Alaa Jaber, Missouri: Highlights Why Self-Employed Professionals Need to Prepare for Uncertainty

Published

on

  • Self-employed businessman Alaa Jaber discusses why preparation, flexibility, and sound judgment matter when business conditions don’t unfold as planned.

MISSOURI, USA, Sep 15, 2026, ZEX PR WIRE — Independence is one of the biggest attractions of self-employment, but the ability to make your own decisions also means accepting greater responsibility when circumstances change. Self-employed businessman Alaa Jaber believes preparing for uncertainty is an important part of working independently, particularly when no larger organization is available to absorb every unexpected expense, solve every problem, or determine the next move.

For Alaa Jaber Missouri, preparation does not mean attempting to predict every possible challenge. Instead, it means understanding that plans will sometimes need to change and putting yourself in a position to respond thoughtfully when they do.

“Working for yourself gives you a lot of control, but control is not the same thing as certainty,” Jaber said. “You can make a good plan based on everything you know today and still have something change tomorrow. The important part is being able to respond without feeling like every unexpected situation is a crisis.”

Uncertainty Is Part of Working Independently

Self-employed professionals frequently operate without some of the support systems that exist inside larger organizations. When an unexpected expense arises, a potential opportunity falls through, or priorities suddenly shift, another department may not be responsible for finding the solution.

Jaber believes accepting that reality can help independent professionals approach uncertainty more practically. Instead of assuming a successful plan should account for everything that could possibly happen, he recommends leaving room for circumstances to change.

“There is a difference between being prepared and believing you can predict the future,” Jaber said. “I think you should think ahead and consider what could go wrong, but eventually you have to make decisions with the information you have. You are never going to know everything.”

That distinction can be particularly important when making financial decisions. Unexpected costs are difficult to eliminate entirely, which means maintaining some flexibility can be more useful than building plans that only work if every assumption turns out to be correct.

The same principle applies to time. A self-employed professional can begin a week with a clear set of priorities only to have an unexpected problem consume several hours. Jaber believes the ability to adjust without losing sight of the larger objective is an important part of working independently.

Planning Should Create Options

Jaber views planning as a way to improve decision-making rather than eliminate uncertainty. A useful plan provides direction, but it should also leave enough room to adapt when new information becomes available.

That can mean being cautious about committing every available resource to one opportunity. It can also mean considering the downside of a decision before focusing exclusively on what might go right.

“When something looks like a good opportunity, it is easy to think mostly about the upside,” Jaber said. “I also want to know what happens if it does not work the way I expect. How much time am I committing? What is it going to cost? What else am I giving up by doing this? Those questions do not mean you are being negative. They help you understand the decision.”

Jaber also believes planning can become counterproductive when people become so focused on eliminating risk that they struggle to act. There will almost always be another question to ask or another scenario to consider.

At some point, independent professionals have to determine whether they have enough information to move forward.

“You can prepare forever if your goal is to feel completely certain,” Jaber said. “I do not think complete certainty exists very often in business. You want to be thoughtful, but you also have to know when you have done enough homework to make the decision.”

Flexibility Does Not Mean Constantly Changing Direction

Being adaptable can sometimes be confused with changing plans whenever something becomes difficult. Jaber sees an important difference between the two.

Some plans need time to produce results, and an early setback does not automatically mean the original idea was wrong. At the same time, continuing with a plan simply because time or money has already been invested can create additional problems.

The challenge is determining whether the underlying situation has actually changed.

“I try to look at why I made the decision in the first place,” Jaber said. “If those reasons still make sense, maybe it needs more time. If the facts have changed, then I think you have to be willing to reconsider what you are doing.”

For Jaber, changing direction when new information warrants it is not an admission of failure. It is part of responding to circumstances as they actually exist rather than remaining committed to assumptions that may no longer be accurate.

Problem-Solving Becomes Part of the Job

One reality of self-employment is that responsibilities do not always fit neatly into a job description. An independent professional may encounter unfamiliar problems and have to determine whether to solve them personally, seek advice, or find someone with more expertise.

Jaber believes becoming comfortable with that process is more realistic than expecting to have an immediate answer for every situation.

