Streamex Yield Bearing Gold Asset GLDY Just Went Mainstream
Siebert brokers will now offer GLDY to their clients the same way they would any stock or bond, no blockchain knowledge required.
Canada, 3rd Jul 2026 – Global Stocks News – Sponsored content disseminated on behalf of Streamex Corp. On June 29, 2026 Streamex (NASDAQ: STEX) announced a collaboration with Siebert Financial Corp and tZERO Group to make GLDY, Streamex’s gold-backed, yield-bearing tokenized security, available for purchase through Siebert’s wealth management and institutional distribution channels.
Highlights from the June 29, 2026 press release:
- GLDY can now be bought through a traditional brokerage account. Siebert brokers will now offer GLDY to their clients the same way they would any stock or bond, no blockchain knowledge required. Investors simply work with their Siebert broker to add GLDY to their portfolio.
- Siebert’s ~$20B retail wealth management, along with its established institutional distribution network, expands access to GLDY. This collaboration gives Siebert’s wealth management and institutional clients access to GLDY.
- This partnership is the future of finance, happening today. The industry has spent years talking about bridging traditional finance and blockchain. Streamex, Siebert, and tZERO are executing it: a FINRA-member broker selling a gold-backed, yield-bearing tokenized security, custodied on a regulated digital asset platform.
During a June 30, 2026 roundtable on Mario Nawfal’s X channel, Henry McPhie, CEO of Streamex, explained how STEX is bringing yield-bearing tokenized gold to both traditional finance and on-chain markets.
“The biggest bottleneck has been the technology integration on the asset manager side,” confirmed McPhie on the X livestream. “We work with a lot of regulated entities, broker-dealers and large family offices in the US. They want to know how they can take custody of the asset? How can they trade it? It should feel like something that they’ve interacted with before.”
“This partnership with Siebert removes friction. The investor doesn’t need to understand crypto. They know that they own gold and they’re getting yield on it. Conceptually, it’s no different than owning an ETF or individual equities. It’s just that it operates on blockchain rails, which makes it more efficient.”

“For decades, investors who wanted exposure to gold faced a familiar set of trade-offs,” wrote Siebert in a June 30, 2026 blog post. “Physical bullion meant storage and security. Gold funds meant tracking a price that simply sits there. And the newer world of digital assets, while promising, often came wrapped in technical complexity that kept many investors on the sidelines.”
“Today, Siebert is pleased to announce a collaboration with Streamex Corp. (NASDAQ: STEX) and tZERO Group that brings GLDY, a gold-backed, yield-bearing tokenized security, to our wealth management and institutional clients.
For the first time, qualified Siebert clients can add GLDY to their portfolios through the same trusted brokerage relationship they already rely on, with no crypto onboarding and no technical hurdles.
GLDY is a tokenized security backed by gold. What sets it apart from traditional gold holdings is that it is designed to generate yield. Through a gold leasing structure, GLDY pays an annualized yield of up to 3.5%, distributed in the form of additional gold rather than cash.
The most important part of this collaboration is how simple it is from the client’s perspective. You do not need to understand blockchain. You do not need a digital wallet or a separate crypto account.
Once purchased, your GLDY is custodied at tZERO, a digital securities platform regulated under applicable federal securities laws. That means you get the benefits of blockchain-based infrastructure with an institutional-grade, regulated custody experience behind it.”
“The financial industry has spent years talking about bridging traditional finance and blockchain-enabled markets,” added Siebert. “This collaboration is one of the moments where that conversation becomes practice. A FINRA-member broker-dealer is making a tokenized, gold-backed security available to clients through the same infrastructure used for every other investment.”
“At Siebert, our role is to help investors access what’s next in the markets through a trusted brokerage relationship,” stated John J. Gebbia, CEO of Siebert Financial. “GLDY is an example of how traditional finance and blockchain-enabled infrastructure can work together without adding complexity for the investor.”

tZERO Securities, LLC is a broker-dealer registered with the SEC and a member of FINRA and SIPC.
