Cleaning Services Primecare Expands Cleaning Service Coverage Across Kuala Lumpur and Selangor

Published

on

Cleaning Services Primecare has widened its residential and commercial cleaning coverage across Kuala Lumpur and Selangor, making professional cleaning more widely available for homes, offices and commercial properties throughout the Klang Valley. The expanded coverage reaches areas including Cheras, Puchong, Subang Jaya, Petaling Jaya, Damansara, Shah Alam, Klang and Cyberjaya, with bookings and quotations handled through WhatsApp. Professional cleaning now more widely available for homes, offices and commercial properties across the Klang Valley.

Malaysia, 31st Aug 2026 – Cleaning Services Primecare has widened its residential and commercial cleaning operations to cover more neighbourhoods across Kuala Lumpur and Selangor, responding to demand from property owners, tenants and businesses seeking reliable professional cleaning support.

The expansion now covers residential and commercial locations across Kuala Lumpur, from established inner-city neighbourhoods such as Brickfields, Bukit Bintang, Pudu, Seputeh and Titiwangsa to mature suburbs including Cheras, Kepong, Setapak, Bangsar, Mont Kiara, TTDI and Sri Petaling. It also reaches Wangsa Maju, Sentul, Ampang, Bukit Jalil, Sungai Besi, Old Klang Road and Desa ParkCity.

In Selangor the service extends through Petaling Jaya, Subang Jaya, Shah Alam, Puchong and Klang, alongside township areas including Kajang, Seri Kembangan, Setia Alam, Rawang, Kota Damansara, Damansara Perdana and Alam Impian. Further coverage includes Balakong, Bangi, Glenmarie, Kota Kemuning, Puncak Alam, Semenyih, Sepang and Sungai Buloh, as well as Cyberjaya and Putrajaya. The move reflects sustained interest in scheduled home cleaning, deep-cleaning projects and commercial maintenance contracts.

Growing demand for professional cleaning in the sector comes from several directions. More working families are choosing outsourced cleaning, short-stay rental properties need turnaround cleaning between guests, and businesses are moving toward structured janitorial and contract cleaning arrangements rather than ad-hoc arrangements. Cleaning Services Primecare has seen this pattern in its own booking activity.

The company offers a full range of services for residential customers. Homeowners and tenants in landed homes, terraces, condominiums and serviced residences can book house cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in and move-out cleaning, post-renovation cleaning and part-time maid services. The company also serves short-stay rental operators and owners of newly renovated handover homes who need thorough cleaning before occupancy. Specialised treatments for sofas, mattresses, carpets and windows are available as standalone bookings or as add-ons to broader cleaning packages.

Commercial clients receive a separate service line built around office cleaning, retail and food and beverage outlet cleaning, hotel common-area and back-of-house cleaning, clinic and education premises cleaning, childcare centre cleaning, gym cleaning and building management cleaning for joint management bodies and management corporations. Contract cleaning and janitorial services are structured to suit daily, weekly or custom schedules, with uniformed crews arriving with their own equipment.

“The pattern of enquiries shows that customers are not just looking for a one-off clean; they want a service they can book repeatedly with consistent standards,” said a spokesperson for Cleaning Services Primecare. “Expanding coverage across Kuala Lumpur and Selangor allows us to reduce travel time for crews and offer more flexible booking slots. It also means we can build longer-term relationships with commercial clients who need reliable cleaning partners across multiple sites.”

Residential and commercial bookings are structured as separate operational streams. Residential bookings are typically arranged as one-off deep cleans, regular weekly or fortnightly sessions, or project-based work such as post-renovation and move-in/move-out cleaning. Commercial arrangements are built around contract terms, with frequency and scope set during the quotation stage.

Customers across the expanded coverage area can expect a straightforward booking process. All quotations and scheduling are handled through WhatsApp at +60 13-281 3189. A customer sends property details and photographs, and the company replies with a quotation and a set of available time slots. The system is designed to keep the process simple and fast, avoiding lengthy email chains or phone tag.

Crews arrive in uniform and bring all necessary cleaning equipment and supplies. The company publishes free online planning tools on its website at https://cleaningservicesprimecare.com.my/, including a coverage checker, a cleaning price estimator and a set of cleaning checklists that help customers prepare for a booking and understand what each service includes.

SS Support Network Releases 2026 NEMT Back-Office Report and Launches Free Operations Audit for U.S. Providers

Published

on

New analysis from the healthcare outsourcing company finds that non-emergency medical transportation providers lose the most revenue in back-office operations — unanswered calls, dispatch gaps, and broker-compliance issues — rather than on the road.

Vancouver, WA, United States, 1st Sep 2026, Grand Newswire – SS Support Network LLC, a U.S.-registered healthcare and non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) back-office outsourcing company founded in 2020, today released its 2026 NEMT Back-Office Report and announced a free operations audit for U.S. transportation providers. Drawn from the company’s work across more than 200 clients and over 200,000 processed claims, the report identifies where NEMT providers lose trips, revenue, and broker trust, and finds that the costliest failures occur in back-office operations rather than in vehicles or drivers.

The report arrives as demand for medical transportation rises and broker requirements tighten. Industry data places the U.S. NEMT market at roughly $17 billion with mid-single-digit annual growth, while U.S. Census Bureau projections indicate 73.1 million Americans will be aged 65 or older by 2030. Published industry analyses estimate NEMT driver turnover above 64% annually and put the cost of missed medical appointments to the U.S. healthcare system at approximately $150 billion per year, with transportation barriers among the leading contributors.

