SitnGo Expands Into Cyprus With a Planned Fleet of More Than 50 Rental Cars

Published

on

SitnGo will launch car rental operations in Cyprus at the beginning of the next tourist season with a company-owned fleet of more than 50 vehicles. The expansion will include local managers, service at Larnaca and Paphos airports, flexible vehicle delivery, and rentals without advance payment or a security deposit.

Budva, Montenegro, 25th Sep 2026 – Car rental company SitnGo has announced plans to expand into Cyprus as the next step in its international development. The new operation is expected to launch at the beginning of the island’s next tourist season.

SitnGo Expands Into Cyprus With a Planned Fleet of More Than 50 Rental Cars

SitnGo intends to enter the market with a company-owned fleet of more than 50 vehicles. Customers will be able to choose from several categories, including compact city cars, sedans, crossovers, convertibles, minivans, and premium models.

The first phase of the Cyprus operation will focus on Larnaca, Paphos, and other major cities and tourist destinations. SitnGo is also preparing to serve passengers arriving at Larnaca International Airport and Paphos International Airport.

Airport customers will be able to arrange a meet-and-greet service and collect a prepared vehicle shortly after landing. The company also plans to deliver rental cars to hotels, apartments, villas, and other confirmed locations across the island.

Pickup and return points will not have to be the same. Subject to prior arrangement, customers will be able to collect a vehicle in one location and return it in another, allowing them to plan their rental around their itinerary rather than return to the original pickup point.

SitnGo plans to introduce the same customer-focused rental model that it currently operates in Montenegro. Reservations will be available without advance payment, while vehicles will be offered without a security deposit.

“Our goal is to bring the experience we have built in Montenegro to Cyprus while maintaining the service standards our customers already know,” said SitnGo Director Stefan Bakić. “We want the rental process to remain clear, flexible, and personal. A customer should be able to select a vehicle in advance, collect it after arriving, and begin the journey without unnecessary formalities. This is the type of service we intend to develop in Cyprus.”

Local Team and Regional Coverage

The company will establish a local operational structure alongside the new fleet. Regional managers will be assigned to the main cities and tourist areas, where they will coordinate vehicle delivery, handovers, returns, and customer support.

This approach will allow customers to communicate directly with a local representative throughout the rental period. Regional managers will also handle changes to meeting times and return locations, subject to availability and prior confirmation.

The Cyprus delivery network is expected to cover international airports, major cities, resort areas, and additional locations requested by customers. SitnGo already uses a similar operating model in Montenegro, where vehicles can be delivered to airports, hotels, residential addresses, and other agreed meeting points.

Airport Meet-and-Greet Service

Airport operations will form an important part of the Cyprus launch.

Customers arriving at Larnaca or Paphos airports will be able to submit their flight details when making a reservation. A SitnGo representative will then provide meeting instructions and arrange the vehicle handover at the confirmed time and location.

The service is designed for travelers who want to continue directly to their hotel, villa, or another city after landing.

Customers departing from a different part of the island will also be able to request an alternative return location. Availability and any applicable delivery costs will be confirmed before the rental begins.

Multiple Payment Options

SitnGo intends to provide several payment methods in Cyprus. In addition to bank cards and cash, customers will be able to pay for their rental using USDT.

The company already offers this payment option in Montenegro and plans to retain the same flexibility as it enters the new market.

Why SitnGo Is Expanding Into Cyprus

SitnGo considers Cyprus a strong market for future growth due to the island’s large number of international visitors and the demand for independent travel between airports, cities, coastal resorts, and attractions.

Many visitors arrive at one airport, stay in another part of the island, and travel through several regions during a single trip. SitnGo’s regional delivery model is intended to support these routes by giving customers greater choice over where they collect and return their vehicles.

The Cyprus launch follows the company’s experience in Montenegro, another market where international travelers often require airport collection, hotel delivery, flexible return points, and direct support from local staff.

