Lontto Showcases Automatic Brick Making Machine for Global Construction Buyers

Published

on

Chicago, IL 60638, United States, 14th Sep 2026 – Lontto, a leading manufacturer of block and brick making machines based in Chicago, Illinois, has announced the presentation of its automatic brick making machine line to construction equipment buyers internationally. The announcement highlights the company’s continued focus on automated production equipment for concrete block and brick manufacturing, an area the company has expanded in response to interest from buyers seeking machinery capable of higher production volumes with reduced manual labor requirements.

The automatic brick making machine forms part of Lontto’s broader product range, which includes concrete block machines, mobile block making machines, and compressed earth block machines. The company positions the automatic line as suited to operators looking to scale production for commercial and infrastructure projects, where consistent output and reduced operator involvement are common priorities. Lontto’s equipment is intended for use in markets that include residential construction, commercial building, and civil infrastructure projects, where block and brick supply chains often depend on reliable, repeatable manufacturing processes.

In addition to manufacturing the equipment itself, Lontto provides installation and training services intended to support customers in bringing new machinery into operation. Company representatives noted that this combination of equipment and support services is intended to address common obstacles buyers encounter when introducing automated block and brick production into an existing operation, including setup logistics and staff training on new machinery.

“The automatic brick making machine reflects the kind of equipment more buyers are asking for as they look to increase production capacity without significantly increasing labor costs,” said Chao Zhang, Chief Executive Officer of Lontto. “The team has focused on making sure the machine can be installed and operated with proper training so that customers can move into automated production without unnecessary downtime.”

The equipment showcased is designed to handle multiple stages of the brick and block production process, including material feeding, forming, and stacking, with the aim of reducing the number of manual steps required during operation. Lontto has positioned the automatic brick making machine alongside its existing mobile and compressed earth block machine lines, giving customers a range of options depending on project scale, site conditions, and available space. The company noted that buyers evaluating automated equipment often weigh factors such as machine footprint, output capacity, and long-term maintenance requirements before selecting a system for their operations.

Lontto’s installation and training services are structured to accompany the delivery of new equipment, with technical staff available to assist customers during the setup process and to provide guidance on ongoing operation and maintenance. The company said this approach is intended to reduce the learning curve associated with automated machinery and to help ensure equipment performs as expected once installed on site.

“Looking ahead, the focus remains on supporting customers through every stage of adopting automated equipment, from initial machine selection through installation and ongoing operation,” Zhang said. “The company expects continued interest from buyers in different regions who are evaluating how automated block and brick production can fit into their existing operations.”

Lontto is a manufacturer specializing in block and brick making machines, with a product range that includes concrete block machines, mobile block making machines, compressed earth block machines, and automatic brick making machines. Based in Chicago, Illinois, the company provides equipment along with installation and training services intended to support customers in operating their machinery. The announcement regarding the automatic brick making machine reflects the company’s ongoing work supplying equipment to construction and building materials buyers.

International Trading Institute Expands Professional Trader Development Beyond the Master’s in Trading

Published

on

Barcelona, Spain, September 15th, 2026, FinanceWire

The International Trading Institute (ITI) has expanded its education offering beyond its flagship Master’s in Trading, creating a broader set of professional development pathways for traders at different stages of experience.

A beginner may need a sound foundation in markets and risk. An active trader may need to strengthen execution or psychology. A more experienced trader may need deeper study, structured feedback, or a mentor who can identify weaknesses that are difficult to see from inside their own process.

ITI now brings those needs together through foundation programs, standalone Master’s-level courses, professional certificates, 1:1 mentorship, and its accredited Master’s in Trading.

From Knowledge to Professional Process

At the advanced end of ITI’s pathway is its two-year, part-time Master’s in Trading, designed for working professionals and serious independent traders who want to develop their trading within a more rigorous professional framework while continuing their careers and market activity.

Many experienced traders have already accumulated some years of strategies, market commentary, and self-directed learning. The harder task is turning that knowledge into a coherent process: understanding what is driving a market, building a thesis, managing risk, executing with discipline, and reviewing decisions systematically.

