Jeffrey MacBride Management Consulting Expands Agile Workflow Advisory Services for Technology Organizations Navigating Operational Modernization

Published

Philadelphia , PA, Sep 02, 2026, ZEX PR WIRE — Jeffrey MacBride Management Consulting is expanding its Agile workflow advisory services to support technology organizations and enterprise teams navigating operational modernization, evolving project requirements, and increasingly complex delivery environments.

Based in the Greater Philadelphia area, Jeffrey MacBride Management Consulting provides project management and operations consulting services for organizations across the defense, technology, and enterprise sectors. The firm works with clients managing complex initiatives and high-value projects, helping them establish stronger workflows, improve execution performance, and create operational frameworks designed for sustainable growth.

With more than 18 years of industry experience behind its leadership, Jeffrey MacBride Management Consulting brings together program management, Agile implementation, Lean Six Sigma methodologies, systems engineering coordination, and strategic business process optimization to address the operational challenges organizations face as they modernize.

Supporting Organizations Through Operational Modernization

Technology organizations are continually adapting to new systems, changing customer expectations, distributed teams, and accelerated delivery cycles. While modernization can create opportunities for greater productivity, it can also introduce challenges involving workflow coordination, resource allocation, project visibility, and accountability.

Jeffrey MacBride Management Consulting helps organizations address these challenges by examining how work moves through an organization and identifying opportunities to create more structured, efficient, and measurable processes.

The firm’s Agile workflow advisory services are designed to help teams establish practical approaches to planning, prioritization, collaboration, execution, and performance monitoring. Rather than applying a one-size-fits-all methodology, the company focuses on developing operational frameworks aligned with each organization’s objectives, existing systems, and project requirements.

This approach allows organizations to pursue modernization while maintaining the governance and accountability necessary for complex business environments.

Strengthening Agile Execution

Agile methodologies can provide organizations with greater flexibility, but successful implementation requires more than adopting terminology or introducing new meetings and tools. Teams need clearly defined workflows, responsibilities, priorities, and performance measures to translate Agile principles into consistent execution.

Jeffrey MacBride Management Consulting provides advisory support to organizations seeking to strengthen these areas.

The firm works with clients to evaluate existing project workflows, identify bottlenecks, improve coordination between teams, and establish processes that support iterative delivery. Its consulting approach emphasizes practical implementation and measurable outcomes, helping organizations connect Agile practices with broader operational goals.

By aligning Agile workflows with project lifecycle management and strategic planning, Jeffrey MacBride Management Consulting helps technology organizations create greater visibility into project progress while improving coordination across functional teams.

Combining Agile and Lean Six Sigma Principles

Operational modernization often requires organizations to balance flexibility with process discipline. Jeffrey MacBride Management Consulting combines Agile implementation with Lean Six Sigma methodologies to help clients pursue both objectives.

Agile practices can support adaptability and responsiveness, while Lean Six Sigma principles can help organizations identify waste, reduce process variation, and improve operational consistency.

Bringing these methodologies together enables the firm to approach workflow improvement from multiple perspectives. Organizations can examine not only how quickly work moves through a process but also whether that process is producing reliable outcomes and using resources effectively.

The result is a more structured approach to operational improvement that can be adapted to organizations at different stages of modernization.

Improving Project Visibility and Delivery

Complex technology and enterprise initiatives frequently involve multiple stakeholders, interconnected workstreams, and significant resource commitments. Without effective project oversight, organizations may encounter delays, duplicated efforts, unclear responsibilities, or limited visibility into performance.

Jeffrey MacBride Management Consulting provides project management and operational advisory services intended to strengthen these areas.

The firm’s experience includes supporting large-scale defense programs, high-value proposal management, and organizational transformation initiatives requiring cross-functional coordination and disciplined project governance.

This background informs the company’s approach to helping technology organizations improve project visibility and establish clearer execution structures. By connecting operational processes with strategic objectives, the firm helps clients develop systems that support informed decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.

Tailored Consulting for Complex Organizations

Every organization has different operational requirements. A workflow that works effectively for a small technology team may not translate directly to a large enterprise with multiple departments, stakeholders, and project dependencies.

