Box Hill Radio Interview Puts Spotlight on Gum Disease Prevention With Dr. Samantha Lew

Published

on

Mason Square Dental’s Dr. Samantha Lew speaks to Box Hill Radio about early warning signs of gum disease and the everyday habits that can prevent long-term dental problems.

Australia, 4th Aug 2026 – A little bleeding when brushing, lingering bad breath, or tender gums can seem easy to brush off. But according to Mason Square Dental’s Dr. Samantha Lew, those small signs can be the start of bigger oral health problems if left untreated.

In a recent interview with Box Hill Radio, Dr. Lew spoke about the everyday habits and warning signs that can make the difference between healthy teeth and preventable dental problems. Her message was simple: gum disease often starts quietly, and the earlier people act, the easier it is to protect their teeth and overall oral health.

For Dr. Lew, the issue is not just clinical. It is personal for many families who put off appointments because life is busy, budgets are tight, or fear gets in the way. By the time pain appears, what may have started as a manageable problem can feel far more overwhelming than it needed to be.

That is why Dr. Lew used the interview to focus on reassurance as much as advice. She encouraged listeners to pay attention to early symptoms such as bleeding gums, persistent bad breath, and gum tenderness, and reminded them that regular dental visits, daily brushing and flossing, and limiting frequent sugar exposure can play a major role in preventing both gum disease and tooth damage.

Dr. Lew brings both experience and perspective to that message. Her background in both dentistry and public health reflects a career shaped not only by treatment, but by education, prevention, and long-term community wellbeing.

She is especially well regarded for her work with children and families, and for helping nervous patients feel more comfortable in the dental chair. That caring approach has helped make her a trusted clinician for local patients and a credible voice in broader conversations about oral health.

“Samantha’s radio interview is a strong reflection of what we stand for at Mason Square Dental — clear communication, preventative care, and community connection,” said Dr. Shelly Finnerty, owner of Mason Square Dental. “Her focus is always on helping people understand what’s happening in their mouths, why it matters, and what they can do early to keep teeth healthy.”

Dr. Lew has also been actively involved in the Victorian branch of the Australian Dental Association, serves on the Oral Health Committee, and has volunteered her time providing dental care in remote communities. Those contributions reinforce her longstanding commitment to improving oral health beyond the walls of the clinic.

For Mason Square Dental, the story behind the interview is ultimately a simple one: good oral health advice can change outcomes when people hear it early enough. By taking that message to radio, Dr. Lew is helping more people understand that healthy teeth start with healthy gums, and that prevention is always easier than repair.

United States, 19th Sep 2026 — Online Mastery (onlinemastery.co ) has officially launched as a free-to-join digital education platform built to help everyday people start, grow, and scale online businesses — even with zero experience, no technical skills, and no startup capital.

Founded by Kevin Harper, a US-based digital entrepreneur with over a decade of experience building online businesses, Online Mastery was created to solve a problem that has plagued the make-money-online space for years: too much information, not enough direction.

“There are millions of Americans who’ve watched hundreds of YouTube videos, downloaded dozens of guides, and still haven’t made a penny online,” said Harper. “The information isn’t the problem. The direction is. Online Mastery exists to hand people a clear map instead of another pile of content.”

The platform is built around a six-pillar curriculum designed to take members from their first idea to full-time online income:

Pillar 1 — Find Your Niche. A framework for identifying a profitable market that matches an individual’s strengths, interests, and lifestyle — even for those who believe they have nothing to offer.

Pillar 2 — Build Your First Digital Product. Step-by-step guidance on creating a sellable digital asset — whether an ebook, an online course, or a template pack — within the first 30 days.

Pillar 3 — Get Traffic Without Paid Ads. Organic growth strategies using social media, SEO, and content marketing to attract buyers before spending a single dollar on advertising.

Pillar 4 — Monetize a Personal Brand. A blueprint for turning knowledge, experience, or passion into a trusted brand that generates revenue — no massive following required.

Pillar 5 — Scale With AI and Automation. Training on using today’s AI tools to create content, build systems, and automate operations so the business grows without requiring constant manual effort.

