Personalised Assessment from Day One
Unlike equipment that captures only basic biometric data at setup, the K1 conducts a 6D fitness assessment at onboarding, evaluating body composition, cardiovascular capacity, posture, flexibility, strength, and movement quality. Using an integrated 3D camera, the system identifies existing imbalances and generates an individualised training plan before the first session begins.

The K1 ships with cable attachments, grips, handles, and a body-composition scale. The optional B1 adjustable bench expands pressing and compound movement capability without materially increasing the floor footprint. Folded, the unit occupies approximately 0.3 square metres (approx. 3.2 sq ft) and requires no drilling or permanent installation. In standby mode, the 43-inch panel functions as a mirror, allowing the unit to remain in living spaces year-round.