Priorities for the Initial Launch

During the first stage of its Cyprus expansion, SitnGo will focus on:

  • establishing a company-owned fleet of more than 50 vehicles;
  • recruiting and training a local operational team;
  • appointing regional managers in major cities and tourist areas;
  • launching meet-and-greet services at Larnaca and Paphos airports;
  • organizing vehicle delivery across the island’s principal destinations;
  • introducing reservations without advance payment;
  • offering rentals without a security deposit;
  • enabling payment by bank card, cash, and USDT.

The company expects to expand its geographic coverage and vehicle selection as the Cyprus operation develops.

The Next Stage of SitnGo’s International Growth

The entry into Cyprus marks a new stage in SitnGo’s development beyond Montenegro. The company intends to combine its existing operational experience with a locally managed service adapted to the needs of visitors and residents of the island.

SitnGo’s objective is to build a long-term presence in Cyprus rather than operate only as a seasonal rental provider. Its development plans include expanding the fleet, increasing regional coverage, and building relationships with hotels, accommodation providers, and other tourism businesses.

Good Faith Inspection Co. Launches Home Inspection Services Across the Phoenix Valley

Published

on

Good Faith Inspection Co., a new Arizona home inspection company founded by licensed inspector Emmitt Medina, is now serving Phoenix and 17 other cities across the Valley, with color-coded inspection reports delivered within 24 hours.

United States, 25th Sep 2026 — Good Faith Inspection Co., a new home inspection company owned and operated by licensed Arizona home inspector Emmitt Medina, is now serving buyers, sellers and homeowners across the Phoenix Valley. The company launched in 2026 as a solo operation, with Medina performing every inspection himself.

The company is new. The experience behind it is not. Medina spent fifteen years in real estate and home inspection before opening Good Faith Inspection Co., and he personally performed more than 3,000 inspections during that earlier career. He is a licensed Arizona home inspector, and because he is the only inspector at the company, the person who takes the booking is the person who walks the house and writes the report.

What the Company Inspects, and How the Report Arrives

Good Faith Inspection Co. offers home inspection, pre-listing inspection, condominium inspection, sewer scope, pool and spa inspection, new construction and builder warranty inspection, single-item re-inspection, and termite inspection. You can find out more at https://goodfaithinspectionco.com/.

Each inspection is documented in a color-coded report delivered within 24 hours. Pre-listing inspection is offered for sellers, and sewer scope is priced as a standalone service as well.

Pricing is published on the website rather than quoted only by phone, so the cost of a home inspection can be checked before an appointment is booked. Residential inspections start at 400 dollars, condominium inspections at 300 dollars, and a standalone sewer scope at 300 dollars. The full rate card is at https://goodfaithinspectionco.com/pricing .

Medina says the point of the work is transparency: an accurate picture of the house, explained in language a first-time buyer can follow.

“I write the report so that someone who has never bought a house before can read it and know what they are looking at. That is the whole job,” said Emmitt Medina, owner of Good Faith Inspection Co.

Eighteen Cities, and Houses from Very Different Decades

The company works in Phoenix, Glendale, Peoria, Surprise, Goodyear, Buckeye, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Tempe, Scottsdale, Queen Creek, San Tan Valley, Apache Junction, Gold Canyon, Casa Grande, Florence and Coolidge, across Maricopa and Pinal counties.

The Valley is big. Maricopa County alone had an estimated 4,673,096 residents as of July 1, 2024 in the Census Bureau Vintage 2024 estimates, and the county’s housing stock carried a median year built of 1993 in the 2020 to 2024 American Community Survey five-year estimates.

Those cities do not share a single housing vintage. In the same 2020 to 2024 American Community Survey five-year estimates, the median year built for housing in Phoenix is 1985, while in Buckeye it is 2011, and 18,473 of Buckeye’s 35,276 housing units were built in 2010 or later. Phoenix itself authorized 3,154 single-family units in calendar year 2025, according to the United States Census Bureau Building Permits Survey. A house built in the mid-1980s and a newly built house raise different questions, which is one reason pre-listing inspection and new construction and builder warranty inspection are listed as separate services rather than variations on one. All of these are area-wide public figures, not a description of any one property.