Jeffrey MacBride Management Consulting therefore emphasizes tailored advisory services based on each client’s specific business environment.

Consulting engagements can address areas including Agile workflow implementation, resource allocation, operational efficiency, project lifecycle management, systems engineering coordination, and strategic business process optimization.

The firm evaluates existing practices before recommending improvements, allowing clients to focus modernization efforts on areas with meaningful opportunities for increased productivity, improved delivery timelines, and stronger oversight.

Building Scalable Operational Frameworks

Operational modernization is not simply about improving today’s workflow. Organizations also need processes that can support future growth.

Jeffrey MacBride Management Consulting helps clients develop scalable operational frameworks designed to evolve as business requirements change. This includes establishing structured processes that can support larger teams, increasingly complex initiatives, and changing market conditions.

The firm’s emphasis on measurable performance outcomes enables organizations to evaluate whether operational changes are delivering the intended results. Through structured execution planning and ongoing process optimization, clients can build a foundation for more consistent performance.

For technology organizations, this scalability can be particularly important as new products, platforms, projects, and business opportunities increase operational complexity.

Experience Across Demanding Business Environments

Jeffrey MacBride Management Consulting’s experience across defense, technology, and enterprise environments provides a foundation for advising organizations where execution, accountability, and coordination are critical.

The firm’s leadership brings more than 18 years of industry experience to consulting engagements involving complex programs and high-value initiatives. This experience supports a practical understanding of the challenges associated with managing interconnected teams, competing priorities, technical requirements, and organizational objectives.

Through its expanded Agile workflow advisory services, Jeffrey MacBride Management Consulting continues to build on this experience while helping organizations respond to the demands of operational modernization.

The firm’s broader objective is to help clients improve how work is planned, coordinated, executed, and measured. By combining strategic planning with disciplined implementation, the company supports organizations seeking stronger operational performance without losing sight of long-term business goals.

KUALA LUMPUR, Malaysia – The FIM Asia Road Racing Championship returns for a six-round 2026 season across Asia, with sureWin Entertainment joining as Official Entertainment Partner and the Malaysian round set for Sepang.

The FIM Asia Road Racing Championship (ARRC) has named sureWin Entertainment its Official Entertainment Partner for the 2026 season. The appointment was announced by organiser Two Wheels Motor Racing (TWMR) and facilitated by Outlast Sports & Entertainment. Racing runs over six rounds across Asia from April 2026, with the Malaysian round held at Sepang International Circuit.

Sanctioned by the FIM and running since 1996, the ARRC is the region’s top production-based motorcycle road-racing series, contested on modified versions of road-going bikes. The 2026 grid competes across four classes: ASB1000 for 1000cc superbikes, SS600 for 600cc supersport machines, AP250 for 250cc production bikes and UB150 for 150cc underbones. Manufacturers including Honda, Yamaha, Kawasaki, Suzuki, Ducati, BMW and Aprilia line up across the field, with Dunlop as the control tyre supplier.

Each round runs races for all four classes over a race weekend, and the championship draws entries from across Asia, with Malaysian and Indonesian riders making up much of the grid. It is one of the region’s longest-running series and has developed Asian riders who later raced at Grand Prix level. The 2026 season keeps the six-round format of recent years and returns to established circuits around the region. In recent seasons the series has raced at venues in countries including Thailand, Indonesia, Japan and China, alongside the Malaysian round at Sepang.

The Malaysian round takes place at Sepang International Circuit, one of the region’s best-known venues. Opened in 1999 and home to Malaysia’s MotoGP round, Sepang is a highlight of the calendar for local fans and teams.

As Official Entertainment Partner, sureWin Entertainment works on the fan-experience side of the championship rather than backing any team or rider, covering trackside activations, digital and social content, and interactive features around race weekends. The 2026 season runs across its six rounds through the year, with those activities featured at each event.

