Wellows Launches Free AI Brand Visibility Report Tool

Published

on

Wellows has launched the AI Brand Visibility Report, a free tool that asks an AI engine six buyer questions about a brand, six times each, and reports the story the engine tells, with counts. The report takes about five minutes and is emailed as a link.

Dubai, United Arab Emirates, 5th Nov 2026 – Wellows has launched the AI Brand Visibility Report, a free tool that shows what an AI engine says about a brand when buyers ask about it. The report takes about five minutes and needs no card, and the link to it is emailed when it is ready.

Wellows Launches Free AI Brand Visibility Report Tool

Wellows says AI engines build their answers about a brand largely from third-party pages such as reviews, comparisons, forums, and directories, and it calls the result a brand’s shadow reputation. Buyers ask engines about a company, and the company usually cannot see the answers.

A user enters a website domain, an email address, one of five AI engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Google AI Mode, or Google AI Overviews), and a country. Up to five domains can be entered at once, and each gets its own report. The tool needs no access to the site or its analytics and no installation. An optional name can be added to show who prepared the report when it is run for a client.

The tool asks the chosen engine six buyer questions, each six times, for 36 answers per report: what the brand is, what people say about it, its pros and cons, who it is for, the best alternatives to it, and whether to use it. Each answer is coded, and the counts are computed from the coded answers.

The report writes out the narrative the engine tells and lists the qualities it assigns to the brand, the rivals it suggests, and the objections and gaps it raises, each with counts or share of answers. It compares the brand’s own site with the answers, including how many citations land on the brand’s domain, and ends with a prioritized list of changes.

“Buyers ask AI about a company before they ever talk to it, and most companies never see those answers,” said Masab Gadit, Founder and CEO of Wellows. “Asking each question six times shows what the engine says consistently, so the report gives counts instead of a single reply.”

Each report covers one engine and one country. Because answers change, Wellows advises reading the numbers as a sample and running the report again. Report pages are not indexed by search engines, but anyone with the link can open the full report.

Wellows is also hosting a free live webinar series, Are you in the AI answer?, on Thursdays from October 29 to November 26. The second session, Best X for Y, takes place on November 5 at 11:00 AM ET (8:00 PM Gulf Standard Time) and will cover the AI Brand Visibility Report as part of looking at who AI recommends and why. Registration is free and required for each session, with a replay within 24 hours.

The AI Brand Visibility Report is free to use and available now on the Wellows AI Brand Visibility Report page.

Hana Hou AC Heat Plumbing Electrical Provides 24-7 Emergency Plumbing Response Across Orange County

Published

on

Company prioritizes urgent plumbing problems, including burst pipes, active leaks, and sewer backups, with a damage-first response approach and upfront repair pricing.

United States, 5th Nov 2026 — Plumbing emergencies can develop quickly, leaving homeowners facing uncontrolled water, damaged pipes, sewage backups, and other problems that threaten their property and daily routines. Hana Hou AC Heat Plumbing Electrical is highlighting its 24-7 emergency plumbing response across Orange County, providing homeowners with access to professional assistance for urgent plumbing situations that cannot wait for a scheduled appointment.

Unlike routine plumbing maintenance, emergency situations require immediate attention to prevent further damage and address potential safety concerns. Hana Hou Home focuses its emergency response on problems such as burst supply lines, active water leaks, sewage entering living spaces, water heaters leaking from their tanks, and complete water service interruptions throughout a home.

Prioritizing Plumbing Emergencies Around Immediate Risks

Not every plumbing problem requires an emergency service call. Hana Hou Home evaluates incoming requests based on the nature of the problem, its location, the potential hazard, and current service availability. This approach helps the company distinguish between urgent situations requiring immediate attention and less critical issues that can be addressed through a scheduled appointment.

A burst pipe that cannot be shut off, sewage backing up into a bathtub or floor drain, or an actively leaking water heater tank can create significant property concerns. These situations may require urgent professional intervention to control the immediate problem and identify the underlying cause.

