“The environment here allowed us to refine our product quickly, set up mass manufacturing and reach market readiness in a way that would be difficult elsewhere.” Now, FastPong is preparing for global expansion across Europe, the U.S., and Southeast Asia. Kamandi sees Korea not just as a starting point, but as a proof-of-concept playground for scaling globally.