“For years, the industry has talked about bringing tokenized real-world assets into the mainstream financial system,” stated Alan Konevsky, Chairman and CEO of tZERO. “This collaboration shows what that looks like in practice. This is another step toward a financial system where every asset can become investable.”
“Streamex is a NASDAQ-listed company focused on digital and tokenized commodities like gold, silver, copper, oil and gas,” added McPhie. “There’s no limit to the number of Real-World Assets that can be offered on our platform. Commodities are good first assets to bring on chain because the traditional markets are big, inefficient, and have a high barrier to entry.”

Carziqo Brings CM-ONE Dedicated Autonomous Ride-Hailing to Phoenix During Future Mobility Festival
-
With hourly, daily, weekly, monthly and annual reservation options, CM-ONE introduces a more personal approach to autonomous urban travel.
PHOENIX, Arizona, Oct 09, 2026, ZEX PR WIRE — Carziqo has announced the launch of CM-ONE operations in Phoenix during the Carziqo Future Mobility Festival, introducing an autonomous ride-hailing service designed around a dedicated vehicle and a passenger’s ongoing travel needs.

Positioned as a “one-to-one” private mobility service, CM-ONE allows passengers to reserve an autonomous vehicle for a defined period and arrange multiple journeys within that reservation. The concept extends beyond the individual trip, placing greater emphasis on privacy, continuity and flexibility throughout the passenger’s schedule.
According to Carziqo, the Phoenix launch forms part of its efforts to develop differentiated autonomous mobility services for customers whose travel needs go beyond a single pickup and destination.
A dedicated vehicle for a changing schedule
Conventional ride-hailing typically treats each journey as a separate booking. A passenger traveling to a meeting, continuing to a shopping destination and heading to another appointment would ordinarily request a ride at each stage.
CM-ONE is designed to bring those journeys into a continuous service arrangement.
Passengers can choose hourly, daily, weekly, monthly or annual reservations, allowing them to select a service period that reflects how frequently—and for how long—they need access to a dedicated vehicle.
During the reserved period, the vehicle is assigned to the passenger’s travel needs, supporting multiple trips and destinations without requiring a new vehicle request for every journey, the company said.
For a business traveler, that could mean organizing transportation around a series of meetings. For a regular commuter, it could provide a consistent arrangement for recurring journeys. Other intended uses include shopping, family outings, private engagements and personalized city itineraries.
The central idea is to make autonomous transportation fit more naturally around a person’s day, including the activities and stops between a first departure and a final return.
Bringing personalization into autonomous ride-hailing
Carziqo describes CM-ONE as a response to growing competition in autonomous ride-hailing and an opportunity to broaden the ways passengers access the technology.
Its distinguishing feature is the service relationship: a vehicle dedicated to a passenger’s reservation, with continuity across successive journeys.
That approach gives CM-ONE a different role within Carziqo’s mobility portfolio. Alongside the convenience of booking through a ride-hailing platform, the service aims to offer an experience closer to having a private autonomous vehicle available for an agreed period.
The arrangement is based on reserved access rather than vehicle ownership. Its appeal centers on giving passengers more control over how transportation is organized around their routines, commitments and individual preferences.
Carziqo said the service combines autonomous-driving technology, intelligent fleet dispatch and connected mobility services to support that experience. The company’s stated objective is to make private urban travel more flexible while maintaining coordinated vehicle operations.
Phoenix launch joins Future Mobility Festival
The introduction of CM-ONE in Phoenix also brings a new service focus to the Carziqo Future Mobility Festival.
Under the festival’s broader theme of advancing greener mobility through intelligent technology, the launch highlights how autonomous vehicles can support different patterns of everyday travel.
For CM-ONE, that means looking beyond the mechanics of completing a trip to consider how passengers organize an entire day, a working week or a longer-term transportation routine.
The range of reservation periods is central to that proposition. A short reservation can accommodate a concentrated schedule of activities, while weekly, monthly and annual arrangements are intended to support more sustained mobility needs.