By contrast, a slow drain or minor dripping faucet may be suitable for a routine service appointment when the issue is contained and does not present an immediate risk.

Stop the Damage First, Then Fix the Problem

Hana Hou Home follows a damage-first approach when responding to emergency plumbing calls. After understanding the reported situation, the company dispatches assistance according to the urgency of the problem and available resources.

Once on-site, the priority is to stop the immediate problem. This may involve shutting off the water or gas supply as necessary, followed by an assessment to determine what caused the plumbing failure.

Rather than relying on temporary fixes, the company focuses on diagnosing the actual issue and identifying an appropriate repair. Customers receive a written repair price after the immediate condition has been assessed and before work on the repair begins.

This process gives homeowners a clearer understanding of the problem, the proposed solution, and the expected repair cost before authorizing the work.

Addressing Burst Pipes, Sewer Backups, and Water Heater Failures

Burst pipes are among the plumbing emergencies that can cause substantial water damage when left uncontrolled. Hana Hou Home’s burst pipe repair service focuses on stopping the water flow and completing the necessary pipe repair rather than relying on temporary patches that may fail again.

Sewer backups present a different type of emergency. When wastewater enters a bathtub, shower, or floor drain, the problem may indicate a blockage in the main sewer line. Hana Hou Home provides sewer backup response and directs customers to its sewer services for further information about diagnosing drainage problems, including camera inspections.

Water heater failures can also disrupt essential household activities. An actively leaking water heater tank requires prompt attention, while a complete loss of hot water may need professional assessment to determine whether emergency service is necessary.

A 30-Day Encore Promise for Added Confidence

Hana Hou Home also highlights its 30-Day Encore Promise as part of its service commitment. If the same issue returns within 30 days, the company comes back at no charge.

In addition to emergency plumbing, the company offers its Hana Hou ‘Ohana Membership for $14.99 per month. Membership benefits include priority scheduling, an annual HVAC tune-up, plumbing and electrical safety checks, and 10% off services.

These additional offerings give homeowners options for ongoing home system maintenance beyond an individual emergency repair.

Serving Orange County and Surrounding Communities

Hana Hou AC Heat Plumbing Electrical serves customers across Orange County, with additional service coverage in Murrieta and Temecula. Homeowners experiencing a plumbing emergency can contact the company directly at (949) 996-9886 for Orange County service information.

The company also encourages homeowners to locate their main water shutoff valve before an emergency occurs. Knowing how to stop the water supply can help limit damage when a pipe bursts or an uncontrolled leak develops.

GlobalGPT Launches Yukie for Business 1.0 an AI Agent That Monitors Data and Builds Tools

Published

GlobalGPT has launched Yukie for Business 1.0, an AI agent for business that connects to company data, monitors what changes, and turns everyday work into finished results, from follow-up dashboards to websites, forms, and customer service chatbots.

United States, 5th Nov 2026 — GlobalGPT today announced Yukie for Business 1.0, an AI agent for business that lets small business owners, independent operators, and professional teams connect their business data, keep watch on what matters, and carry everyday work through to finished results.

GlobalGPT Launches Yukie for Business 1.0, an AI Agent That Monitors Data and Builds Tools

For small teams, much of the work happens between tools: finding information, understanding what changed, deciding what to do next, and following up. Unlike AI assistants that wait for the next question, Yukie for Business starts from the business itself. Connected data shows it what has changed, and emails, meeting notes, and team messages show it what still needs to be done. Because the work runs in the cloud, owners can check results and send the next instruction from their phone.

That keeps work moving after the first answer. A shift in website traffic can become a short list of pages to fix and a content plan. A reply from a prospect can land on a follow-up dashboard, with its background ready for whichever colleague picks it up. A question the website chatbot cannot answer can reach the right person with a reply already drafted.

Yukie for Business also builds what the work calls for. Users describe a need in conversation, and Yukie creates and publishes it as a website, an interactive form, or a customer service chatbot that can be embedded in an existing site. A customer research idea can become a working survey, and a recurring operational need can become a tool the team uses regularly. The same business context carries into creative work, so a brand can reuse its product details, characters, and visual style to plan, generate, and edit its next marketing video.

