Michelle Kam commits to a home and commercial sales expansion for 2027

Published

on

  • Michelle Kam is formalizing a pledge to expand her practice beyond pre-construction condos into homes and commercial sales, with a set of concrete client-facing commitments starting this year and building toward what growth in the 2027 market will take.

A pledge, not just a plan

Ontario, Canada, Sep 15, 2026, ZEX PR WIRE — Michelle Kam has spent most of her career known for pre-construction condos, lofts, and townhomes in Toronto. That work is not going away. But Kam is now putting a formal pledge behind something she has been building toward for a while: a wider practice that includes homes and commercial properties.

This is a commitment with specifics attached, not a vague plan to “grow the business.”

The three commitments

Kam is naming three things she will do differently starting now.

First, every buyer meeting will include a homes and commercial conversation, not just a condo one. Kam says too many buyers assume she only handles condos because that has been her public focus for years. Going forward, her intake process will ask about business space and freehold homes as a matter of course, not as an afterthought.

Second, she is committing to publish market commentary that covers homes and commercial sales alongside condos. For years, her public writing leaned almost entirely on the pre-construction and urban condo market. Kam is pledging to keep a running commentary on what is happening in Toronto’s broader housing market, including how policy shifts and cross-border economic pressure show up in local pricing and demand as the market moves toward 2027.

Third, Kam is committing to bring her high-volume sales background to bear on commercial transactions. She built her reputation working with Concord Alex and Baker Real Estate on high-volume, pre-sale deals. She is pledging to apply that same discipline (tight timelines, careful paperwork, clear buyer communication) to commercial clients who are used to slower, less structured service.

Why now

Kam points to conditions that make this the right moment rather than a random pivot.

“Buyers who came to me for a condo five years ago are now looking at homes, or they’re running a business and need commercial space,” Kam says. “It would be strange for me to only be able to help with one part of that.”

She also points to broader market conditions heading into 2027. Changes coming out of the new US administration have added uncertainty to interest rates, cross-border investment, and material costs, all of which touch commercial real estate directly. Kam says growth in that kind of market takes patience, since financing and permitting timelines are slower to react than a condo presale cycle. She wants to be someone her clients can call about any of it, not just condos.

“I don’t think buyers should have to find a different agent every time their needs change,” Kam says. “I’d rather be the person who can walk them through a condo purchase this year and a commercial lease a few years later.”

What growth in 2027 will take

Kam says real growth in a market like this will not come from a single announcement. It will come from small, practical steps taken consistently over the next couple of years.

That means clients start seeing homes and commercial listings included in the same market updates that used to focus only on condos. It means buyer consultations run slightly longer, since they now cover more ground. And it means Kam is personally taking on a small number of commercial files herself this year, rather than routing them elsewhere, so she understands the deal structures before she claims expertise in them.

“I want to actually do the work before I claim to be an expert at it,” Kam says. “That’s always been how I approach anything new.”

Kam adds that the 2027 market will likely reward agents who can move between property types without losing their footing, since buyers themselves are moving between them. “People aren’t staying in one lane anymore,” she says. “Their agent shouldn’t either.”

A pledge tied to a track record

Kam built her practice from a smaller footing into a full-service business over more than a decade. That history, growing by adding capability rather than replacing what came before, is the model Kam says she is following again.

“I didn’t stop doing resale when I moved into pre-construction,” Kam says. “I added to what I already knew. This is the same idea, just applied to homes and commercial space.”

Kam says she expects the commercial side of her business to take longer to build than condos did, since the buyer relationships and deal structures are different. She is not promising a fast turnaround. She is promising to show up for it consistently, year over year, through 2027 and beyond.

Premium Package Valemont Invest Inc to Launch Fourth Quarter 2026 Online Education Program on November 7

Published

on

Founder Evan Valemont will continue to lead the investment education division

United States, 3rd Nov 2026 – Valemont Invest Inc. announced that its investment education division will hold an online opening ceremony on November 7, 2026, to formally launch its fourth-quarter education program. Founder Evan Valemont will continue to lead the division. The program is designed to help investors understand market developments, evaluate investment opportunities and take a more structured approach to risk management and trading decisions.

