Anabei Addresses Furniture Reviews With Machine-Washable System for Families

Published

on

Anabei, a direct-to-consumer furniture brand based in Rancho Cordova, California, is drawing attention from families seeking durable, washable seating solutions. The brand’s fully machine-washable, modular sofa system is designed to address the practical maintenance demands that conventional upholstered furniture cannot meet in active households with children.

United States, 15th Oct 2026 – Anabei, a direct-to-consumer furniture brand operating under parent company CABA Design, offers a machine-washable modular sofa system built around the specific maintenance needs of growing families. As household demand for durable, easy-care furniture increases, Anabei furniture reviews from family buyers reflect a consistent account of the brand’s washable design holding up to the sustained, high-frequency use that children introduce into a living space.

Anabei Addresses Furniture Reviews With Machine-Washable System for Families

Conventional upholstered furniture presents a recurring challenge for families with young children: fabrics absorb spills, stains accumulate between professional cleaning appointments, and the cost and logistics of maintaining non-washable upholstery compounds over years of daily use. Anabei’s system is engineered to remove that maintenance burden at the source. The brand’s removable covers, spanning both cushions and the frame, are fully machine-washable, allowing families to clean their furniture through a standard laundry cycle rather than a scheduled cleaning service. The covers are constructed from PFC-free, Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certified performance fabrics that provide liquid and stain resistance at the fiber level, offering passive protection between washing cycles without the use C6 or C8 chemicals.

The structural foundation of Anabei’s machine-washable sofa collection is a powder-coated steel frame designed to hold its form under the sustained, high-occupancy use common in family households. The frame does not compress or shift over time, which means the fitted covers that sit over it continue to seat correctly as the furniture ages. This dimensional stability is a deliberate construction choice, one that extends the functional life of the sofa beyond what softer framing materials typically deliver in environments with children.

Anabei’s modular design addresses a secondary challenge for growing families: furniture that fits the household as it is today may not fit the household three or four years from now. The brand’s modular system allows families to start with a configuration suited to their current space and expand it as seating needs grow, without replacing the original investment. Each added module integrates with existing components from the same design system, maintaining the visual and structural coherence of the original arrangement. Two seat insert options are available across all configurations: the Deluxe+ Blend, using layered high-resilience foam for a sink-in feel, and the Memorix+ Blend, using contoured memory foam for a balance of support and cushioning. Configurations begin at $699 through Anabei’s direct-to-consumer model, which removes retail intermediary costs from the purchase price.

Anabei operates across the United States, serving families, pet owners, and design-conscious homeowners through a direct-to-consumer model that supports configuration customization and efficient delivery.

ENCLONY Expands Automated Visual Inspection Tech as Pharmaceutical Production Speeds Accelerate

Published

on

Machine vision technology ensures 100% surface inspection and zero-blind-spot quality control for tablets and capsules.

Seoul, South Korea, 15th Oct 2026  – As pharmaceutical manufacturing processes become increasingly automated and production speeds rise, automated visual inspection (AVI) is becoming essential for ensuring the quality of tablets and capsules.

Visual inspection in pharmaceutical production goes beyond checking product appearance. During manufacturing, tablets and capsules can develop various defects, including chipping, cracks, foreign matter, discoloration, coating irregularities, and printing errors. Detecting these defects before shipment and selecting only compliant products is a vital step in pharmaceutical quality management.

Above all, this process is crucial for patient safety. Broken or chipped tablets and capsules with compromised contents do not represent acceptable product quality. Foreign matter or contamination poses severe hygiene and safety concerns, while cracked or peeling coatings can directly impact drug efficacy. For enteric-coated or sustained-release formulations designed to control the release site and rate of active ingredients, coating integrity is directly linked to product function. Defective coating may cause active ingredients to release too quickly or too slowly, affecting both safety and therapeutic outcomes. Therefore, visual inspection is a necessary quality assurance process to ensure patients receive medications that meet intended performance standards.

From a manufacturer’s perspective, consistent quality builds corporate and brand trust. Pharmaceutical companies exporting to international markets must stably meet quality standards across different regions. Defective products reaching the market can cause customer complaints, costly recalls, returns, and loss of business trust, making pre-shipment screening vital.

ENCLONY Co., Ltd., a specialist in automated pharmaceutical inspection systems, utilizes machine vision technology that captures and analyzes the entire surface of tablets and capsules from multiple angles. The system inspects top, bottom, and side surfaces of tablets, as well as the cylindrical body and ends of capsules, eliminating blind spots to identify defects such as chipping, contamination, discoloration, and coating or printing flaws.

Using algorithms that step-by-step learn normal product characteristics, ENCLONY sets inspection criteria tailored to each product. To prevent defect-identified items from mixing into compliant batches, the company applies a patented Triple Checking System. This technology re-verifies the removal of rejected items after sorting, ensuring defective products are reliably separated.

In terms of throughput, ENCLONY’s PLANET EV model can inspect up to 425,000 tablets per hour, while the high-speed PLANET EVS model processes up to 600,000 tablets per hour, enabling complete, 100% inspection even in high-volume production environments.