“Many of our users are also founders, shop owners, salespeople, operators, and creators. They carry real business responsibility, often without a full team of specialists,” said Huanzhi Li, Founder & CEO of GlobalGPT. “We built Yukie for Business to stay with that work for them, from the first update of the day to the follow-up that would otherwise slip.”

With this launch, GlobalGPT extends Yukie from a personal AI assistant into business operations and team collaboration. Yukie for Business is available now at glbgpt.com.

Peter Grimyser Highlights the Challenges of Campus Safety Beyond University Boundaries

Published

on

Former UW–Madison Detective/Sergeant examines why cooperation between university police, local authorities, and campus leadership matters for public safety.

Milwaukee, Wisconsin, November 4th, 2026, ZEX PR WIRE, University campuses are closely connected to the cities and communities surrounding them, creating public safety challenges that do not always fit within a single police department’s jurisdiction. Peter Grimyser, a retired Detective/Sergeant with 27 years of experience at the University of Wisconsin–Madison Police Department, is highlighting the importance of cooperation between campus police, local law enforcement and university leadership.

Unlike many traditional policing environments, university campuses bring together students, employees, visitors and neighbouring residents. Public safety incidents can involve several locations and organisations, making clear communication and coordinated responses essential.

“Campus safety involves much more than responding to incidents on university property,” Grimyser said. “You have to understand how the university and surrounding community are connected, especially when an incident involves multiple agencies.”

Why University Police Must Work Beyond Campus Boundaries

Many university campuses are integrated into surrounding cities, with public roads, businesses and residential neighbourhoods located close to academic buildings. Students often live off campus, while major events can bring thousands of visitors into nearby communities.

These conditions create situations where university police and municipal law enforcement may need to work together. An incident beginning in one jurisdiction can quickly affect another, particularly when public safety concerns involve several individuals or locations.

During his career at UW–Madison, Grimyser gained experience coordinating investigations, managing critical incidents, and working with different stakeholders. His responsibilities required understanding how separate organisations could contribute to a wider public safety response.

“Knowing who needs to be involved is an important part of responding effectively,” Grimyser explained. “When agencies understand each other’s responsibilities and communicate clearly, they are better prepared to deal with complicated situations.”

Accurate Information Remains a Major Challenge

One of the difficulties facing university law enforcement is managing information during an evolving incident. Initial reports may contain conflicting accounts, and investigators often need time to establish what has happened before reaching conclusions.

At the same time, universities must consider how to communicate with students, employees and the public. Information can spread rapidly through social media, sometimes before police have confirmed the details.

Grimyser believes careful assessment and timely communication are important parts of managing these situations. His investigative background included gathering information, assessing risks and helping organisational leaders navigate sensitive matters.

“The first information you receive is not always the complete picture,” Grimyser said. “You need to establish what is known, identify what still needs to be checked and make sure the information being shared is accurate.”

Building Stronger Relationships Before an Emergency

Cooperation between agencies is not limited to emergency situations. Established working relationships can help university officials, police departments and other public safety organisations understand their roles before an incident occurs.

Grimyser’s experience reflects the value of preparation, particularly in environments where several organisations may need to respond to the same situation.

After earning his Bachelor’s degree in Administration of Justice from Marian University in 1998, Grimyser built a career spanning nearly three decades in Wisconsin law enforcement. He also worked part-time with the Cottage Grove Police Department before retiring from UW–Madison Police as a Detective/Sergeant.

Now semi-retired, he continues to maintain an interest in public safety and community service, including volunteer work with the American Red Cross.

As universities review their safety procedures and emergency response plans, Grimyser’s professional experience offers a perspective on the importance of coordination, accurate information and clearly defined responsibilities.

“Public safety is a shared responsibility, and no organisation has every resource or answer on its own,” Grimyser said. “Being prepared to work together is one of the most valuable things agencies can do.”