Pillar 6 — Go From Side Hustle to Full-Time. A transition framework for members ready to leave their nine-to-five with the income, structure, and support system already in place.

Since its soft launch, Online Mastery has attracted over 5,000 community members across more than 40 countries, with over 1,200 students already generating online income. The platform’s combination of structured education and active community support has resonated particularly strongly with people who have tried other courses or programs in the past and failed to follow through.

New members receive immediate access to Kevin Harper’s free weekly playbook — a curated breakdown of the strategies, tools, and shortcuts working right now in the online business space. Additional free resources include “The 5 Online Business Models That Work in 2026,” a starter checklist of 12 foundational action items, and a detailed case study of how Harper built his first $10,000 month.

“I built Online Mastery because I was tired of watching good people waste years on bad advice,” said Harper. “The right model, the right steps, and the right support can change everything. That’s what we deliver.”

The platform requires no credit card to join and is completely free to access. Visitors to onlinemastery.co can sign up instantly and begin receiving the weekly playbook and full resource library immediately.

Marcos Neves Rodrigues sets a one-year standard for storm-season readiness in Florida hotels

Published

on

Florida, USA, September 19th, 2026, ZEX PR WIRE, Marcos Neves Rodrigues, a Florida hotel manager, is committing his property’s team to a one-year cycle of hurricane-season readiness reviews, run every year at the same fixed points on the calendar.

A commitment tied to the calendar, not the weather

Marcos Neves Rodrigues has spent his career managing hotel operations in Florida, where hurricane season is not a hypothetical. He is now formalizing a practice he has used informally for years: a fixed, year-round readiness cycle for his property, rather than a scramble that starts when a storm enters the forecast.

“Waiting for a named storm to start planning is already too late,” Rodrigues said. “The teams that handle a hurricane well are the ones that already knew, months before, exactly who does what.”

The commitment breaks the year into four checkpoints, each with a specific task attached, rather than a single “hurricane plan” filed away and forgotten.

The four checkpoints

Early spring: supply and vendor review. Rodrigues commits his team to confirming backup suppliers for water, generator fuel, and non-perishable food before the season opens. He said this is the point most properties skip because nothing feels urgent yet.

Early summer: staff role assignments. Every department head gets a written role for before, during, and after a storm. Front office, housekeeping, and maintenance each get a specific checklist, not a general instruction to “help out.”

Peak season: communication drills. With guests on property during active months, Rodrigues has his team run short internal drills on how information moves: from management to staff, and from staff to guests. He said the drill matters more than the plan itself, because plans fail quietly while drills expose gaps out loud.

After season close: a debrief. Once hurricane season ends, the team reviews what actually happened that year, storm or no storm, and updates the plan for the next cycle. Rodrigues said this step is the one that keeps the whole cycle from going stale.

Why he is naming it publicly

Rodrigues said he decided to put the practice into a named, public commitment rather than keep it as an internal habit, because hospitality teams often trade notes across properties informally.

“If another manager reads this and steals the debrief step, that’s a win,” he said. “None of this is proprietary. It’s just structure.”

He said the biggest failure point he has seen in hotel storm response is not lack of effort but lack of ownership. When a role is not written down, it does not get done. When it is written down and reviewed months in advance, it usually does.

“A generator that nobody tested in April doesn’t care how good your intentions were in September,” Rodrigues said.

What guests should expect from it

Rodrigues said the point of the commitment is not to promise guests nothing will go wrong. It is to promise a level of preparation that keeps small disruptions from becoming large ones.

“Guests don’t need a hotel that pretends storms don’t happen here,” he said. “They need one that already knows what it’s doing when one does.”

He said the readiness cycle also covers routine off-season maintenance, like checking window seals and drainage, since those checks matter as much as any emergency supply list.

A practice built for repetition

Rodrigues said he expects to run the same four-checkpoint cycle every year going forward, adjusting details as staff and property needs change but keeping the structure fixed.

“The plan should get better every year,” he said. “The calendar shouldn’t change.”

He said hotels in Florida do not get to choose whether hurricane season happens. They only get to choose how ready they are for it, months before anyone is watching a spaghetti model on the news.
