Young Turkish Entrepreneur Emin Can Yoldaş Expands Digital Ventures in Thailand With Launch of Independent News Platform

Published

on

Nineteen-year-old founder builds a digital marketing agency and a local news platform while seeking strategic partnerships to accelerate innovation and business growth across Thailand.

Thailand, 29th Jul 2026 – Young entrepreneur Emin Can Yoldaş is expanding his footprint in Thailand’s digital economy through the continued growth of his digital marketing agency, LatestVisual, and the recent launch of Thailand Paper, an independent local news platform designed to deliver timely news and community-focused reporting. At just 19 years old, the Turkish entrepreneur is pursuing an ambitious vision of combining digital innovation, media, and marketing services while creating long-term opportunities for businesses operating in Thailand.

Living and working in Thailand, Yoldaş has focused on building businesses that address the growing demand for professional digital solutions and reliable online media. His entrepreneurial journey reflects the increasing number of young founders who are leveraging international experience and technology to create businesses with both local relevance and global aspirations.

Building a Digital Marketing Agency for Business Growth

LatestVisual was established to help businesses strengthen their online presence through modern digital marketing strategies. The agency provides a broad range of services, including search engine optimisation (SEO), content marketing, web development, branding, and customised digital growth strategies designed to improve visibility and generate sustainable business results.

By working with companies seeking to expand their digital reach, LatestVisual aims to deliver practical marketing solutions tailored to each client’s objectives. As businesses continue investing in digital transformation, the agency focuses on combining creative branding with data-driven marketing approaches that help organisations compete in an increasingly competitive online marketplace.

Yoldaş believes that strong digital foundations enable businesses of all sizes to reach wider audiences, build stronger customer relationships, and create lasting brand value.

Launching Thailand Paper With a Long-Term Vision

Alongside his marketing agency, Yoldaş recently launched Thailand Paper, a local news website dedicated to covering developments across Thailand. The platform was created to provide accessible reporting while supporting a growing demand for independent digital news sources serving local communities and international readers interested in Thailand.

Thailand Paper represents a significant milestone in Yoldaş’s entrepreneurial journey. Rather than simply creating another online publication, he envisions developing the platform into one of Thailand’s leading independent news websites by continually expanding its editorial coverage, strengthening its digital presence, and investing in sustainable media growth.

The platform is expected to cover a broad range of topics relevant to readers throughout Thailand while adapting to changing digital media consumption habits.

International Ambitions Drive Continued Expansion

As a Turkish entrepreneur building businesses abroad, Yoldaş sees Thailand as a dynamic environment for innovation, entrepreneurship, and digital development. His international perspective has helped shape both LatestVisual and Thailand Paper, with each business serving different but complementary roles within the country’s growing digital landscape.

His long-term objective is to continue expanding both companies while exploring new opportunities within digital media, technology, and business development. By combining marketing expertise with media publishing, he aims to create an ecosystem that supports business growth while contributing to Thailand’s evolving digital economy.

The launch of Thailand Paper also reflects a broader trend of entrepreneurs investing in independent digital publishing platforms capable of serving increasingly connected audiences through accessible online journalism.

Entrepreneurial Spirit Extends Beyond Business

In addition to his entrepreneurial activities, Yoldaş participates in Thailand’s amateur motorcycle racing community as a Big Bike Supersport racer. His involvement in motorsports demonstrates the same determination, discipline, and competitive mindset that he applies to building businesses.

Balancing entrepreneurship with racing has reinforced qualities such as focus, resilience, and continuous improvement—characteristics that have become central to his professional development as he pursues ambitious business goals at a young age.

Seeking Strategic Partnerships for Future Growth

As both businesses continue to develop, Yoldaş is actively seeking investors, strategic partners, and business collaborations to help accelerate the expansion of Thailand Paper and LatestVisual.

He welcomes opportunities to work with organisations, investors, media professionals, and businesses interested in supporting innovative digital projects, expanding independent media initiatives, and developing new marketing solutions for companies operating in Thailand and beyond.

With ambitious plans for continued growth, Yoldaş remains committed to building sustainable businesses that combine innovation, technology, and entrepreneurship while creating value for clients, readers, and future partners.

Beyond the $40 Billion RWA Headline: Drofa Comms × RWA Summit Report Identifies Four Challenges for 2027

Published

on

London, The United Kingdom, November 3rd, 2026, FinanceWire

The value of distributed tokenised real-world assets (RWAs) approached $40 billion by 13 October 2026, according to RWA.xyz. At the beginning of the year, though, it stood at approximately $21.5 billion, according to Binance Research. Yet, despite this near-doubling in value, the figures say little about how easily investors can trade these assets, use them as collateral or exercise their rights in cross-border transactions.

This divergence between issuance and real-world use is the outset for “Tokenise First, Figure It Out Later: The RWA Dilemma”, a new report from Drofa Comms in collaboration with RWA WEEK, organiser of RWA Summit Singapore 2026. Drawing on discussions at the 9 October summit, where Drofa Comms participated as a media partner of RWA WEEK, the report examines what it takes for tokenised assets to develop functioning markets, meet legal requirements and deliver measurable financial benefits.

Looking ahead to 2027, Drofa Comms identifies four indicators that offer a more useful measure of RWA market maturity than the total value of assets issued on-chain:

  • Secondary-market activity: Trading depth and turnover, alongside realistic opportunities for investors to sell tokens after issuance.
  • Institutional capital efficiency: Measurable reductions in pre-funding requirements and the ability to use tokenised holdings as collateral.
  • Legal certainty: Enforceable ownership and redemption rights, including workable arrangements for cross-border transactions.
  • Commercial sustainability: Repeat customer activity and revenues sufficient to support viable services.

