Jeremy Yono Announces Launch of Financial Education Initiative for Young Entrepreneurs
- New Program Aims to Expand Access to Financial Knowledge, Business Planning Resources, and Long-Term Wealth Education.
Michigan, USA, 16th May 2026, ZEX PR WIRE — Jeremy Yono has announced the launch of a new financial education initiative designed to support young entrepreneurs with practical financial knowledge and business development resources. Based in Detroit, the initiative will focus on helping aspiring business owners better understand budgeting, financial planning, cash flow management, and long-term financial decision-making as they build and grow their businesses.

The program is being introduced in response to growing demand for accessible financial education tailored to younger professionals and early-stage entrepreneurs. Through educational workshops, digital learning materials, and community-focused discussions, the initiative aims to provide foundational financial guidance that participants can apply to both personal and business-related financial decisions. The launch marks a broader effort to encourage sustainable financial habits among emerging entrepreneurs navigating increasingly competitive economic conditions.
Supporting Financial Literacy for the Next Generation of Entrepreneurs
The financial education initiative was developed to address common financial challenges faced by young entrepreneurs, including limited access to financial planning guidance, inconsistent budgeting practices, and uncertainty around long-term business sustainability. The program is expected to provide educational support for individuals at various stages of business development, from startup planning to operational growth.
According to recent business trends, many first-time entrepreneurs enter the market with strong product or service ideas but limited understanding of financial systems, taxes, cash flow forecasting, and responsible expansion strategies. The initiative introduced by Jeremy Yono is intended to help bridge that gap through practical instruction and accessible financial concepts.
The program’s educational focus includes topics such as financial goal setting, debt management, savings strategies, investment fundamentals, emergency planning, and responsible business budgeting. Additional discussions are expected to address risk management, financial discipline, and strategies for adapting to changing market conditions.
“As more young professionals pursue entrepreneurship, there is a growing need for financial education that is practical, understandable, and connected to real-world business challenges,” said Jeremy Yono. “The purpose of this initiative is to create a space where people can build a stronger understanding of financial fundamentals and apply those lessons with confidence as they grow their businesses.”
The initiative also reflects broader conversations surrounding financial literacy and economic opportunity in urban business communities. Detroit has experienced ongoing entrepreneurial growth across industries including technology, creative services, retail, and independent consulting, creating increased demand for educational resources that support long-term business development.
Program Will Include Workshops, Digital Resources, and Community Engagement
As part of the launch, the initiative plans to introduce a series of educational workshops focused on practical financial management for entrepreneurs and independent professionals. These sessions are expected to cover budgeting systems, financial organization, understanding business expenses, and strategies for maintaining financial stability during periods of business growth or economic uncertainty.
In addition to in-person and virtual discussions, the initiative will include digital learning resources designed to make financial education more accessible to broader audiences. Planned materials include educational articles, financial planning guides, and informational content focused on helping entrepreneurs strengthen their understanding of business finance fundamentals.
The initiative will also encourage collaboration among entrepreneurs, small business owners, and professionals interested in improving financial awareness within their communities. By combining education with open discussion, the program aims to create opportunities for participants to exchange insights and experiences related to entrepreneurship and financial planning.
Detroit’s business landscape continues to evolve as more individuals pursue independent business ownership and alternative career paths. Financial education advocates have increasingly emphasized the importance of financial literacy in supporting long-term business sustainability, particularly among younger entrepreneurs entering competitive industries.
Jeremy Yono noted that many entrepreneurs focus heavily on product development or marketing while overlooking the importance of financial structure and planning during the early stages of business growth. The initiative seeks to encourage a more balanced approach by highlighting the role financial organization plays in operational stability and long-term decision-making.
“Strong financial habits can have a lasting impact on both personal and professional growth,” Yono said. “Entrepreneurs often face unpredictable challenges, and understanding how to manage finances responsibly can help create more flexibility and stability over time.”
The program is also expected to highlight the importance of long-term planning rather than short-term financial decision-making. Educational topics may include retirement planning for entrepreneurs, responsible investment strategies, and approaches to maintaining sustainable business operations during economic fluctuations.
Expanding Access to Practical Financial Education
The launch of the initiative reflects ongoing efforts to expand financial education opportunities beyond traditional academic settings. Many entrepreneurs develop their businesses independently without formal financial training, creating demand for accessible educational programs focused on practical application rather than technical theory alone.
