Adlerberg Capital LLC Unveils Integrated Cycle‑Driven Investment Framework

Published

on

Boutique investment manager launches documented multi‑layer framework for institutional and professional capital focused on cross‑cycle research and dynamic risk architecture.

Golden, Colorado, United States, 16th Sep 2026 – Adlerberg Capital LLC, a boutique investment management firm serving institutional and professional capital, formalises its integrated investment framework that unites fundamental company research, market‑cycle analysis, global opportunity screening and structured risk oversight. The firm builds portfolio architecture around each client’s unique capital objectives rather than pre‑packaged investment products, delivering asset management, independent risk assessment, family office advisory and institutional mandate services for market participants seeking durable cross‑cycle outcomes.

Many investment portfolios demonstrate surface‑level diversification under benign market conditions yet remain exposed to common liquidity drivers, interest‑rate shifts and correlated growth assumptions. Adlerberg Capital implements a structured four‑phase workflow consisting of discovery, architecture, implementation and periodic review. Each engagement opens with clarification of investment objectives, liquidity requirements, time horizon, governance parameters, risk capacity and unacceptable downside scenarios. Portfolio design and allocation boundaries are defined subsequently. All key investment decisions are formally documented to allow reassessment amid evolving market regimes or changes in client circumstances.

The firm’s research methodology merges micro‑level business fundamentals with macro‑cycle awareness. Analysis connects corporate economics and industry competitive dynamics to external factors including liquidity trends, credit conditions, policy adjustments and broader market cycles. Andrew Lahde, Chief Investment Officer for Equity Investments and Strategic Investment Program Professor at Adlerberg Capital, leads case‑based research covering credit cycles, market structure, contrarian analysis and risk governance.

“Independent analysis carries meaningful weight only when supported by empirical evidence, thoughtful position sizing, liquidity evaluation and clear thesis‑invalidation criteria,” said Andrew Lahde, Chief Investment Officer Equity Investments at Adlerberg Capital. “Our analytical work does not aim to replicate historical successful trades. It seeks to identify how shifting financing environments and market regimes may alter the long‑term viability of investment assumptions.”

Adlerberg Capital’s research scope covers United States equities, global growth‑oriented businesses, exchange‑traded instruments, macro cycles and industry rotation themes. Structural research looks past short‑term market narratives and evaluates technology adoption curves, capital‑intensity profiles, competitive landscape shifts and policy frameworks that drive sustained value creation. Core research sectors span technology and digital infrastructure including software, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity and platform business models; advanced manufacturing, automation and supply‑chain realignment; healthcare innovation alongside demographic and regulatory developments; plus energy and resources with focus on supply security, transition dynamics and commodity‑market sensitivity.

Risk oversight is treated as a continuously evolving condition instead of static portfolio settings. The firm conducts multi‑dimensional risk evaluation combining single‑security analysis with enterprise‑wide portfolio scenario testing. Review items include investment thesis milestones and failure triggers; position, sector, geographic, factor and counterparty concentration; credit standing and refinancing exposures; liquidity performance under stressed markets; correlation behaviour during adverse market episodes; portfolio recovery potential, rebalancing feasibility and governance response protocols.

The Atlas Investment Program represents the firm’s formal five‑layer documented framework for institutional and professional capital targeting global growth‑focused assets, with initial strategic emphasis on German‑market opportunities. The structure incorporates fundamental financial and industry supply‑demand analysis; structural trend research covering technology, manufacturing and policy‑led transformation; long‑horizon evaluation designed to filter short‑term speculative activity; geographically diversified allocation across the United States, Europe and selected cross‑border assets; and defined execution protocols paired with tiered risk controls and consistent research documentation standards.

Service offerings are constructed to align with individual client mandates. Portfolio construction remains tightly coupled to supporting research and risk assessment workflows. Service lines include research‑led asset management covering mandate definition, execution and ongoing monitoring; standalone risk management assessments covering concentration, credit, liquidity, correlation and cycle‑related exposures; family office advisory addressing governance, liquidity planning, asset allocation, reporting and multi‑generational investment aims; institutional services built to satisfy fiduciary requirements, internal constraints and oversight obligations; and a research platform organising corporate, industry, macro‑credit and portfolio‑level evidence to support traceable investment deliberations.