According to the company, instruction will begin with practical questions about individual stock movements, the durability of market themes and rebound signals, then explore the relationships among capital flows, sector rotation and business performance. The program will invite seasoned financial market experts to participate in livestreams, connecting specific market developments with the decisions investors face in their day-to-day activities.

In an interview, Evan Valemont said the program aims to help investors clarify the reasoning behind buying, setting stop-loss levels, holding and exiting: which opportunities warrant participation, at what price level losses should be limited, what developments support holding a position and when an earlier decision should be reassessed. He emphasized that understanding the forces behind market moves can help reduce the influence of price swings and emotion on decision-making.

The program will also incorporate CortexQuant (CQ), the company’s internally developed research support system, as an instructional tool. It will help illustrate the research process, from interpreting market information and articulating an investment rationale to assessing risk. Instruction will emphasize the conditions that support a judgment and how to reassess a view when circumstances change, helping participants understand the connection between the analysis and its conclusions.

Instruction on trade execution will connect stop-loss planning and position sizing with individual risk tolerance. Topics will include defining the investment rationale and acceptable loss before buying, identifying developments to monitor while holding, and distinguishing among achieving an objective, rising risk and a change in the investment thesis when exiting. Interest rates, corporate earnings and cash flow will also be covered to help participants understand how market expectations form and evolve.

Seasoned financial market experts will participate in accompanying livestreams focused on market developments and their underlying drivers. Valemont said the sessions are intended to show participants how researchers frame questions, assess the significance of information and examine different perspectives, connecting the methods taught in the program with observations of actual market conditions.

The quarterly program will also address ongoing monitoring and post-trade review, helping participants revisit their initial judgments, the actions they took and the eventual outcomes to identify areas for improvement. By combining classroom instruction with follow-up discussions, the company aims to translate research approaches into learning methods investors can continue to apply.

Valemont concluded by reaffirming the company’s mission: “Structure creates clarity. Technology makes it scalable.” He said the program will follow that direction, using clearly organized instruction and supporting technology tools to help participants understand complex market issues.

Ryan Cassidy Electrician Highlights EV Charger Installation and Electrical Upgrade Services

Why Modern Electrical Services Matter

Homes today often need to support more electrical equipment than they did when they were first built. Electric vehicles, new appliances, home offices, heating and cooling equipment, and other electrical devices can place additional demands on existing systems. An electrical assessment helps determine whether a home can accommodate new equipment safely and whether changes to the existing wiring, panel, or service may be necessary.

EV charging is one example of this growing demand. While some homes can accommodate a new charger with limited electrical work, others may require additional capacity or panel modifications. Understanding the home’s existing electrical setup before installation helps homeowners plan the work, identify potential limitations, and make informed decisions about their electrical needs.

EV Charger Installation in Mendon, MA

Homeowners considering an electric vehicle can explore EV charger installation in Mendon, MA with Ryan Cassidy Electrician. Installing a home charging station provides a convenient way to charge a vehicle between trips, particularly for residents who prefer charging at home rather than relying exclusively on public charging locations.

Before installation, the property’s electrical capacity, panel condition, charger requirements, and proposed installation location should be reviewed. The distance between the electrical panel and charging area, the routing of wiring, and any necessary circuit protection can affect the scope of work. An assessment helps establish the installation requirements and identify whether additional electrical work may be needed.

Homeowners should also consider their daily driving habits, vehicle specifications, and preferred charging location when selecting equipment. Proper planning helps ensure that the charging setup is appropriate for the property and intended use.

Generator Installation in Millis, MA

Reliable backup power is an important consideration for households that want to prepare for electrical interruptions. Through generator installation in Millis, MA, homeowners can explore backup power options based on their household’s electrical requirements and the equipment they want to operate during an outage.

