Poolking, a well-known swimming pool equipment supplier in Guangzhou, China recently had the pleasure of hosting its foreign customers. The primary purpose of the visit was to showcase them the company’s commitment to quality and how it was maintaining top standards in everything it produced. The visit was a significant success and it gave the customers a firsthand look at the manufacturer’s state-of-the-art facilities.   

For over 20 years, Poolking has been delivering best-in-class products to its customers, ultimately earning a stellar reputation in Guangzhou and beyond. 

The customers reached the 60,000 square kilometer factory around 10 AM. They were welcomed by Poolking’s staff, who after presenting them with some pleasantries, took them into a conference hall. There, the customers were briefed on how their tour would kickstart and the facilities and processes they’d be observing. 

“We’ve visited other manufacturing units too, but the briefing we got was like none other. It comprehensively prepared us for the tour and improved our understanding of how different processes were carried out.” Said one of the customers from Europe.  

The Tour Begins 

Visit to the Sand Filter Workshop

The staff at Poolking kickstarted the tour by taking the visitors to the Sand Filter Workshop. There, they observed first-hand how sand was filtered through various cutting-edge machines and tools. Apart from analyzing the quality of the material, the guests also got an in-depth overview of the different technologies being used.  

“We were always curious about how Poolking was able to meet high standards of quality, and looking at the processes in the Sand Filter Workshop we now know that everyone is going the extra mile to create one-of-a-kind products.”

These were remarks of one of the customers from the USA doing business with the manufacturer for several years. 

Going to Pool Pump Workshop 

Next, the visitors were taken to the Pool Pump Workshop. This unit is specifically designed to test the efficiency of pumps and gauge how technically sound the products are. There, the guests had the opportunity to see the working of several high-grade and technologically advanced machines. These included CNC vertical lathe, linkage, and grinding machine, and TUV witness equipment. The customers were also briefed on how each machine was contributing to the overall safety and reliability of the products. 

Integrated Underwater Light Workshop 

Poolking’s unique strength lies in producing underwater light as per the innovative EU manufacturing standards. After visiting the Pool Pump Workshop, the guests went inside the Integrated Underwater Light Workshop where they closely observed the working of IES testing equipment as well as other R&D processes. After taking a 360-degree overview of the entire department, they praised Poolking’s efforts to meet evolving customer demands. They also met with workers and motivated them to keep delivering exceptional results. 

Machines That Made a Lasting Mark  

While the guests praised several aspects of Poolking’s facility, they were particularly impressed with the state-of-the-art equipment. One of the guests revealed:

Final Briefing 

Throughout the tour, guests were briefed on how each product underwent a strict quality inspection process. They were made aware of the certifications and titles the company owned. The staff at Poolking conducted a final session in the conference hall, where guests were given insights on how the manufacturer was planning to innovate its processes. The manufacturer is striving to increase its impact to other parts of the world so every swimming pool user can get the ultimate experience. 

Conclusion 

The tour concluded with customers expressing their satisfaction with the quality of products, processes, and facilities.  They met with different heads of departments and told them how effective the equipment had been for their customers.