By including both occasional and recurring use, Carziqo is positioning CM-ONE as a service that can adapt to different customer circumstances rather than depend on a single travel pattern.
Expanding the scope of private autonomous mobility
The Phoenix rollout marks a further step in Carziqo’s stated strategy to develop more personalized autonomous transportation products.
The company said it intends to continue developing services for different customer groups and travel scenarios while strengthening its autonomous-driving technology, fleet operations and intelligent service capabilities.
CM-ONE gives that strategy a concrete service format: one dedicated vehicle, a flexible reservation period and continuity across the passenger’s journeys.
With its introduction in Phoenix, Carziqo is bringing a more personal proposition to autonomous ride-hailing—one in which the passenger’s schedule shapes the service from the outset.

Jeanette Loeffler on the standards clients should look for in medical legal case management
-
Jeanette Loeffler, Founder of Vantage Medlegal, LLC, is publishing the standards that clients, legal counsel, and medical experts should look for when they work with her company on medical expert evaluations.
Standards built from ten years in the field
California, USA, Oct 09, 2026, ZEX PR WIRE — Jeanette Loeffler has worked inside the medical legal industry for a decade, in roles that ranged from paralegal to firm manager to division manager overseeing a multi-million-dollar region. She founded Vantage Medlegal, LLC in Sacramento in 2020 to give legal counsel a dedicated back office for medical expert evaluations.
Now she is putting a name to what legal counsel and medical experts should be able to count on every time they work with her company, on every case file, every scheduling request, and every piece of expert testimony prep that moves through the company.
“Loyalty and accuracy are the two things I ask of every person on my team, and they are the two things a client should expect to see in how we handle their case,” Loeffler said. “Everything else in this business, the scheduling, the records, the client calls, comes down to whether those two things are in place first.”
What clients should look for
The standards Loeffler has formalized touch five areas her company already handles day to day:
Scheduling discipline. Every expert evaluation gets logged and tracked from the moment it is requested, so nothing depends on memory or a single person’s inbox.
Records accuracy. Case records are checked against source documents before they go back to legal counsel, not after.
Testimony preparation. Experts are briefed with enough lead time that preparation is not rushed the week of a deposition.
Licensure and contract review. Every medical professional on the company panel is checked for current, ethical licensure before being placed on a case.
Training continuity. New employees are trained on every department level, not just the one they were hired into, so coverage does not break when one person is out.
Loeffler said these standards are not a new invention so much as a clearer version of what has run under the surface at Vantage Medlegal since 2020, the year the company grew from an idea into a firm with a 30% annual growth rate.
Why she is naming them now
Loeffler said she decided to put the standards into words after watching newer employees, and the attorneys her company works with, ask for something more concrete than “figure it out as you go.”
“When you’re growing a team, you can’t just tell people to be accurate,” she said. “You have to show them what accuracy looks like on a specific file, at a specific step, every time. That’s what this is.”
She said the standards also give attorneys working with Vantage Medlegal a clearer picture of what they should expect once a case is handed off.
“Legal counsel does not always see the back office work,” Loeffler said. “They see the expert, the report, the testimony. This is my attempt to make the process behind that visible, so clients know exactly what they are getting.”
How it gets implemented
Loeffler said the rollout is happening in stages inside Vantage Medlegal over the coming months, so that what clients experience matches the standards on paper:
First, current staff are being walked through the five areas in one-on-one sessions, department by department.
Second, the standards are being built into onboarding for new hires, so they are part of training from the first week rather than something picked up later.
Third, Loeffler is reviewing case outcomes against the standards herself, on a recurring basis, to see where they hold for clients and where they need adjusting.
“I don’t think standards like this are ever finished,” she said. “You write them down, you use them, and then you find out where they need to bend. That’s the job.”
Loeffler said she plans to keep supervising the process directly rather than handing it off, consistent with how she has run the company’s five employees since 2020.
“I still sit in on training. I still review files,” she said. “If I’m asking clients to hold me to a standard, I need to know what it actually takes to hold it.”