“Working independently does not mean you have to know everything,” Jaber said. “Sometimes the right move is figuring out who knows more about the problem than you do and listening to them. You are still responsible for the decision, but that does not mean you have to make it without good information.”

Over time, those experiences can make future uncertainty easier to handle. A problem that once felt completely unfamiliar may resemble something encountered before, allowing decisions to be made with greater perspective.

Preparing for What Cannot Be Predicted

Jaber does not believe uncertainty is something self-employed professionals can completely remove from their working lives. New opportunities will appear, expenses will change, plans will encounter obstacles, and some decisions will produce unexpected results.

The goal, in his view, is not to create a business environment where nothing surprising ever happens. It is to become better prepared for the reality that surprises will happen.

“You are going to have things that do not go according to plan,” Jaber said. “I think the question is whether you have left yourself enough room to deal with them. If the only way your plan works is if everything goes perfectly, that is probably something worth thinking about.”

For independent professionals, that approach can mean balancing preparation with action, confidence with caution, and consistency with a willingness to change course. Uncertainty remains part of the equation, but it does not have to prevent thoughtful decision-making.

PrimeXBT Launches AI-Assisted Trading with MCP Integration, Connecting ChatGPT and Claude to Trading Accounts

Published

on

Castries, Saint Lucia, November 4th, 2026, FinanceWire

PrimeXBT, a global multi-asset broker and crypto asset service provider, has announced the launch of its Model Context Protocol (MCP) integration, enabling traders to connect AI assistants, such as ChatGPT and Claude, directly to their trading accounts. The launch, alongside a new Trading API, expands PrimeXBT’s AI and automation capabilities, introducing new ways for clients to access market information, manage their accounts, and interact with financial markets.

With PrimeXBT MCP, traders can connect their preferred AI assistant using just one link and a PrimeXBT login, without coding or API key configuration. Designed for both new and experienced traders, the integration provides tools, allowing clients to monitor their accounts, explore market prices and charts, review trading history and understand trading conditions through natural-language conversations. Powered by live account data and PrimeXBT’s built-in knowledge base, it delivers relevant, account-specific answers to questions about trading costs, leverage, margin requirements, and platform rules, reducing the need to navigate multiple screens or search for information manually.

MCP also supports AI-assisted trade execution, enabling clients to prepare market, limit, and stop orders and preview estimated prices, fees, margin requirements, leverage, and liquidation levels, calculated by PrimeXBT’s trading engine. Every order requires explicit trader confirmation before execution, with Read-only and Read & Trade permissions available. For added security, the MCP does not allow withdrawals or fund transfers through AI assistants. The integration is available for demo and live accounts on the broker’s PXTrader 2.0 platform, covering CFDs and Crypto Futures.

Commenting on the launch, Jonatan Randin, Senior Market Analyst, said: “AI has become part of everyday life, changing how people access information, use technology and make decisions. We believe trading should evolve in the same direction. With our MCP, we’re bringing real trading data and functionality into the AI assistants people already know and use, making trading more accessible, simplifying complex processes and giving traders greater flexibility in how they interact with markets, while keeping them in control. This is an important step towards a more connected and intuitive trading experience.”

PrimeXBT MCP is built on the broker’s Trading API, which has also been introduced to expand PXTrader 2.0’s capabilities for algorithmic, quantitative and technically experienced traders. The API enables clients to connect their own trading bots, applications and external tools, automate strategies around the clock and access account and market data programmatically. It supports order and position management, custom dashboards and analytics, with security features including two-factor authentication, configurable permissions and optional IP restrictions. Deposits, withdrawals and fund transfers are not supported through the API.

The launch builds on PrimeXBT’s continued development of PXTrader 2.0, its native platform for trading CFDs and Crypto Futures, bringing together advanced trading tools, flexible fiat and crypto funding options, crypto-denominated accounts and competitive trading conditions. As AI continues to transform financial technology, PrimeXBT remains committed to integrating emerging technologies into its trading infrastructure, strengthening its position as a forward-thinking broker and driving the next generation of trading innovation.