Medina built the company around transparency and quality of work, with the aim of helping home sales in and around Phoenix move forward on accurate information. The company sums up its role this way: “Our job is to help you understand what you are buying. Your job is to decide if what you’re buying is what you were hoping for.”

About Good Faith Inspection Co.

Good Faith Inspection Co. provides thorough, plain-English home inspections across the greater Phoenix area. Founded on fifteen years of real estate and inspection experience, we inspect to inform — color-coded reports delivered within 24 hours, so buyers, sellers and investors can move forward with clarity.

Pedro Morales-Llanos Draws on Global Perspective in Consulting Career

Published

on

  • Columbia consultant reflects on how growing up across cultures and working in federal service shaped his approach to leadership and problem-solving.

Columbia, SC, Sep 25, 2026, ZEX PR WIRE — Pedro Morales-Llanos, founder and principal consultant of Strategic Rise Advisory Group, LLC, is highlighting how a career shaped by international experience, public service, and programme management has influenced the way he approaches leadership and organisational problem-solving.

Born in Puerto Rico, Morales-Llanos spent much of his childhood moving with his family because of his father’s service in the U.S. Army. The family lived in several locations, including Germany and Italy, before eventually settling in Columbia, South Carolina.

For Morales-Llanos, those early experiences provided an introduction to different cultures, perspectives, and ways of working.

“Growing up in different places taught me to pay attention before making assumptions,” said Morales-Llanos. “Every environment has its own history, culture, and way of doing things. That lesson has stayed with me throughout my career.”

After graduating from Richland Northeast High School in 1996, Morales-Llanos earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of South Carolina in 2001. He later completed both an MBA and a master’s degree in Health Services Management from Webster University in 2003.

His professional career went on to include more than a decade in senior programme management and management analysis roles within the federal government.

From 2011 to 2015, Morales-Llanos served as Lead Management Analyst and Senior Program Manager within the Office of the Director at the National Institutes of Health. He later joined the NIH Center for Information Technology, where he worked as a Supervisory Management and Program Analyst and Senior Program Manager until 2020.

He then moved to the U.S. Department of Justice, serving as an Operational Support Manager and Enterprise Program Manager from 2020 to 2024.

According to Morales-Llanos, working within large federal organisations reinforced the importance of understanding how technology, policy, people, and operations interact.

“Complex problems usually do not exist in isolation,” he said. “What appears to be a technology issue may also involve communication, process, policy, or unclear responsibilities. You have to understand the full picture before deciding what needs to happen next.”

After leaving federal service, Morales-Llanos founded Strategic Rise Advisory Group, LLC, where he serves as principal consultant. His work focuses on areas including management consulting, organisational development, programme management, business processes, technology, data analytics, and policy development.

He says one of the most important lessons he has carried into consulting is the value of curiosity.

“You cannot walk into every situation believing you already know the answer,” Morales-Llanos said. “Good consulting starts with listening, asking better questions, and understanding why an organisation works the way it does.”

That interest in learning also extends beyond his professional work. Morales-Llanos enjoys history, culture, travelling, reading, podcasts, coffee shops, CrossFit, and Brazilian jiu-jitsu. He also volunteers with organisations including Harvest Hope Food Bank, Families Helping Families, and Big Brothers Big Sisters.

For Morales-Llanos, those interests continue to reinforce the same idea that shaped his childhood: exposure to different people and perspectives can improve how someone understands a problem.

“Leadership is partly about being willing to keep learning,” he said. “The more perspectives you understand, the better prepared you are to work through complicated situations.”

About Pedro Morales-Llanos

Pedro Morales-Llanos is the founder and principal consultant of Strategic Rise Advisory Group, LLC, based in Columbia, South Carolina. His professional background includes senior programme management and management analysis roles at the National Institutes of Health and the U.S. Department of Justice. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of South Carolina as well as an MBA and a master’s degree in Health Services Management from Webster University. His professional interests include management consulting, organisational development, technology, data analytics, policy development, and business process improvement.