Jeremy Yono’s initiative is intended to provide approachable financial education that aligns with the realities faced by small business owners and emerging professionals. By focusing on clear communication and practical instruction, the program aims to help participants develop stronger confidence in managing financial responsibilities tied to entrepreneurship and business growth.
The initiative also aligns with broader national conversations about financial literacy and economic mobility, particularly among younger generations pursuing independent business ownership. Industry observers continue to emphasize that financial education plays a critical role in supporting sustainable entrepreneurship and long-term economic participation.
Future plans for the program may include expanded workshop offerings, collaborative business events, and additional educational partnerships focused on strengthening financial awareness within entrepreneurial communities.

IR-MED and Dice Technologies Announce collaboration to Evaluate and Advance Pressure-Injury Prevention Platform in Japan
Rosh Pinna, Israel, September 16th, 2026, FinanceWire
- Letter of Intent (“LOI”) signed to cooperate in the evaluation, research support, localization, commercialization preparation and regulatory preparation of the PressureSafe
medical device in Japan. - Collaboration addresses a significant potential market need in Japan, which includes more than 36 million people aged 65 and older and approximately 8,000 hospitals, 13,600 long-term care facilities, and 16,000+ home-visit nursing stations.
- Strategic collaboration combines IR-MED’s infrared spectroscopy technology and proprietary algorithm with Dice Technologies’ capabilities in coordinating clinical evaluation, localization and regulatory preparation activities in Japan.
- Clinical research and evidence-generation activities are expected to include cooperation with the Department of Plastic Surgery at Kobe University, subject to required ethics review, institutional approvals and separate written arrangements.
IR-MED Ltd. (OTC: IRME) (the “Company” or “IR-Med”), developer of infrared spectroscopy-based medical device technology,, and Dice Technologies Co., Ltd., a leading Japanese healthcare digital transformation and medical IT provider, today announced the signing of a LOI. The LOI sets forth a framework for the parties to cooperate in the evaluation, research support, localization, commercialization preparation and regulatory preparation of IR-MED’s PressureSafe
device for the Japanese market. Except for certain provisions relating to confidentiality and data protection, intellectual property rights, and device management, return and disposal, the LOI is not intended to create legally binding obligations between the parties.
Ultimately, the partnership is driven by a shared, transformative vision: Build pressure-injury prevention platform — device, AI, and EHR systems unified across hospitals, LTC, and home care nation wide
The parties intend to evaluate PressureSafe
for use in hospitals, long-term care facilities and home healthcare settings in Japan, with a focus on supporting the assessment of early signs of pressure injuries.
PressureSafe
is a medical device that uses infrared technology to support the assessment of early changes associated with pressure injuries and skin conditions. It provides real-time, on-site, non-thermal and blood-flow-related indicators intended to support, and not replace, the clinical judgment of nurses and physicians. PressureSafe
combines infrared spectroscopy with a proprietary algorithm and is intended to support the assessment of early signs of pressure injuries.
Market Need in Japan
Japan is facing an unprecedented demographic and systemic challenge. With an aging population of 36.19 million individuals aged 65 and older (29.4% of the total population), national care expenditures have reached a record ¥11.94 trillion. Concurrently, the healthcare sector is bracing for a projected shortage of hundreds of thousands of nurses and approximately 300,000 care workers.
This convergence of an aging population and severe workforce shortages has driven a significant increase in the prevalence of pressure injuries—particularly in the rapidly growing home care sector, which reports a 1.93% prevalence rate. To address this, Japan requires scalable, technology-assisted care solutions across its approximately 8,000 hospitals (1.2 million beds), 13,600 long-term care facilities (1.0 million residents), and 18,042 home-visit nursing agencies.
A complementary Strategic Synergy
The collaboration between IR-MED and Dice Technologies represents a highly complementary alignment of technological innovation and domestic operational mastery.
