponsor and no job offer, but it sets a high bar. Applicants must show that they stand at the very top of their field and have earned sustained national or international acclaim. USCIS generally asks applicants to meet at least three of ten regulatory criteria and then weighs the evidence as a whole.

For many highly qualified professionals, the obstacle is not a lack of achievement but a lack of documentation. Their most important work often lives in client engagements, internal projects, and private conversations that an immigration officer will never see.

“Many of the most accomplished people I meet have done remarkable work that simply isn’t on the public record,” said Hugh Taylor, President of Manuscript Partners. “They ask me, ‘Can a book support the EB-1A application process?’ Yes, though we can’t guarantee results, a serious, well-produced book can help. It puts your ideas in writing, gives the media a reason to cover you, and creates a foundation that others in your field can cite and build on. It can help an EB-1A applicant present a much more complete picture of their expertise.”

While a book is not an EB-1A criterion on its own, a substantive book may help support several criteria at once, including authorship of scholarly work, published material about the applicant in professional or major media, and original contributions of major significance to the field. Published authors are also frequently invited to speak, review the work of others, and advise organizations, which may open doors to additional criteria.

The Manuscript Partners process is built for busy professionals who are not writers by trade. It begins with a discovery call and an approved book summary and chapter outline. A series of recorded interviews, typically about eight hours in total, captures the author’s knowledge and voice, and existing written material can often shorten the process. The firm combines this structured interview method with AI-assisted writing calibrated to each author’s voice, and authors review every chapter as it is completed.

Manuscript Partners handles editing, typesetting, cover design, ISBN registration, and distribution, with books published through its sister firm, Apateon Press, an independent publishing imprint. Each project also includes a press release and media outreach designed to build a documented record of recognition around the book. A typical project takes four to six months from approved outline to publication, though the timeline can be expedited when necessary. Authors retain their copyright, and nothing is published without their approval.

Taylor notes that timing matters. Because USCIS looks for sustained acclaim, a book released a few weeks before filing is unlikely to have generated the reviews, citations, and coverage that make it persuasive. Professionals considering an EB-1A petition are encouraged to begin the process well in advance and to work closely with a qualified immigration attorney.

The service is available now. More information is available at manuscriptpartners.com/eb1a.

Manuscript Partners does not provide legal or immigration advice, and publishing a book does not guarantee the outcome of any USCIS petition. Applicants should consult a qualified immigration attorney about their specific situation.

AI Agent Builder Institute Recognizes SpringBrand in 2026 AI Agent Builder Awards

Published

on

The 2026 AI Agent Builder Awards reviewed the public documentation of nine AI agent builders, and SpringBrand received 370 of 400 points across four published criteria.

United States, 22nd Oct 2026, Grand Newswire – The AI Agent Builder Institute (bestaiagentbuilder.org) today announced the results of its 2026 AI Agent Builder Awards and recognized SpringBrand with the 2026 award. The review assessed how well each AI agent builder documents what a team needs to run real work with an agent: access to tools, task setup, oversight while tasks run, and clear billing. All scores and the full rubric are published at bestaiagentbuilder.com.

The AI Agent Builder Institute and the AI Agent Builder Awards are operated by the clawbot.ai editorial team. SpringBrand is not owned or operated by the Institute or by clawbot.ai.

How the Builders Were Scored

The editorial panel read each vendor’s public pages on October 11, 2026. Each AI agent builder was scored from 0 to 100 on four dimensions: Tool Access, Task Setup, Running and Oversight, and Billing Clarity.

Why SpringBrand Was Recognized

SpringBrand scored 100 on Tool Access, 80 on Task Setup, 100 on Running and Oversight and 90 on Billing Clarity, for a total of 370. The panel’s citation notes:

  • Tool Access: SpringBrand documents providers across search, SEO data, social platforms, sales data and media generation, all available through one account.
  • Task Setup: Users describe a task in plain English, and SpringBrand selects the APIs and plugins to run it.
  • Running and Oversight: Cloud tasks keep running after the user closes the local agent. Steps that need authorization wait for approval, and users can ask the agent which operation it chose and why.
  • Billing Clarity: Every API and plugin draws from a single credit balance.

According to SpringBrand, its marketplace offers more than 10,000 APIs and plugins and ready-made workflows for more than 500 go-to-market scenarios. Developers can also connect AI coding assistants to SpringBrand over MCP.

“An AI agent builder is only as useful as the tools it can reach and the control it leaves with the user,” said Josh of the AI Agent Builder Institute’s editorial panel. “We scored each builder on whether a team can verify its tool access, task setup, oversight and billing from published documentation. SpringBrand earned full marks on tool access and on oversight, and that is reflected in its total of 370.”

Scope of the Review

The awards are an editorial assessment of each builder’s publicly documented capabilities, scored against a published rubric. The panel did not run tasks or rate output quality.

We Buy House As Is Offers Homeowners a Stress-Free Sale During Financial Hardship

Published

on

Lynnwood-based real estate investment company and cash home buyer, We Buy House As Is purchases homes in any condition for cash, with offers often delivered within 24 hours, closings in as little as 7 days, and no realtor commissions or hidden fees.

LYNNWOOD, WA, United States, 22nd Oct 2026 – Selling a home the traditional way can mean months of repairs, deep cleaning, open houses and realtor commissions, a burden that weighs most heavily on homeowners who are already under pressure. For those facing foreclosure, an inherited property they cannot maintain, or a house too damaged to list, We Buy House As Is is offering a simpler path: a fair cash offer for the property exactly as it stands, with no repairs, no listing and no waiting on buyer financing or bank approvals. The company says the goal is to give sellers certainty, speed and a clear path forward during a stressful time.

The Lynnwood-based real estate investment company buys houses directly from homeowners in almost any condition, including homes with fire damage, water damage, mold, foundation problems or outdated interiors. The process has four steps. Sellers call the company’s office or submit a short online form with basic property details. The team then schedules a property evaluation and, according to the company, can often provide a no-obligation cash offer within 24 hours. Once an offer is accepted, the company deposits earnest money with a trusted local title company to begin the closing process. The seller chooses the closing date, and many transactions close in as little as 7 to 14 days. The company states that it charges no realtor commissions or hidden fees and covers standard closing costs, allowing sellers to avoid the expenses of a conventional listing, including staging, showings and open houses. Sellers are under no obligation to accept an offer, and there is no pressure at any stage of the process.

“Our service is designed for homeowners in challenging circumstances,” said Gagan Bilga, the founder of We Buy House As Is. These include families managing inherited or probate properties, landlords dealing with problem tenants or unpaid rent, owners going through a divorce or job relocation, and those behind on mortgage payments who want to sell before foreclosure puts further strain on their finances. Vacant and unwanted properties are also eligible, as are rental homes that have become costly or difficult to manage.

We Buy Houses As Is serves communities across Washington State, with local service pages for more than 20 cities, including Seattle, Tacoma, Bellevue, Everett, Spokane, Kirkland, Redmond and Olympia. Homeowners can watch customer testimonial videos on the company’s YouTube channel, and a seller’s checklist is available on its website. Flexible timelines allow sellers who need to move quickly, as well as those who need extra time, to close on a schedule that fits their situation. The company encourages homeowners to consult an attorney, tax professional or financial advisor before making any real estate decision.