The Master’s connects market analysis, strategy, execution, risk management, and trading psychology through live instruction, applied market work, and 1:1 mentorship. Offered in partnership with Westcliff University, it leads to an accredited master’s degree in Trading. The next cohort begins October 27, 2026, and applications are open.

Trading Performance Under Pressure

A major specialist pathway is ITI’s Trading Psychology & Performance Certificate, a 16-week live online program beginning October 27, 2026. It combines two Master’s-level courses, Trading Psychology and Advanced Trading Psychology, with practical tools for traders who understand what they should do but struggle to execute consistently under pressure.

Students examine cognitive bias, emotional regulation, risk perception, and decision-making under uncertainty, then build systems around behavioral KPIs, pre-trade routines, review processes, and recovery protocols. The program culminates in a personal Trader Performance Operating System, treating psychology as a performance discipline rather than motivational content.

Steve Ward, an ITI faculty member and specialist in trader performance who coaches hedge fund portfolio managers and elite traders, summarized the challenge succinctly:

“What separates long-term performers isn’t just their system or edge. It’s their ability to be able to execute consistently under pressure.”

Individual Development, One Trader at a Time

For traders whose needs do not fit neatly into a course, ITI’s 1:1 Trading Mentorship offers direct access to experienced market professionals. Mentorship is matched to the individual and may focus on execution, risk, psychology, strategy refinement, review, or accountability. The aim is not prediction or shortcuts, but experienced feedback and a more disciplined development process.

At foundation level, ITI runs Trading for Beginners twice a year. The current cohort begins September 15 and introduces new traders to chart analysis, market context, risk, and rules-based trade planning through eight live sessions.

ITI also offers standalone courses and certificates across specialist areas of trading. Traders can address a specific gap, work privately with a mentor, or pursue the full graduate pathway when they are ready for a broader commitment.

Applications for the October Master’s cohort and enrollment for the Trading Psychology & Performance Certificate are open. Traders interested in 1:1 mentorship can request an initial consultation with ITI.

Michelle Kam commits to a home and commercial sales expansion for 2027

Published

on

  • Michelle Kam is formalizing a pledge to expand her practice beyond pre-construction condos into homes and commercial sales, with a set of concrete client-facing commitments starting this year and building toward what growth in the 2027 market will take.

A pledge, not just a plan

Ontario, Canada, Sep 15, 2026, ZEX PR WIRE — Michelle Kam has spent most of her career known for pre-construction condos, lofts, and townhomes in Toronto. That work is not going away. But Kam is now putting a formal pledge behind something she has been building toward for a while: a wider practice that includes homes and commercial properties.

This is a commitment with specifics attached, not a vague plan to “grow the business.”

The three commitments

Kam is naming three things she will do differently starting now.

First, every buyer meeting will include a homes and commercial conversation, not just a condo one. Kam says too many buyers assume she only handles condos because that has been her public focus for years. Going forward, her intake process will ask about business space and freehold homes as a matter of course, not as an afterthought.

Second, she is committing to publish market commentary that covers homes and commercial sales alongside condos. For years, her public writing leaned almost entirely on the pre-construction and urban condo market. Kam is pledging to keep a running commentary on what is happening in Toronto’s broader housing market, including how policy shifts and cross-border economic pressure show up in local pricing and demand as the market moves toward 2027.

Third, Kam is committing to bring her high-volume sales background to bear on commercial transactions. She built her reputation working with Concord Alex and Baker Real Estate on high-volume, pre-sale deals. She is pledging to apply that same discipline (tight timelines, careful paperwork, clear buyer communication) to commercial clients who are used to slower, less structured service.

Why now

Kam points to conditions that make this the right moment rather than a random pivot.

“Buyers who came to me for a condo five years ago are now looking at homes, or they’re running a business and need commercial space,” Kam says. “It would be strange for me to only be able to help with one part of that.”