Initial consultations prioritise factual alignment before formal portfolio proposals are prepared. Early‑stage discussions explore organisational context, capital purpose, existing operational constraints and areas requiring enhanced research or governance oversight. Collaborative engagements commence by establishing what capital is intended to achieve, what stresses it must withstand and what level of documentation is appropriate for each set of investment decisions.

Its team brings experience across media, corporate leadership, marketing, entertainment, public affairs, and strategic communications.

Story Group operates as a remote-first organization with senior professionals serving clients across major markets and time zones.

The firm has positioned crisis communications as a discipline that goes far beyond responding to reporters. Its approach encompasses the strategic decisions that can influence an organization’s reputation, stakeholders, employees, customers, investors, and long-term enterprise value.

That expertise is complemented by Story Group’s reputation recovery capabilities, which address organizations seeking to rebuild trust, reshape narratives, strengthen digital reputation, re-engage stakeholders, and establish a new chapter following a major reputational event.

Executive Communications and Reputation

The result is a communications firm structured around experienced professionals and long-term strategic relationships.

Story Group’s Charlottesville Roots and Global Reach

Story Group’s headquarters are in Charlottesville, Virginia, but the firm’s reach extends well beyond its home market.

The company serves organizations across the United States and internationally, operating a remote-first model designed to support clients across multiple markets and time zones.

Its client profile includes Fortune 500 companies, national nonprofits, high-profile individuals, enterprise brands, executives, public figures, regulated industries, and mission-driven organizations.

That combination of Charlottesville roots and international reach is central to the firm’s identity.

Story Group represents a modern strategic communications organization capable of operating wherever high-stakes communications require senior expertise.

International Excellence for a Globally Oriented Firm

PSI Mud Agitators Engineered to Prevent Shaft Deflection

Published

on

Houston, TX, United States, 16th Sep 2026 — Process Solutions International (PSI) builds its MAX2000 mud agitators around a drop bearing design created specifically to handle the shaft deflection that occurs in deep tanks, a problem that shortens the service life of agitators built without this feature. The design lets crews maintain the bearing from the top side of the tank instead of draining or entering the vessel.

Solving a Deep Tank Problem

PSI’s mud agitators use a rugged drop bearing casting that bolts directly to the top of the tank without requiring an additional supporting structure. Oversized high-capacity taper roller bearings absorb the radial and axial loads that come off the impeller shaft, and the units use common output flange dimensions so operators can drop in a replacement at an existing installation without reworking the tank. Every agitator is built around a reinforced cast iron gear case housing helical bevel gearing, with gears precision ground and hardened to keep backlash low and let thermal capacity exceed torque capacity. A sight glass lets an operator check lubrication levels without removing any components, and a keyless bushing gives a full range of impeller depth settings on the shaft.

Built for Hazardous Locations Worldwide

PSI configures its motor and gearbox combinations to meet UL, ATEX, and IECEx requirements, so the same agitator platform can be installed in classified hazardous areas across the United States, the Middle East, and other international markets without a separate design for each region. Operators can also choose between hydrofoil impellers, which move fluid in an axial flow, or canted blade impellers, which produce a combined radial and axial flow, in either carbon or stainless steel.

“Shaft deflection is one of the most common reasons agitators fail early in deep tank service. We engineered the drop bearing specifically to solve that problem and to be serviced from the top, without asking a crew to enter a tank,” said Kye Keliehor, representative of Process Solutions International.

PSI has been designing and manufacturing its mud agitators alongside its centrifugal and progressive cavity pump lines since 1991.

About Process Solutions International

Process Solutions International (PSI) has been manufacturing industrial equipment since 1991. Based in Houston, Texas, with a secondary location in Midland, Texas, PSI designs and builds pumps, mud agitators, gas management systems, material handling equipment, and cleaning and filtration systems for the oil and gas, construction, mining, and industrial sectors. PSI holds ISO 9001, UL, ATEX and IECEx, and CEMA certifications and operates the MAX2000, MAKDADDY, and vAK product brands.