- The Technology & Science Engine (IR-MED): IR-MED brings its proprietary PressureSafe
sensors, predictive AI algorithms, and a foundation of global clinical data. The technology addresses the crucial “Layer 1” of early risk assessment—sub-epidermal tissue health—providing objective metrics to a field that has historically relied on subjective visual observation. - The Domestic Commercial & Integration Leader (Dice Technologies): Dice Technologies will lead and coordinate the evaluation program in Japan. Leveraging an established nationwide footprint serving over 1,000 clinics well-distributed across Japan, Dice Technologies will support Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices Agency (“PMDA”) consultation preparation and regulatory communications in Japan.. Crucially, Dice Technologies bridges the gap between device and daily workflow by integrating PressureSafe
data into its existing CareNest platform and domestic Electronic Health Records (“EHR” ), creating a seamless data flow from the hospital to the patient’s home.
Phased Rollout and Clinical Validation
The partnership will execute a highly structured, reverse L-shaped Go-to-Market strategy. The initial phase will focus on real-world evaluations in long-term care (“LTC”) and home-visit settings to generate clinical utility data and user feedback.
Simultaneously, the partners will advance rigorous clinical research and PMDA consultation to support the regulatory pathway for PressureSafe
in Japan. This validation process will be bolstered by anticipated cooperation with Japanese clinical leaders, including the Department of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Kobe University, subject to required ethics review, institutional approvals and separate written arrangements.
Executive Commentary
Ken Ishiga, President and Representative Director of Dice Technologies Co., Ltd., stated, “Japan’s care crisis cannot be solved with isolated tools. We must unify prevention, observation, and discharge support. By combining IR-MED’s extraordinary ‘sensing the invisible’ technology with our EHR integrations and CareNest platform, we are delivering on our shared vision to build a continuous, patient-centered care infrastructure that supports our overstretched healthcare workforce over the long term.”
“Entering the Japanese market requires more than just groundbreaking technology; it requires a deep integration into the local care ecosystem. In Dice Technologies, we have found the perfect partner,” said Dr. Yaniv Cohen, Interim CEO and Chief Scientific Officer of IR-MED. “Their expertise in medical IT, their impressive footprint serving over 1,000 care facilities, and their ability to navigate PMDA regulations make them the ideal catalyst for PressureSafe
. Together, we are not just evaluating a device; we are working toward a new national standard for objective, preventive care.”

Dominican Republic’s Permitting Overhaul Drives 157% Gain in Construction Investment
By operationalizing the model set out in former tech executive Rainier Mallol’s paper “The Operative Republic,” the Ministry of Housing issued 85% more licenses in the first half of 2026
Dominican Republic, 16th Sep 2026 —The Dominican Republic recorded a 157% increase in private housing investment in the first half of 2026, driven in part by a rebuilt construction permitting process. Permits rose 85%, translating into RD$3,301.91 million (USD $5.6 billion) in additional construction investment. The gains follow reforms led by Rainier Mallol, then Director of Digital Transformation at the Ministry of Housing, who rebuilt permitting around the principles set out in his paper The Operative Republic: shared digital public infrastructure spanning identity, workflows, rules, registries, payments, and audit trails, rather than isolated digital procedures bolted onto existing bureaucracy.
“We matched all of last year’s licensing output in seven months, with more technical rigor, since controls that used to depend on the reviewer are now enforced by the system,” Mallol said. The approach was adopted as the technology base of the Construction Permits Modernization Plan. The Central Bank of the Dominican Republic now ranks construction as the fastest-growing sector this year, up 14.9% in June, citing faster approval of new works among the drivers. In fact, construction has become the Dominican Republic’s fastest-growing sector as tech-driven permitting reform adds $5.6 billion.
The Minister of Housing has since been appointed Minister of Foreign Affairs, with Mallol serving as his senior advisor. He is now applying the same operating model to consular services and diplomatic case management. “The same digital public infrastructure we built in housing will be used in consular services and diplomatic relationship management,” Mallol said. “We are turning theory into practice, affecting GDP and public satisfaction with government. These ideas are replicable across departments.”
Mallol’s background spans government modernization, public-sector data systems, COVID-19 technology response, digital infrastructure, and international public-service technology work, including emerging-technology ventures. He has held senior government technology roles, led 60-person and 28-person technology teams across the private and public sectors, and negotiated multi-million-dollar infrastructure budgets for nationwide software systems and cross-ministerial data integrations. He has spoken on technology policy in Japan, Malaysia, Panama, the U.S., the UAE, Chile, and the Dominican Republic, and holds a Master’s in Public Administration in International Development from Harvard University.