Joseph Grinkorn: Elon Musk and Starlink Could Take Over the Global Telecom Industry Within Three Years – Traditional Telecom Giants on Notice

Published

on

Morris Group CEO Predicts a Massive Telecommunications Revolution as Satellite Technology Threatens to Make Traditional Cellular Networks Obsolete

NEW YORK, NY, USA – Joseph Grinkorn, investment expert and CEO of Morris Group, is making another bold prediction: Elon Musk’s Starlink could become one of the most powerful forces in global telecommunications, fundamentally changing how the world communicates within the next three years.

Grinkorn believes Musk is preparing to disrupt an industry that has been dominated for decades by traditional mobile carriers and Internet providers. With SpaceX’s rapidly expanding satellite network and Starlink’s direct-to-cell ambitions, the future of telecommunications may no longer depend on thousands of cellular towers and traditional infrastructure.

The numbers show how fast that network is growing. Starlink passed 12 million subscribers by mid-2026 and now operates more than 10,000 satellites in low Earth orbit. In 2025, SpaceX also agreed to acquire EchoStar’s AWS-4 and H-block spectrum licenses in a deal worth about $17 billion. U.S. regulators cleared the sale in May 2026, giving Starlink frequencies of its own for direct-to-cell service.

Grinkorn identifies several reasons why Starlink could become the next global telecommunications powerhouse:

  • The End of Traditional Telecom Dominance: Starlink could challenge the business models of major cellular providers by delivering connectivity directly from space.
  • A Global Mobile Network: Satellite-to-cell technology could eventually allow consumers to connect their smartphones virtually anywhere on Earth. SpaceX has already launched more than 600 direct-to-cell satellites.
  • Internet Without Borders: Starlink has the potential to eliminate geographical limitations and bring high-speed connectivity to underserved markets worldwide. The service already reaches customers in more than 160 countries and territories.
  • A Trillion-Dollar Industry at Risk: Traditional telecommunications companies could face enormous competitive pressure as satellite technology advances.
  • Musk’s Next Billion-Dollar Revolution: Following the overhaul of electric vehicles and commercial spaceflight, Musk could now reshape the global communications industry.
  • The Three-Year Window: Grinkorn believes the next three years could be critical in determining the future leaders of the global telecommunications market.

Joseph Grinkorn’s Statement

“Elon Musk isn’t simply building another Internet company. He’s building the infrastructure for the future of global communications. I believe we are approaching a point where satellites could fundamentally change the way the world connects.

Traditional telecom companies should be very concerned. Starlink has the potential to become a dominant global communications platform, and investors who underestimate this change could miss one of the biggest technological shifts of our generation.”

Grinkorn believes the telecommunications industry is approaching a historic turning point and that Starlink could emerge as one of the most important companies in the global technology and communications market.

What Comes Next

Carriers are already adjusting. EchoStar’s Boost Mobile customers are set to gain access to Starlink’s direct-to-cell service, and T-Mobile has worked with Starlink on satellite texting in the United States. SpaceX has also set a target of user speeds up to 150 Mbps for its upgraded direct-to-cell service.

Watch how fast carriers sign satellite partnerships and how quickly subscriber numbers climb. Those signals will show whether the three-year window Grinkorn describes is opening on schedule.

CMS(867.HK/8A8.SG): Ruxolitinib Phosphate Cream Approved in Singapore, Filling Gap in Vitiligo Treatment

Published

on

SHENZHEN, CHINA – China Medical System Holdings Limited (“CMS” or the “Group”) is pleased to announce that its subsidiary, Rxilient Medical received approval from the Health Sciences Authority of Singapore (HSA) on 3 November 2026 for the New Drug Application (NDA) of ruxolitinib phosphate cream (the “Product” or “Lumirix®”) for the treatment of non-segmental vitiligo with facial involvement in adults and adolescents from 12 years of age. It is the first and only topical prescription drug in Singapore that directly targets the pathophysiological mechanism of vitiligo[1], meeting a long-standing unmet clinical need.

This approval fills a gap in the field of vitiligo treatment in Singapore. In addition to Singapore, Rxilient Medical has already launched sales of Lumirix® (vitiligo indication) in Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Macau Special Administrative Region and Taiwan Region.

