K3 Capital Extends a Credit Facility to Galaxy through Accountable’s Vault Infrastructure on Monad

Published

on

Dubai, United Arab Emirates, July 27th, 2026, FinanceWire

Accountable today announced the launch of an onchain facility extending credit from K3 Capital to Galaxy, available on Monad to allocators through Accountable’s yield marketplace. The facility launches fully subscribed at $30 million in committed capital, with additional capacity to be opened as LPs complete onboarding in the coming weeks, targeting $100M in deposits. Denominated in AUSD, the facility is structured so that the deployment of capital to Galaxy, facility status, and interest activity remain independently verifiable onchain for the duration of the loan.

“With this vault, K3 Capital extends a structured credit line to Galaxy, fully deployed and verifiable onchain on Monad. Our Vault-as-a-Service gives operators like K3 the flexibility to configure credit products to their specific requirements, while the Data Verification Network provides independent, continuous proof of capital deployment and facility activity for the facility lifetime,” said Wojtek Pawlowski, Co-founder and CEO of Accountable.

Allocators deposit AUSD into the vault; K3 manages LP supply; Galaxy borrows demand and blends different individual loans to improve overall liquidity for depositors. Accountable’s verification layer provides ongoing proof that capital has been deployed as described, that the facility status matches what is reported, and that interest is accruing and being distributed as scheduled.

K3 Capital’s Edge

With ~$400M in assets under management, K3 Capital runs one of the largest delta-neutral DeFi funds in the market and ranks among the top asset managers & operators across lending platforms and vault infrastructure providers such as Midas, Euler and Accountable. Galaxy, an industry-leading name across digital asset markets, is committed to building the digital asset ecosystem. Credit markets are a core part of Galaxy’s Global Markets franchise and bringing credit trading onchain is an extension of its mission to evolve digital asset market infrastructure.

“Traditional credit products run better on DeFi rails. DeFi composability allows users to derive further utility – whether it is locking their yield on Pendle or borrowing against their vault shares, there is always something to do.” said Kiril Nikolov, Founder of K3 Capital.

What sets the facility apart

The K3 x Galaxy Lending Vault is designed around four structural advantages that together define the product’s edge for institutional allocators:

– Professional Liquidity Management: The vault pools liquidity and yield generation with predictable redemption horizons for LPs. Each loan carries a 90-day maturity and is rollable, with up to 30% of principal eligible for monthly redemption. Accountable’s verification layer provides continuous tracking of capital deployments to Galaxy, facility status and onchain transactions associated with the facility to validate their returns and use.

– The Borrower is a Publicly Traded Company: Galaxy(Nasdaq: GLXY) is a publicly traded company subject to regulatory reporting obligations across more than a dozen U.S. and international regulators. The borrower in this facility is far from being an opaque counterparty but an institution with public financial disclosure, quarterly earnings, and audit obligations built into how it operates. Galaxy’s public filings demonstrate total equity of $2.8 billion and cash and stablecoin holdings of $2.6 billion as of March 31, 2026. Accountable’s infrastructure complements Galaxy’s existing reporting framework by providing allocators with zero-knowledge cryptographic proof of the vault’s underlying data and loan health, without exposing proprietary trading strategies or sensitive counterparty data. This is the first time an onchain credit facility of this kind has been extended to a borrower with this regulatory and disclosure profile.

– Native DeFi Composability: Liquidity tokens representing vault positions are fully composable across DeFi protocols on Monad. Allocators can port their positions into protocols such as Pendle for principal/yield splitting and fixed-yield hedging, as well as secondary lending markets. By combining these different primitives, vault depositors can improve not only their returns but also the liquidity, predictability and overall flexibility of their assets.

– Institutional Distribution on DeFi rails: Built on Monad’s high-throughput settlement layer and denominated in Agora’s AUSD, the facility benefits from deep liquidity, institutional on/off-ramps, and broad distribution across the Monad ecosystem. AUSD’s cumulative transfer volume exceeds $73 billion to date.

The vault is built on Vault-as-a-Service, Accountable’s framework for deploying onchain capital products with verification embedded from day one, and is listed on YieldApp, Accountable’s marketplace for verifiable yield.

Depositors can confirm that AUSD has been deployed to Galaxy, independently verify the size and status of the outstanding facility, and follow interest accruals and repayments as they occur.

Accountable has been operating verification infrastructure since 2024, with institutional clients spanning market making, stablecoin reserves, tokenized vaults, and onchain credit, including Galaxy, Keyrock, RockawayX, and Valos. The K3 facility represents a structured credit arrangement between two named institutional counterparties, deployed onchain with continuous, independent verification of capital flows. It arrives as institutional allocators increasingly require continuous visibility into the positions they are underwriting, and as onchain infrastructure matures to meet that standard.

Break Into Tech Announces Expansion into the US Graduate Technology Sales Market

Published

on

London, United Kingdom, November 2nd, 2026, FinanceWire

Break Into Tech, a UK-based graduate training and placement company, has announced its expansion into the United States, extending its tech sales training and placement programme to graduates in the US.

The expansion marks the next stage of the company’s development, bringing its industry-focused training, mentoring and employer partnership model to a wider graduate market while continuing its work with employers and candidates in the UK.

The announcement comes as the UK faces significant challenges in graduate employment, with recruitment opportunities declining across several sectors.

According to High Fliers Research, which has tracked Britain’s leading graduate employers for over 30 years, graduate recruitment has fallen 24.5% since 2022. That is a steeper decline than during both the Covid pandemic and the 2008 financial crisis. The Financial Times reported that graduate positions fell a further 33% in 2025 alone, to the lowest level since 2018. Job search platform Adzuna also found that by July 2026, graduate-level vacancies had declined 45% year-on-year, dropping to 8,383.