The appropriate generator depends on the intended load, available installation space, fuel requirements, and the home’s electrical configuration. Some homeowners may want to prioritize essential circuits, such as refrigeration, lighting, and selected heating equipment, while others may need a larger system to support additional household loads.

A properly planned installation also requires attention to transfer equipment, electrical connections, applicable codes, and manufacturer requirements. Homeowners should discuss their priorities before selecting a system so the proposed installation reflects their backup power needs.

Electrical Panel and Service Upgrades in Wellesley, MA

An electrical panel plays an important role in distributing power throughout a home. As households add appliances, charging equipment, and other electrical devices, the existing electrical system may need to be evaluated to determine whether it can support the additional demand.

Ryan Cassidy Electrician provides information about electrical panel and service upgrades in Wellesley, MA for homeowners experiencing capacity limitations or planning significant electrical additions. Depending on the property’s condition and electrical requirements, the work may involve evaluating the existing panel, reviewing service capacity, addressing outdated components, or making changes needed to support new equipment.

A panel upgrade is not automatically necessary whenever a homeowner adds an appliance or charger. The correct approach depends on the existing installation, calculated electrical loads, available capacity, and applicable electrical requirements. Having the system assessed before beginning a project can help homeowners understand the work involved and plan accordingly.

EV Charger Installation in Douglas, MA

Residents researching EV charger installation in Douglas, MA can consider how a dedicated home charging station may fit into their everyday routines. Charging at home can reduce the need for frequent public charging stops and allow drivers to recharge their vehicles while parked overnight or during other periods when the vehicle is not in use.

The installation process starts with reviewing the selected charger and the property’s electrical system. The electrician can evaluate the proposed location, circuit requirements, wiring route, and panel capacity to determine the work needed. If the existing system has limitations, those issues should be identified before installation proceeds.

Homeowners should choose charging equipment compatible with their vehicle and intended charging needs. Installation should follow applicable electrical codes, manufacturer instructions, and relevant permitting requirements. These considerations help support a charging arrangement that suits the property and is designed for safe operation.

EV Charger Installation in Dover, MA

For homeowners planning to purchase an electric vehicle or improve their existing charging arrangement, EV charger installation in Dover, MA offers an opportunity to evaluate home charging options. The right setup depends on the vehicle, charger specifications, electrical capacity, and the location where the vehicle will be parked.

A site assessment can help determine where the charger should be installed and whether the existing panel and wiring can accommodate the additional load. Homeowners may also need to consider the distance from the electrical panel, indoor or outdoor installation conditions, and the accessibility of the charging point.

Planning these details in advance helps establish a clear scope of work and reduces the likelihood of unexpected installation requirements. Ryan Cassidy Electrician encourages homeowners to discuss their electrical setup and project goals before moving forward with a new charging station.

A Focus on Electrical Safety and Planning

Electrical projects require more than choosing equipment and deciding where it should be installed. The condition of existing wiring, the capacity of electrical components, circuit protection, and compliance with applicable codes all influence the installation process.

For projects involving EV chargers, generators, or electrical panels, an initial assessment helps identify relevant requirements before work begins. Homeowners should avoid overloading existing circuits or attempting electrical modifications without appropriate qualifications. Work involving new circuits, service equipment, and permanently installed charging systems should be handled by a qualified electrician in accordance with applicable regulations.

Clear communication also helps homeowners understand the proposed scope, expected work, and any additional requirements. By reviewing the property and discussing the intended use of the equipment, the electrician can help determine an appropriate course of action.

How the Service Process Works

The process begins with a discussion about the homeowner’s electrical needs. This may involve installing an EV charger, evaluating backup power options, or determining whether an existing electrical panel can support planned additions.

The next step is to review the property’s electrical system and establish the requirements for the proposed work. Depending on the project, this can include checking panel capacity, identifying a suitable equipment location, planning wiring routes, and determining whether permits or additional modifications are required.

After the scope is established, the homeowner can review the proposed work and associated estimate before scheduling. Installation is then carried out according to the applicable requirements for the project. A final review helps confirm that the installed equipment and electrical connections have been addressed as required.