Joseph Fargnoli Launches RITRE Corporation Thought Leadership Blog Series on Artificial Intelligence, Social Entrepreneurship, and Engineering Innovation
ROCHESTER, NY, Oct 09, 2026, ZEX PR WIRE — RITRE Corporation, led by Founder and CEO Joseph Fargnoli, has announced a forthcoming blog series examining the intersection of artificial intelligence, social entrepreneurship, and engineering innovation. The series draws on the company’s work in AI solution architecture and early-stage venture building, and on the more than three decades of experience its founder brings across defense, engineering, and mission-driven venture creation.
RITRE Corporation designed the series to offer a practitioner’s perspective on questions increasingly central to the national conversation around AI, innovation, engineering, and human progress. Rather than commentary from the sidelines, each installment reflects work the company and its founder have done or are doing directly: building information processing systems for major programs, architecting AI solutions for enterprise clients, and founding companies in information technology, healthcare, and advanced materials.
What the AI Blog Will Cover
Planned installments from Joseph Fargnoli include:
-
How AI innovations in engineering advance humanity by converting capabilities once affordable only to governments into competitively priced infrastructure, expanding who has access to advanced technology and what they can do with it
-
How AI’s greatest promise in drug development lies not in finding new molecules faster but in predicting which ones will fail in humans, the clinical-trial attrition that drives most of the cost of every approved medicine
-
Why the central challenge of the AI era is not whether these systems become powerful but whether their benefits reach the whole of humanity or accumulate at the top, and whether the technical capacity we are building advances in step with our capacity to deliberate wisely about how to use it
-
A framework for measuring whether innovation genuinely advances human well-being
-
Why founders with defense and space backgrounds are uniquely positioned to drive social and economic development in underserved communities
-
The New Space economy as a data economy
-
The case for upstate New York as an emerging advanced engineering hub
-
Lessons from founding and organizing an innovation ecosystem rather than a single company
A Practitioner’s View of Innovation and Human Progress
Each piece reflects RITRE Corporation’s conviction that engineering discipline and entrepreneurial ambition, when directed with intention and preserving human values and principles, are among the most powerful tools available for advancing human progress.
“Innovation when coupled with timeless principles advances human well-being beyond simply increasing our power,” said Joseph Fargnoli, Founder and CEO of RITRE Corporation. “It must enlarge our compassion, reduce suffering, expand opportunity, and help every person live with greater dignity, purpose, and hope.”
That standard, whether a given technology measurably improves lives rather than simply expanding capability, runs through the entire series and through RITRE Corporation’s work with the entrepreneurs it supports. The blog is intended to give founders, engineers, and policymakers a practical way to apply the same test to their own work.
The series will be published across RITRE Corporation’s and Joseph Fargnoli’s professional platforms. It is intended to serve entrepreneurs, engineers, researchers, and stakeholders working at the frontier of innovation and human progress.
RITRE Corporation’s Work and Leadership
RITRE Corporation works alongside seed and early-stage entrepreneurs, helping them build companies designed for lasting social and economic impact. The company’s work also includes AI solution architecture, led by Fargnoli in his role as Chief AI Engineer.
Joseph Fargnoli brings to the company a career spanning national defense imaging programs at Northrop Grumman and L3Harris and AI solution architecture at Raytheon Technologies. He holds a Doctorate in Artificial Intelligence from The George Washington University, where he defended in April 2026, along with advanced degrees in optics, telecommunications, and electrical engineering.
Fargnoli’s other ventures span healthcare, advanced materials, and space technology. He is the Founder and CEO of SANABIT Technologies, a Rochester medical device company developing non-invasive, non-chemical field therapies that act directly on cellular energy production. He co-founded Zero Valent NanoMetals, an advanced materials company focused on transition-metal nanomaterials for next-generation semiconductor applications, and founded the New York Space Alliance (NYSA) to organize and grow the space technology ecosystem in New York State. Additional background is available on Joseph Fargnoli’s LinkedIn profile.