Official ONS data shows that over one million 16-to-24-year-olds are classified as NEET (not in education, employment or training), the highest figure in over a decade. Youth unemployment for 18-to-24-year-olds has risen to 14.5%. The Guardian reported that more than one in four young people say they have already avoided job applications because they fear AI will replace those roles.

Company Background

Break Into Tech was founded by husband-and-wife team Milan Gool and Lara Gool. Milan, a current Stability AI employee and former Google employee, spent seven years in the tech industry, where he identified a gap between companies seeking sales talent and graduates seeking employment.

“I co-founded an AI company through Antler, the accelerator programme that has produced unicorns here in the UK,” Milan explains. “When we started hiring, I felt the pressure of finding young talent first-hand. Graduates had degrees but no commercial skills. Companies had roles but no pipeline. There was no real solution before Break Into Tech.”

Lara, a former corporate lawyer turned COO, saw the same gap from the operational side. Together they built a training and placement programme for graduates with no tech experience. The company reports that participants typically secure tech sales roles within 37 days.

Graduate Placements and Company Growth

Break Into Tech reports that, in under two years, it has placed over 629 graduates into tech sales roles, generating more than £4.6 million in combined student salaries. The company holds a 4.7-star Trustpilot rating and has built hiring partnerships with over 200 companies, including TikTok, Google, Amazon, Salesforce, HubSpot, PayPal, Stripe and AlphaSense.

The company grew almost entirely through organic content, amassing over 400,000 followers across social media in one year. Break Into Tech has also earned endorsement from the Institute of Sales Professionals (ISP), the UK’s chartered body for sales excellence, giving graduates an industry-recognised certification.

Programme Participant Experience

Georgia Young, a former hairdresser earning £18,000 a year, joined the accelerator programme and secured a six-figure tech sales role. She subsequently joined the Break Into Tech team to support the company’s mission of helping one million graduates around the world break into tech. In eight months, she has amassed over 200,000 followers on social media.

Tech Sales Training and Employment Opportunities

Break Into Tech’s programme focuses on preparing graduates for technology sales roles through practical training and employer connections. According to the company, typical starting salaries for tech sales development representatives range from £40,000 to £55,000, with potential on-target earnings exceeding £100,000 within one to two years.

The programme combines a proprietary in-house AI platform, daily one-to-one mentoring from experts working in the tech industry, and access to proprietary interview data from thousands of hiring partners.

United States Expansion

The company’s expansion into the United States extends its training and placement model to the country’s graduate technology sales market. The move comes as artificial intelligence continues to influence recruitment and workplace requirements.

The UK government’s AI Labour Market Survey 2025 found that only 13% of graduate schemes include AI training, highlighting a gap in the preparation of graduates for workplaces increasingly influenced by artificial intelligence.

“The graduate job market is not broken,” says Milan. “It has shifted. The opportunities are there. They have just moved. Our job is to show people where they have moved to, and get them there as fast as possible.”

Through its expansion, Break Into Tech intends to extend its training and placement model to a wider graduate market while continuing its work with employers and candidates in the UK.

About Break Into Tech

Break Into Tech is a UK-based graduate training and placement company founded by Milan Gool and Lara Gool. The company helps graduates with no prior tech experience prepare for careers in technology sales through industry-focused training, one-to-one mentoring, an in-house AI platform and employer partnerships. Its mission is to help one million graduates around the world break into tech.

Tango Supports Peace and Community Connection in Cyprus with Major Donation

Published

on

Mountain View, California, November 2nd, 2026, FinanceWire

Through Tango for Good, the global live-streaming platform contributed tens of thousands of dollars to a cultural initiative promoting peace and unity, reinforcing its commitment to communities where it operates.

Tango, a global social live-streaming platform connecting creators and audiences worldwide, has donated tens of thousands of dollars to support a peace initiative in Cyprus, reinforcing its commitment to contributing to communities in countries where it operates.

The contribution supported the International Peace Concert, a cultural event initiated by the American Medical Center in Cyprus that brought together musicians and audiences around a shared message of peace, unity, and human connection.

The donation is part of Tango for Good, the company’s social impact initiative focused on supporting charitable causes, local organizations, and community projects, particularly in countries where Tango maintains an operational presence.

Supporting a Message of Peace from Cyprus

Held in Cyprus earlier this year, the International Peace Concert brought together more than 150 musicians from across Europe for a performance of Beethoven’s Symphony No. 9, including the iconic Ode to Joy.

Tango joined the initiative as a supporting partner, contributing financially to help bring the event to life.

In a letter of appreciation, Dr. Marinos Soteriou, Founder and Director of the American Medical Center, thanked Tango for its significant contribution and commitment to an initiative that originated in Cyprus and aimed to bring people together through music.

Tango for Good: Giving Back Where We Operate

For Tango, supporting the initiative reflects a broader philosophy: companies should be active participants in the communities where they operate.

While Tango connects millions of people through live-streaming experiences, Tango for Good extends that commitment through charitable contributions, partnerships, and community-focused initiatives.

With an established operational presence in Cyprus, Tango sees supporting local organizations and meaningful initiatives as part of its responsibility toward the communities around it.

“Cyprus is an important part of our operations,” said Dor Isseroff, Chief Operating Officer at Tango. “We’re proud to support an initiative that brings people together around a message of peace. Connection is at the heart of what we do, and music has a unique ability to create that connection across cultures and borders. Through Tango for Good, we want to support initiatives that make a positive difference in the communities we’re part of.”

About Tango

Tango is a leading social live-streaming platform built around real-time human connection. Through live conversations, shared experiences, and creator-led communities, Tango brings people from around the world together to interact, discover new personalities, and form meaningful connections.
