Carziqo Brings ER-BX Autonomous Ride-Hailing Series to Miami Following Progress in Austin and Los Angeles

Published

on

  • The company is extending its city-by-city deployment strategy to one of the United States’ most active tourism markets, where seasonal demand and diverse travel patterns offer a new operating environment for the ER-BX series.

Bishopsgate, London, Sep 14, 2026, ZEX PR WIRE — Following phased operational progress in Austin and Los Angeles, autonomous mobility technology company Carziqo has introduced its ER-BX autonomous ride-hailing series in Miami, marking the latest step in the company’s expansion across major US cities.

The Miami deployment builds on the experience Carziqo gained while operating the ER-BX series in two distinctly different urban environments. Austin provided an opportunity to assess the vehicles in a fast-growing technology hub characterized by expanding residential districts and evolving mobility needs, while Los Angeles offered exposure to a larger and more complex transportation landscape shaped by long travel distances, dense commercial areas and varying traffic conditions.

Carziqo said the initial phases in both cities generated operational insights that are now being applied to the ER-BX rollout in Miami. These include vehicle scheduling, route allocation, demand forecasting, fleet monitoring and service coordination across different periods of the day.

Rather than treating each new city as an identical market, the company is following a city-specific approach. Deployment plans are adjusted according to local travel behavior, operating conditions, service availability and passenger demand.

A New Environment for the ER-BX Series

Miami presents a particularly relevant setting for autonomous ride-hailing operations because of its combination of tourism, hospitality, residential communities, business districts and major transportation connections.

Daily mobility demand in the city is influenced not only by local commuters but also by visitors traveling between hotels, commercial centers, entertainment districts, airports and other popular destinations. Demand can change significantly according to the time of day, tourism season, weather conditions and major events.

For Carziqo, this creates an opportunity to evaluate how the ER-BX series performs in a market where passenger movements are highly varied and often time-sensitive.

The initial Miami phase will focus on gradually integrating ER-BX vehicles into selected operating areas and mobility scenarios. Carziqo said service coverage and fleet allocation may be adjusted as the company collects additional operational data and evaluates local demand.

The company is also expected to assess how vehicles can be positioned more efficiently during periods of increased visitor activity. Intelligent dispatching and demand-based fleet allocation are intended to help reduce unnecessary vehicle idle time while improving availability in areas where ride demand is more concentrated.

Building on Austin and Los Angeles

The Austin and Los Angeles deployments represented important stages in the development of Carziqo’s ER-BX operating model.

In Austin, the company focused on introducing the series through a controlled deployment process, allowing its operations teams to observe local travel patterns and refine vehicle distribution. The city’s growing population, technology sector and expanding urban footprint provided an environment for evaluating how autonomous ride-hailing services could respond to emerging transportation needs.

Los Angeles brought a different set of operating considerations. Its dispersed geography, varied road environments and longer point-to-point journeys required greater attention to route planning, vehicle availability and fleet coordination.

According to Carziqo, the progress achieved in these two cities should not be measured solely by the number of vehicles deployed. It also includes improvements in the systems supporting each journey—from fleet scheduling and real-time operational monitoring to demand analysis and service management.

These capabilities form part of a broader mobility infrastructure designed to connect autonomous vehicles with intelligent dispatch systems and city-level fleet operations.

A Phased Expansion Strategy

Carziqo’s move into Miami reflects its broader approach to autonomous mobility expansion: introduce services gradually, evaluate real operating conditions and use the resulting data to guide the next stage of deployment.

This model allows the company to study how the same vehicle series responds to different city structures without assuming that an operating strategy developed in one market can be transferred unchanged to another.

Austin, Los Angeles and Miami each represent a distinct mobility environment. Together, they allow Carziqo to examine the ER-BX series across technology-oriented communities, large metropolitan corridors and tourism-driven travel networks.

The company said the Miami operation will remain subject to service availability, fleet deployment schedules, local operating requirements and market conditions. Routes, coverage areas and vehicle availability may therefore change as the rollout progresses.

From Individual Vehicles to a Connected Mobility Network

Carziqo’s longer-term objective extends beyond deploying autonomous vehicles in additional locations. The company is working toward an interconnected mobility system combining intelligent vehicles, real-time monitoring, demand forecasting and coordinated fleet management.

Within this model, vehicles are assigned according to actual operating requirements rather than distributed uniformly across an entire city. Different vehicles may serve different routes, distances and demand zones, allowing the fleet to respond more efficiently to changing passenger activity.