Liminal Launches Liminal Prime for Institutional OTC and Stablecoin Liquidity

Published

on

Hong Kong, Hong Kong, September 2nd, 2026, FinanceWire

New suite of standalone products gives institutions principal OTC dealing and LP connectivity alongside Liminal’s existing wallet and key-management infrastructure

Today, Liminal, a provider of institutional digital asset wallet and key-management infrastructure, announced the launch of Liminal Prime, an enterprise software suite designed to provide stablecoin liquidity connectivity. It is built exclusively to enable locally licensed exchanges, financial institutions, payment providers, fintechs, market makers, corporate treasuries and OTC trading desks to access principal-to-principal OTC dealing and LP connectivity alongside Liminal’s existing wallet and key-management infrastructure. Liminal’s technology is delivered strictly as a tech infrastructure solution to authorised entities responsible for their own local regulatory compliance.

As cross-border payments, tokenized assets and enterprise blockchain applications move from pilot projects into production deployments, financial institutions increasingly need trading and liquidity infrastructure designed to integrate with the governance and compliance controls institutions have already established. Liminal Prime was built to address that gap.

For many institutions, secure wallet infrastructure is no longer the primary challenge. As digital asset operations mature, attention is shifting toward trading, liquidity access, and operational efficiency. Liminal Prime has been developed to address this next phase of institutional adoption.

This launch marks the next phase of Liminal’s evolution as an institutional partner, expanding its core wallet and key-management offering with OTC and liquidity connectivity. Each product operates as an independent module, licensed and deployed separately, giving institutions the flexibility to adopt what fits their operational and regulatory requirements, without displacing existing infrastructure

Liminal Prime is built by the team behind Liminal’s institutional wallet infrastructure and key-management infrastructure, which has processed more than US$100 billion in on-chain transactions across more than 20 blockchain networks for institutions in over 12 countries.

The products have been shaped by direct engagement with the licensed exchanges, payment companies, financial institutions and digital asset businesses that form Liminal’s client base. What those clients identified consistently was a common operational gap: institutional-grade trading and liquidity access that works within, not alongside, their existing governance and compliance frameworks.

“What we keep hearing from institutions, across markets, is that the wallet question is largely settled. The conversation has moved on. They are now asking how they actually operationalise digital assets at scale — how they trade, how they manage liquidity, and how they do all of that without introducing new counterparty risk or compliance gaps. Liminal Prime is built to close that gap. We have the relationships and the trust already in place. This is a natural next step.” Rajesh Sabari, Chief Commercial Officer, Liminal

Liminal Prime comprises three products, each addressing a distinct institutional operating requirement:

White-Glove OTC supports high-value, complex, and time-sensitive block trades through a dedicated dealing desk. A desk reaches Liminal directly, gets a price, and confirms the trade; no automated flow, a human on the other end for every transaction. Where regulatory frameworks permit, Liminal acts as principal counterparty for its own account on every trade, buying and selling digital assets. Designed for licensed institutions where transaction size, confidentiality and tailored workflow requirements are paramount.

Electronic OTC (eOTC) provides GUI- and API-driven access to streaming and firm quotes for organisations managing recurring, high-frequency digital asset transaction flows at scale. A GUI and API connection enables automated, always-on pricing; a web platform provides a self-serve, screen-based experience for systematic dealing without a manual conversation for every trade. Subject to applicable local licensing, Liminal acts as principal counterparty for its own account.

Bridge is a technology platform that gives institutions a single screen or API to request quotes from, and trade directly with, liquidity providers they have separately onboarded with and been approved by. Liminal is not the counterparty to the trade, does not operate an exchange, brokerage or trading venue, and takes no custody of assets. Liminal’s role is limited to routing quote requests, displaying prices and supporting communication between the two parties; the trade and its settlement happen directly between the institution and its chosen liquidity provider, off platform, under their own bilateral agreement.

Across all three products, Liminal Prime delivers configurable reporting, audit-ready workflows and integration with Liminal’s wallet and key-management infrastructure. The products support multiple blockchain networks and major digital asset pairs, providing the transparency, governance and operational controls that institutions require.