The report scrutinises how regulatory requirements differ between jurisdictions, what it takes to develop genuine secondary markets and how tokenised assets may function as collateral. It also examines institutional and everyday payments, from reducing pre-funded balances through stablecoin settlement to connecting digital assets with payment cards.

“The RWA industry faces a test of maturity. As the value of tokenised assets grows, the question is how much of that growth translates into functioning markets, wider use by financial institutions and measurable economic benefits. Issuance figures alone cannot be the answer. At Drofa Comms, we believe that the industry’s development also depends on how openly companies address the challenges involved. Investors and financial institutions need enough information to assess both the opportunities and the limitations of tokenisation,” said Valentina Drofa, Founder & CEO of Drofa Comms.

Beyond investment products, the report also highlights how digital assets are already being used in traditional industries.

“Everyone is talking about the tokenization of financial products and real estate, but the real movement is happening in industries you probably wouldn’t expect. Think trade finance operators, the shipping industry, or precious metals mining businesses. They are already using stablecoins for cross-border transactions and understand why instant settlement is better than T+2.” said Ivan V. Ivanov, Founder of UVECON.VC, UVC GROUP and RWA WEEK commented on these developments.

The report draws on perspectives from speakers and experts affiliated with TRM Labs, Galaxy, Sygnum Bank, Nethermind, Spartan Group, Theoriq, Reap, KAST, Algebra / Theorem, Drofa Comms and other organisations.

The agreement reflects Sharjah’s appeal as an investment destination and reinforces its position as an economic hub offering an integrated business environment that supports the establishment, growth and regional expansion of businesses.

The MoU was signed by H.E. Dr Waleed Al Sayegh, Chief Executive Officer of Sharjah Asset Management, and Steve Harvey, Owner and Founder of MELT Global, in the presence of representatives from both parties.

The MoU outlines MELT Global’s plans to relocate its regional headquarters to Thara, the latest development owned by Sharjah Asset Management in the emirate. This step reflects both parties’ commitment to expanding their cooperation and capitalising on available opportunities and potential, supporting their future ambitions and opening new avenues for collaboration.

The move also reflects MELT Global’s confidence in Sharjah’s competitive advantages, including its attractive investment environment, advanced infrastructure, and integrated operational capabilities and logistics services, which cater to businesses’ needs, enhance operational efficiency and support their expansion.

H.E. Dr Waleed Al Sayegh said: “At Sharjah Asset Management, our investment vision is centred on developing assets and enhancing their ability to attract economic activities and strategic partnerships, creating new growth opportunities and maximising the value of our projects. The MoU reflects both parties’ commitment to building a sustainable collaborative relationship, leveraging their respective expertise and capabilities, and exploring strategic opportunities to develop joint areas of work and initiatives that deliver added value to both sides. It also forms part of their broader efforts to strengthen effective partnerships and maximise synergies, supporting further development and growth opportunities while deepening cooperation across areas of mutual interest.

MELT Global’s decision to choose Sharjah reflects the emirate’s strong economic and investment fundamentals, which reinforce its position as a centre for business and investment. This is underpinned by the diversity of its economic sectors, the development of its infrastructure and operational capabilities, as well as the availability of logistics services and business support solutions.

Sharjah also offers an environment that enables companies to capitalise on available opportunities, build relationships and establish partnerships that support the development of their activities and strengthen their presence in regional markets. Together, these advantages make the emirate an attractive destination for global companies seeking to establish operations and expand their business from Sharjah.

The selection of Thara to host MELT Global’s regional headquarters reflects the project’s ability to provide a business-friendly environment, supported by integrated facilities, services and operational capabilities. The company’s presence at Thara will also contribute to diversifying the range of activities hosted by the development, while creating opportunities for engagement and collaboration with organisations and institutions operating across the emirate and the wider region.

The MoU underscores both parties’ commitment to continuing to build sustainable strategic partnerships, leverage complementary expertise and capabilities, and explore new avenues for cooperation. This will contribute to creating added value for both parties, supporting development and growth, and further strengthening Sharjah’s position as an attractive destination for investment and business.

Made By WiFi Publishes a Free Year-End Guide to Help Offices Check Their WiFi Before Budgets Are Set

Published

on

The six-step guide takes office managers and IT leads through a coverage, equipment and security audit, a site survey, and a budget request.

Long Island City, New York, United States, 3rd Nov 2026 – Made By WiFi, an enterprise wireless and event WiFi company, today published a free six-step guide that helps office managers, IT leads and operations teams review their office WiFi while budgets for the coming year are being planned.

Office WiFi is easy to ignore until it fails, but budget season is when it is easiest to fund. A written list of what is actually wrong, such as a conference room that drops calls or an access point that has been running since before the last office move, carries far more weight in a budget request than a general complaint that the network is slow.

The guide, “Year-End WiFi Checklist for Your Office,” breaks the review into six steps. The first four are a self-audit that a small office can complete in an afternoon: walking the space to note where the signal fails, taking stock of equipment and WiFi standards, checking security and guest access, and finding out who owns and monitors the network. Step five is a wireless site survey, which turns those observations into measurements. Step six puts the findings into a budget request.

The guide also explains why timing matters. Once a budget is set, new spending has to be justified against items already approved. A survey, a written recommendation, approval and installation each take time. And equipment bought without a survey tends to leave some rooms with too many access points and others with too few.

A site survey from Made By WiFi measures signal strength, coverage and interference, and produces a written report with coverage heatmaps, recommended access point positions and an equipment specification. The report is delivered in an industry-standard format and can be taken to any installer. Surveys are done on site in New York and New Jersey and remotely for businesses anywhere in the country. Businesses that are not ready for a survey can use Made By WiFi’s wireless network consulting for an independent view on what to do next.

The full guide is available at https://madebywifi.com/blog/year-end-office-wifi-checklist/.