According to the report, most providers focus on vehicles and drivers while the largest financial losses occur elsewhere: after-hours calls sent to voicemail, will-call returns left unmanaged, broker portals worked inconsistently, and credentials that lapse unnoticed until trips stop or an audit occurs. SS Support Network states that these gaps reduce trip volume, weaken broker relationships, and lower customer satisfaction even when a provider’s fleet and drivers perform well.

The company reports measurable results from its own engagements. In anonymized client outcomes, SS Support Network released $28,000 in previously held Modivcare billing for payment, generated approximately $9,800 in new broker-driven revenue for another provider within about two months, and helped raise one transportation company’s public review rating from 1.8 to 3.7 through consistent, in-name customer support. In a separate engagement, an East Coast NEMT provider transferred its full back office to the company and expanded from a single state to multiple states while SS Support Network continued to manage day-to-day operations for more than two years.

“Most NEMT owners assume their problem is vehicles and drivers,” said Nimra Khalid, Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer of SS Support Network. “In our experience, the revenue is usually lost in quieter places — a phone going to voicemail overnight, a broker portal left untouched, a credential that expired. When the back office is corrected, the same fleet completes more trips and retains more broker business.”

Alongside the report, SS Support Network is making a free operations audit available to U.S. NEMT providers. The audit is a written review of a provider’s calls, dispatching, scheduling, and broker activity that identifies specific operational issues and recommended corrections, provided at no cost. The company’s agents are HIPAA-trained and operate under a signed Business Associate Agreement (BAA), working within a provider’s existing dispatch software and broker portals, including Modivcare, MTM, and Access2Care.

“Operators should be able to see where they are losing money, in writing,” Nimra added. “If we are not the right fit, the audit says so.”

The 2026 NEMT Back-Office Report and details of the free operations audit are available at https://sssupportnetwork.llc/.

Aster and World Liberty Financial Launch USD1 RWA Boost: Phase 1, Offering 125M $WLFI + 6.25M USD1 in Rewards

Published

on

George Town, British Virgin Islands, September 1st, 2026, Chainwire

Aster, the privacy-first onchain trading platform backed by YZi Labs, today announced the kickoff of USD1 RWA Boost: Phase 1 with World Liberty Financial (WLFI), featuring 125,000,000 $WLFI and 6,250,000 USD1 in rewards.

The campaign builds on AOS-2, Aster’s earlier expansion of its Aster Open Standards (AOS) framework from spot markets to perpetuals.

Leonard, CEO at Aster, said: “AOS-2 is turning Aster from a decentralized perp exchange into an open infrastructure layer where anyone can launch and operate their own perpetual markets on top of Aster Chain. The first USD1 RWA perpetuals show that model is already working.”

AOS-2: A Published Standard for Perpetual Listings

AOS-2 is Aster’s standardized, onchain framework for initiating perpetual market listings, enabling projects to propose new markets through a transparent and automated process.

Applicants stake 1 million $ASTER, locked for four years with no early exit, before the proposal goes to an onchain validator vote. If approved, Aster’s risk team configures the market and the perpetual can go live as early as T+1; if rejected, the stake is returned in full.

Listing access runs on published onchain rules, while leverage and other trading parameters stay under Aster’s risk controls, letting Aster bring new markets to traders faster without giving up risk management.

USD1 RWA Boost Phase 1: 125M $WLFI + 6.25M USD1 in Rewards

The campaign runs from August 31 through December 31, 2026, covering SPCX/USD1, CL/USD1, XAU/USD1, SNDK/USD1, SKHYNIX/USD1, and MU/USD1.

Users earn Trading Points through taker volume on eligible USD1 pairs, which determine their share of the USD1 reward pool, while Open Interest (OI) Points are earned by holding eligible positions and determine their share of the $WLFI reward pool. Traders using Single Asset Mode with USD1 as collateral receive a 2x boost on OI Points. Rewards are calculated across weekly epochs and distributed the following week.

“When real-world assets trade onchain, the settlement asset matters as much as the market itself. Perpetuals on gold, energy, and equities, all denominated in USD1, give traders one dollar instrument across every one of these markets, and that is what stablecoins were built to do. We are supporting these markets because this is where onchain market structure is heading, and Phase 1 is only the start,” said Zach Witkoff, Co-Founder and CEO at World Liberty Financial.

Building the Frontier of Onchain Trading

AOS-2 gives Aster a repeatable, onchain path for bringing new markets to the platform, and the first USD1 RWA perpetual listings show that path is already at work. Paired with the ecosystem support from Aster and WLFI, the launch turns a new listing framework into real trading activity from day one.

As more real-world and crypto-native assets move onchain, Aster aims to become a leading venue for bringing new asset markets onchain. The map gets bigger from here.

About Aster

Aster is a privacy-first onchain trading platform backed by YZi Labs, with unique features like Hidden Orders to protect user trading activity. It pioneers the frontier of on-chain trading through perpetual futures, spots, and earn products for top-trending assets, including RWAs, memes, and core crypto markets. It is powered by Aster Chain, a Layer 1 blockchain built to power the future of decentralized finance.

Users can learn more about Aster on the official website or follow Aster on X.