“The time for discussing institutional digital assets in theory is over. Institutions now need practical solutions that can be deployed against real treasury, payment and liquidity requirements. Whether you are managing stablecoin flows, entering a new market or looking for more efficient execution, bring us the challenge. Liminal Prime is ready to help you put into action.” Clarence Leong, Senior Manager – Institutional Markets, Liminal

Liminal Prime is the first step in a broader infrastructure strategy. As institutional participation in digital asset markets deepens across tokenization, cross-border payment infrastructure and enterprise treasury management, Liminal will continue building out its product offering. The company’s objective is to serve as a trusted infrastructure partner for licensed institutions at every stage of their digital asset operations, from wallet and key-management infrastructure to OTC and liquidity connectivity solutions.

About Liminal Prime

Liminal Prime is a suite of institutional OTC and liquidity connectivity products comprising three distinct offerings: White-Glove OTC, Electronic OTC and Bridge. Where regulatory frameworks permit, White-Glove OTC and eOTC are principal-to-principal dealing products in which Liminal acts as counterparty for its own account. Bridge is a technology platform through which institutions can request quotes from, and trade directly with, approved and licensed liquidity providers of their choosing; the legal trade is formed and settled bilaterally between the institution and its chosen LP under their own agreements. Each product is operated and assessed independently and is designed to complement existing institutional infrastructure. Institutions may adopt individual products independently, based on their operational and regulatory requirements.

About Liminal

Liminal is an institutional digital asset infrastructure provider offering enterprise-grade wallet infrastructure, key management and governance solutions for exchanges, financial institutions, fintech companies, digital asset businesses and enterprises. Touchpoints Launches Purpose-Built Touchpoint Analytics Platform for the Short-Term Rental Market

Published

on

First of its kind SaaS platform for short-term rental analytics, designed specifically around the guest journey, helps STR hosts understand which of their links and QR codes guests actually use.

Philippines, 2nd Sep 2026Touchpoints today announced the public availability of its short-term rental analytics platform that helps short-term rental (STR) hosts understand which of their links and QR codes guests actually use. This first-of-a-kind SaaS platform is purpose-built for the STR market and guest journey analytics. It enables STR property owners to overcome limitations in existing tools, such as URL shorteners, and understand exactly which of their links and QR codes guests actually scan or click. The company also announced a limited Founding Member Program for short-term rental hosts

“Every short-term rental host I have talked to has links and QR codes spread across five or six different channels,” said Jawo Gabion, Founder of Touchpoints. “But, if you ask them which one actually drives bookings or reviews, they are guessing. Touchpoints gives hosts a simple answer to that question without adding anything new to their workflow. You swap one link for a smarter one, and the numbers start showing up.”

As Gabion further explained, existing tools like Bit.ly and QR code generators have little concept of hospitality and vacation rental marketing. They do not understand what a fridge QR code means in a guest journey, or why a WhatsApp review link performs differently than an in-stay placement. Touchpoints is the first tool to bring that context together in a focused, low-friction package.

Touchpoints is entering a large market. There are approximately 7.7 million STR listings on Airbnb alone. Most STR hosts use multiple channels to promote their properties and engage guests, e.g., social media bios, email signatures, WhatsApp, printed QR codes in their properties, and more. These hosts are sophisticated in how they distribute touchpoints, but completely blind to which ones perform.

The problem is that generic STR host tools and Airbnb host marketing tools track clicks, but provide no property context, placement context, or understanding of in-stay vs. pre-booking vs. post-stay touchpoints. Gabion added, “Most STR hosts simply do not use them. They copy and paste raw OTA links everywhere, with zero tracking.”

Touchpoints solves this problem with touchpoint tracking for hosts. It creates a trackable short link and QR code for every placement a host creates. Each placement is tagged with a property and a placement type, e.g., fridge, welcome book, IG bio, email signature, Booking.com link, or WhatsApp review link. The host swaps their existing link or QR for the tracked version. There is no new behavior required. Touchpoints then displays per-placement scan and click counts in a single list, grouped by property.

The Founding Member Program offers locked-in, permanent pricing, significantly below standard post-launch rates, to the first 100 subscribers on each plan.

Founding Member pricing:

– Host Founder Plan: $5/month or $48/year, covering up to 3 properties and 50 touchpoints with unlimited scans

– Operator Founder Plan: $10/month or $96/year, covering up to 10 properties and 250 touchpoints with unlimited scans