She also points to broader market conditions heading into 2027. Changes coming out of the new US administration have added uncertainty to interest rates, cross-border investment, and material costs, all of which touch commercial real estate directly. Kam says growth in that kind of market takes patience, since financing and permitting timelines are slower to react than a condo presale cycle. She wants to be someone her clients can call about any of it, not just condos.

“I don’t think buyers should have to find a different agent every time their needs change,” Kam says. “I’d rather be the person who can walk them through a condo purchase this year and a commercial lease a few years later.”

What growth in 2027 will take

Kam says real growth in a market like this will not come from a single announcement. It will come from small, practical steps taken consistently over the next couple of years.

That means clients start seeing homes and commercial listings included in the same market updates that used to focus only on condos. It means buyer consultations run slightly longer, since they now cover more ground. And it means Kam is personally taking on a small number of commercial files herself this year, rather than routing them elsewhere, so she understands the deal structures before she claims expertise in them.

“I want to actually do the work before I claim to be an expert at it,” Kam says. “That’s always been how I approach anything new.”

Kam adds that the 2027 market will likely reward agents who can move between property types without losing their footing, since buyers themselves are moving between them. “People aren’t staying in one lane anymore,” she says. “Their agent shouldn’t either.”

A pledge tied to a track record

Kam built her practice from a smaller footing into a full-service business over more than a decade. That history, growing by adding capability rather than replacing what came before, is the model Kam says she is following again.

“I didn’t stop doing resale when I moved into pre-construction,” Kam says. “I added to what I already knew. This is the same idea, just applied to homes and commercial space.”

Kam says she expects the commercial side of her business to take longer to build than condos did, since the buyer relationships and deal structures are different. She is not promising a fast turnaround. She is promising to show up for it consistently, year over year, through 2027 and beyond.

About Michelle Kam

Michelle Kam is a real estate broker based in Toronto, Ontario, and broker/owner at Re/Max City Accord Realty Inc. She graduated with honours from York University and built her career in Toronto’s condo, loft, and pre-construction market before opening her own brokerage, City Accord Realty Inc., which she ran for over a decade prior to joining the Re/Max brand in 2016.

FX Junction Reaches 40,600 Members and 26 Million Trades

Published

on

Fomboni, Comoros, September 15th, 2026, FinanceWire

The platform confirms its place among the global leaders in social trading

FX Junction, one of the world’s leading social networks for forex and CFD traders, now has 40,602 registered members and has processed 26,001,872 trades through the platform. Members have linked 12,556 live trading accounts to the network, held with 1,169 supported brokers, and the platform is available to users in more than 50 countries.

The numbers place FX Junction among the top group of social trading platforms operating at a scale of tens of thousands of verified members and tens of millions of executed trades. Unlike discussion-based communities, where performance claims cannot be independently checked, the FX Junction model is built on trading accounts connected directly through MetaTrader, so that every statistic displayed on a member’s profile is derived from actual broker data.

“These are not marketing estimates; they are counts taken from connected trading accounts,” says Syam K.P., analyst at FX Junction. “Twenty-six million executed trades across more than twelve thousand linked accounts is a data set that very few social trading platforms can put on the table. What it tells us is that the market has moved past the stage where a screenshot was enough. Traders want to see a verified track record before they follow anyone, and platforms that cannot produce one are gradually losing that audience.”

Syam K.P. adds that growth in the number of linked accounts is, in the company’s view, the more relevant indicator than the headline membership figure: “Registration costs a trader nothing. Connecting a live account and making a track record public is a different level of commitment, and that is where the real size of a social trading network shows.”

The company notes that member funds always remain with the trader’s own broker. FX Junction does not hold client capital and acts solely as the layer connecting traders and replicating positions between accounts. Trading in leveraged instruments carries a high risk of loss.

About FX Junction

The investment and trading platform FX Junction is one of the world’s leading social trading networks. In the area of CFDs and forex, FX Junction had already established itself as one of the global leaders among social platforms for traders.

FX Junction was founded in 2011. The company’s launch was supported by a Swiss investor through the parent company Pine Group SA, alongside U.S. executive Ryan Novak.