Miami will provide another test of this approach, particularly in areas where mobility demand is influenced by tourism flows, hospitality activity and seasonal events.

The ER-BX deployment also demonstrates how Carziqo is using lessons from earlier markets to support future operations. Insights gathered in Austin informed the company’s approach in Los Angeles, while experience from both cities is now contributing to the Miami rollout.

As autonomous ride-hailing technology continues to develop, successful expansion will depend not only on vehicle capability but also on how effectively fleets can be integrated into the daily rhythm of each city.

For Carziqo, the arrival of the ER-BX series in Miami represents another measured step in that process. It connects three different urban markets through a common operating platform while allowing each deployment to remain responsive to local conditions.

With Austin and Los Angeles providing the foundation, Miami now becomes the latest chapter in the ER-BX series’ evolving US journey—and a new opportunity for Carziqo to demonstrate how autonomous mobility can adapt to the needs of a global tourism destination.

Michelle Kam commits to a home and commercial sales expansion for 2027

Published

on

  • Michelle Kam is formalizing a pledge to expand her practice beyond pre-construction condos into homes and commercial sales, with a set of concrete client-facing commitments starting this year and building toward what growth in the 2027 market will take.

A pledge, not just a plan

Ontario, Canada, Sep 15, 2026, ZEX PR WIRE — Michelle Kam has spent most of her career known for pre-construction condos, lofts, and townhomes in Toronto. That work is not going away. But Kam is now putting a formal pledge behind something she has been building toward for a while: a wider practice that includes homes and commercial properties.

This is a commitment with specifics attached, not a vague plan to “grow the business.”

The three commitments

Kam is naming three things she will do differently starting now.

First, every buyer meeting will include a homes and commercial conversation, not just a condo one. Kam says too many buyers assume she only handles condos because that has been her public focus for years. Going forward, her intake process will ask about business space and freehold homes as a matter of course, not as an afterthought.

Second, she is committing to publish market commentary that covers homes and commercial sales alongside condos. For years, her public writing leaned almost entirely on the pre-construction and urban condo market. Kam is pledging to keep a running commentary on what is happening in Toronto’s broader housing market, including how policy shifts and cross-border economic pressure show up in local pricing and demand as the market moves toward 2027.

Third, Kam is committing to bring her high-volume sales background to bear on commercial transactions. She built her reputation working with Concord Alex and Baker Real Estate on high-volume, pre-sale deals. She is pledging to apply that same discipline (tight timelines, careful paperwork, clear buyer communication) to commercial clients who are used to slower, less structured service.

Why now

Kam points to conditions that make this the right moment rather than a random pivot.

“Buyers who came to me for a condo five years ago are now looking at homes, or they’re running a business and need commercial space,” Kam says. “It would be strange for me to only be able to help with one part of that.”

She also points to broader market conditions heading into 2027. Changes coming out of the new US administration have added uncertainty to interest rates, cross-border investment, and material costs, all of which touch commercial real estate directly. Kam says growth in that kind of market takes patience, since financing and permitting timelines are slower to react than a condo presale cycle. She wants to be someone her clients can call about any of it, not just condos.

“I don’t think buyers should have to find a different agent every time their needs change,” Kam says. “I’d rather be the person who can walk them through a condo purchase this year and a commercial lease a few years later.”

What growth in 2027 will take

Kam says real growth in a market like this will not come from a single announcement. It will come from small, practical steps taken consistently over the next couple of years.

That means clients start seeing homes and commercial listings included in the same market updates that used to focus only on condos. It means buyer consultations run slightly longer, since they now cover more ground. And it means Kam is personally taking on a small number of commercial files herself this year, rather than routing them elsewhere, so she understands the deal structures before she claims expertise in them.

“I want to actually do the work before I claim to be an expert at it,” Kam says. “That’s always been how I approach anything new.”

Kam adds that the 2027 market will likely reward agents who can move between property types without losing their footing, since buyers themselves are moving between them. “People aren’t staying in one lane anymore,” she says. “Their agent shouldn’t either.”

A pledge tied to a track record

Kam built her practice from a smaller footing into a full-service business over more than a decade. That history, growing by adding capability rather than replacing what came before, is the model Kam says she is following again.

“I didn’t stop doing resale when I moved into pre-construction,” Kam says. “I added to what I already knew. This is the same idea, just applied to homes and commercial space.”

Kam says she expects the commercial side of her business to take longer to build than condos did, since the buyer relationships and deal structures are different. She is not promising a fast turnaround. She is promising to show up for it consistently, year over year, through 2027 and beyond.