Since 2022, the Group has launched its “Industry Internationalization” strategy, using Singapore as its business hub in emerging markets to build a highly efficient and collaborative value loop across the entire industry chain of “R&D, production, and sales.” Rxilient Medical is the Group’s commercialization subsidiary for entering emerging markets. With “global localization” as its core strategy, it is committed to bringing innovative global therapies to emerging markets and benefiting local patients through its full-chain commercialization capabilities covering drug import, development, registration, and marketing. Rxilient Medical is operated by a professional and highly experienced localized team. Headquartered in Singapore, the company has established subsidiaries or offices in Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Taiwan Region, Malaysia, Vietnam, the Philippines, Indonesia, Thailand, and the UAE. By the end of June 2026, Rxilient Medical had achieved sales for a cumulative total of 9 products across multiple countries and regions in Southeast Asia, and had cumulatively submitted marketing applications for more than 20 pharmaceutical products and medical devices, mapping out a robust and continuous product launch blueprint.

About Vitiligo

Vitiligo is a chronic autoimmune disease characterized by depigmentation of the skin, which results from the loss of pigment-producing cells known as melanocytes. It is estimated that approximately 0.7% of Singapore’s population suffers from vitiligo[2]. For decades, dermatologists in Singapore have relied on treatments such as steroids, calcineurin inhibitors, and phototherapy — therapies that fail to specifically or adequately target the pathogenesis of vitiligo. The approval of Lumirix® in Singapore represents the first drug specifically for the regeneration of pigment in non-segmental vitiligo, filling a gap in the field of vitiligo treatment.

More About Ruxolitinib Phosphate Cream

Ruxolitinib phosphate cream (Opzelura®), a novel cream formulation of the selective JAK1/JAK2 inhibitor ruxolitinib developed by Incyte, is the first and only drug approved for the repigmentation of non-segmental vitiligo by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA)[3]. In the U.S., ruxolitinib phosphate cream is indicated for the topical treatment of non-segmental vitiligo in adult and pediatric patients aged 12 years and older, and for the short-term and non-continuous chronic treatment of mild to moderate atopic dermatitis (AD) in non-immunocompromised patients aged 2 years and older whose disease is not well controlled with topical prescription therapies, or when those therapies are not advisable. In Europe, ruxolitinib phosphate cream is approved for the treatment of non-segmental vitiligo in adults and adolescents aged 12 years and older with facial involvement, and moderate atopic dermatitis in adults whose disease remains inadequately controlled despite treatment with topical corticosteroids and topical calcineurin inhibitors[4].

In January 2026, ruxolitinib phosphate cream was approved for marketing by the National Medical Products Administration (NMPA) of China, becoming the first topical JAK inhibitor approved in China for the treatment of vitiligo, and has since been commercialized in China. Subsequently, in September 2026, the Product was approved for an additional indication of mild to moderate atopic dermatitis (“AD”), for the topical short-term and non-continuous chronic treatment of mild to moderate AD in non-immunocompromised adult and pediatric patients 2 years of age and older whose disease is not adequately controlled with other topical therapies or when those therapies are not advisable. This further expands the Product’s application in the field of dermatological diseases.

In two identical Phase III double-blind, randomized, placebo-controlled studies (TRuE-V1 and TRuE-V2) conducted overseas, the proportion of patients achieving the primary efficacy endpoint of at least 75% improvement in the Facial Vitiligo Area Score Index (F-VASI 75) after 24 weeks of treatment with ruxolitinib phosphate cream was 29.9% in both studies, significantly higher than the 7.5% and 12.9% in the placebo groups, respectively. Continued use up to 52 weeks showed sustained repigmentation[5].

The Group, through a subsidiary of Dermavon, entered into a Collaboration and License Agreement with Incyte for ruxolitinib phosphate cream on 2 December 2022, obtaining an exclusive license to develop, register and commercialize the Product in Mainland China, Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Macau Special Administrative Region, Taiwan Region and eleven Southeast Asian countries (the “Territory”) and a non-exclusive license to manufacture the Product in the Territory. The subsidiary of Dermavon has sublicensed the relevant rights for the Product outside Mainland China to the Group (excluding Dermavon and its subsidiary).

Incyte has worldwide rights for the development and commercialization of ruxolitinib phosphate cream, marketed in the United States and Europe as Opzelura®. Opzelura® and the Opzelura® logo are registered trademarks of Incyte. Lumirix® is a registered trademark of the Group.