“For pharmaceutical companies, consistent quality is a key factor in building corporate trust, and for patients, it directly impacts receiving safe, reliable medications,” stated Kyung-Ho Lee, CEO of ENCLONY. “As production speeds increase, the importance of automated visual inspection technology that can evaluate every item against identical standards will continue to grow.”

Lee added, “ENCLONY plans to continuously advance its machine vision and automated inspection technologies to stably inspect full product surfaces and accurately sort defects, even in high-speed manufacturing environments.”

ENCLONY develops and supplies comprehensive automated inspection solutions for pharmaceutical manufacturing, including automated visual inspection systems for tablets and capsules, integrated laser printing and inspection systems, and containment inspection systems for high-potency active pharmaceutical ingredients (HPAPIs).

[About ENCLONY Co., Ltd.] ENCLONY Co., Ltd. is a South Korea-based technology leader specializing in automated visual inspection and laser printing systems for the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.

French Scientology Volunteers Take Drug Prevention from City Streets to Rural Communities

Published

Shop visits and public information stands bring a Scientology-supported education campaign to families in Paris, Marseille and south-western France.

Brussels, Belgium, 15th Oct 2026 — Volunteers from Non à la drogue, Oui à la vie have distributed more than 16,000 drug-prevention booklets across France, working through neighbourhood shops, market squares and public information stands. In communities from Paris to Ariège, the visits have drawn requests for information from parents, students and people working with young people.

The distributions are part of La vérité sur la drogue, the French-language version of The Truth About Drugs. The programme is supported by the Church of Scientology and its members and provides information about drugs for young people, families and educators.

Journalistic reports have warned that cannabis, cocaine and heroin can now be obtained throughout France, including in rural areas. Traffickers have also used village roads to avoid checks on major routes, while clandestine laboratories have been dismantled on farms.

In Tarn, volunteers delivered 3,100 booklets to dozens of businesses across several municipalities. Another team supplied 3,000 to approximately 50 shops in Arcachon. Hundreds more were distributed in two Bordeaux neighbourhoods, where some shopkeepers spoke about people they knew who had been affected by drugs.

A team from Toulouse travelled to Ariège, distributing 3,000 booklets through local businesses. At a market square, a person working with a centre for young people with disabilities approached the volunteers to ask for resources for the centre.

Around Clermont-Ferrand, volunteers returned to smaller municipalities in Puy-de-Dôme and left more than 1,200 booklets with local traders. At one bakery, the baker explained that secondary-school students came to collect the publications when the subject of drugs was being covered at school. Other traders and customers took copies for their children and asked about the effects of different substances.

In Paris, a team distributed 5,100 booklets through businesses in the Oberkampf district. Shopkeepers welcomed the volunteers and asked for publications they could offer to customers concerned about substance use.

In Marseille’s Notre-Dame du Mont district, volunteers set up an information stand, handed out 600 booklets and invited visitors to try simulation goggles intended to illustrate impaired perception associated with alcohol or cannabis. Young people tested the goggles, some with their parents beside them, and expressed surprise at the changes in perception. Parents thanked the volunteers for the demonstration.

People involved in local associations also stopped by to speak about addiction in the city centre, raising concerns about substances including crack cocaine, heroin and nitrous oxide.

Founded in 1991, Non à la drogue, Oui à la vie is a French nonprofit association recognised as serving the public interest and governed by the country’s 1901 law on associations. It works in partnership with the Foundation for a Drug-Free World, organising information stands, distributing publications and giving educational presentations. Its purpose is to help people understand drugs before they face a decision about using them.

The Truth About Drugs materials include an overview booklet and publications on individual substances, including cannabis, alcohol, cocaine, synthetic drugs and prescription-drug misuse. Available in 23 languages, the booklets explain effects and risks and include accounts from people who have experienced drug use. Short public-service films accompany the series. In the documentary The Truth About Drugs: Real People, Real Stories, former users speak about addiction and its consequences in their own lives.

For teachers and others working with pupils aged 11 and above, the French association provides kits containing a teaching manual, films, booklets and posters. Its online resources and podcasts include accounts from people affected by drugs and their relatives. The materials can be used in a lesson or group discussion, as well as read individually by a parent or young person.

The Church of Scientology’s support for drug education stems from the concern expressed by its founder, L. Ron Hubbard, about the effects of drugs on people and society. The Church and Scientologists have supported the development and distribution of the secular Truth About Drugs programme, making it one of their longstanding social initiatives.

Across Europe, illicit-drug availability remains high and the range of substances on the market is becoming more varied. The European Union Drugs Agency’s European Drug Report 2026 identifies increasingly complex risks, including potent substances consumed unknowingly in mixtures or tablets. It highlights prevention in families, schools and communities, stressing the importance of evidence-based interventions and quality standards.

Ivan Arjona, representative of the Church of Scientology to the European Union, OSCE, Council of Europe and United Nations, said:

“If a pupil can pick up a booklet at the local bakery and use it for a school discussion, prevention has become part of daily life. Parents and teachers need information they can use, and young people deserve straight answers.”

The Church of Scientology, its missions, groups and members are present throughout the European continent, and its recognition as a charitable and bona fide religion continues to grow. Inspired by the work of L. Ron Hubbard, Scientologists support education, prevention and community-betterment initiatives, including drug education, human-rights awareness, ethical education and volunteer assistance.