FX Junction Reaches 40,600 Members and 26 Million Trades

Published

on

Fomboni, Comoros, September 15th, 2026, FinanceWire

The platform confirms its place among the global leaders in social trading

FX Junction, one of the world’s leading social networks for forex and CFD traders, now has 40,602 registered members and has processed 26,001,872 trades through the platform. Members have linked 12,556 live trading accounts to the network, held with 1,169 supported brokers, and the platform is available to users in more than 50 countries.

The numbers place FX Junction among the top group of social trading platforms operating at a scale of tens of thousands of verified members and tens of millions of executed trades. Unlike discussion-based communities, where performance claims cannot be independently checked, the FX Junction model is built on trading accounts connected directly through MetaTrader, so that every statistic displayed on a member’s profile is derived from actual broker data.

“These are not marketing estimates; they are counts taken from connected trading accounts,” says Syam K.P., analyst at FX Junction. “Twenty-six million executed trades across more than twelve thousand linked accounts is a data set that very few social trading platforms can put on the table. What it tells us is that the market has moved past the stage where a screenshot was enough. Traders want to see a verified track record before they follow anyone, and platforms that cannot produce one are gradually losing that audience.”

Syam K.P. adds that growth in the number of linked accounts is, in the company’s view, the more relevant indicator than the headline membership figure: “Registration costs a trader nothing. Connecting a live account and making a track record public is a different level of commitment, and that is where the real size of a social trading network shows.”

The company notes that member funds always remain with the trader’s own broker. FX Junction does not hold client capital and acts solely as the layer connecting traders and replicating positions between accounts. Trading in leveraged instruments carries a high risk of loss.

About FX Junction

The investment and trading platform FX Junction is one of the world’s leading social trading networks. In the area of CFDs and forex, FX Junction had already established itself as one of the global leaders among social platforms for traders.

FX Junction was founded in 2011. The company’s launch was supported by a Swiss investor through the parent company Pine Group SA, alongside U.S. executive Ryan Novak.

ClearLeaf Expands to Guatemala with New Product Registration

Published

on

Costa Rica, 15th Sep 2026 – ClearLeaf, a Costa Rican agtech leader specializing in sustainable, non-toxic crop protection, today announced it has officially received product registration for “GotaBlanca 0.05 SL,” in Guatemala. This milestone marks a significant step in the company’s expansion across Latin America, providing Guatemalan farmers with a powerful, eco-friendly and worker-friendly tool that protects yield quality, meets the residue standards their export buyers require, and keeps harvest crews working.

ClearLeaf Expands to Guatemala with New Product Registration

GotaBlanca 0.05 SL, a fungicide presentation of the GotaBlanca line has already been cleared for use in Guatemala’s large melon sector, with other crops currently in line for approval.  GotaBlanca’s safety profile is so compelling that it has been cleared for use with no “re-entry period” – meaning it can be applied up to the day of harvest with no health concerns. For growers, that also removes the waiting days between application and picking: crews can enter the field right away, harvest windows stay on schedule, and no one is asked to trade safety for the calendar.

GotaBlanca 0.05 SL, will be distributed in Guatemala by Colono Agropecuario. The Colono Group has distributed ClearLeaf’s products across the region since the company’s inception, and is one of the largest agrochemical distributors in the region.  By leveraging Colono’s extensive network and deep technical expertise, ClearLeaf ensures that farmers across the nation have immediate access to this innovative technology to improve yield quality and safety.

“The Guatemalan market is increasingly prioritizing sustainable agricultural practices to meet both local and export demands,” said Lawrence Pratt, CEO of ClearLeaf Inc. ” We are excited to bring our commitment to providing effective, science-backed solutions while safeguarding the health of farmers, consumers, and the environment “.

“We are thrilled to bring GotaBlanca to Guatemala,” said Victor Arroyo, Central America Regional Manager at Colono Agropecuario. “Adding GotaBlanca to our portfolio in Guatemala allows us to offer producers a modern tool that delivers harvests free of residues and not only improves profitability but also ensures soil recovery and the protection of our environment. This partnership reinforces our commitment to a more productive and precise vision of agriculture in Guatemala.”

The approval in Guatemala follows successful commercial results in other regional markets, including home market Costa Rica, as well as Panama, Honduras, and Nicaragua. Recent large-scale trials have demonstrated GotaBlanca’s ability to replace multiple toxic pathogen control products simultaneously, lowering input costs for producers while maintaining or increasing yields.

GotaBlanca 0.05 SL will be available in Guatemala in the coming weeks.
