Baytec®SPR Waterproof Membrane: Sustained Integrity Over 20 Years

Hydroseal’s Baytec®SPR waterproof membrane has been extensively validated through real-world applications over the past two decades. Rigorous testing and on-site evaluations confirm that Baytec®SPR maintains its integrity and functionality even after 20 years, with projections suggesting a potential lifespan of up to 40 years based on the aging curve of reactive polyurethane elastomers.

A Strategic Partnership for Superior Quality

Hydroseal’s success with Baytec®SPR is bolstered by a 20-year collaboration with Germany’s Covestro (formerly Bayer Material Science). This partnership has enabled the development of a unique waterproofing system tailored to withstand the challenging subtropical climate of Taiwan, characterized by high humidity, frequent rain, extreme temperatures, and seismic activity.

Prominent hotels such as the Taipei Marriott Hotel, Taichung Hoshinoya Hotel, and Singapore’s Shangri-La Hotel have also adopted Baytec®SPR for their waterproofing needs, further cementing its reputation for excellence.

Celebrating 20 Years of Excellence

In 2024, Hydroseal hosted the “Taiwan Hydroseal Baytec®SPR 20-Year Sampling Witness Conference,” attracting industry leaders and experts. During this event, third-party laboratories conducted thorough on-site testing and sampling, verifying that Baytec®SPR continues to deliver outstanding waterproofing performance, tensile strength, crack resistance, and concrete protection despite two decades of environmental challenges. These findings underscore Baytec®SPR’s ability to exceed a lifespan of 30 years, with an anticipated durability of over 40 years.

Innovative Application: Protecting Art and Infrastructure

Hydroseal has also pioneered the application of its waterproofing technology in art protection. In May 2024, the company unveiled the “Taiwan Hydroseal Baytec®SPR Rain Museum” in Taipei. This unique exhibition placed artworks under heavy rain for over 36 hours, demonstrating Baytec®SPR’s exceptional waterproofing capabilities. The event, attended by distinguished guests and industry professionals, concluded with all artworks remaining completely unharmed, showcasing the membrane’s effectiveness even in extreme conditions.

A Legacy of Quality and Craftsmanship

Hydroseal’s chairwoman, Jennifer Tseng, expressed confidence in the company’s engineering quality, stating, “Baytec®SPR can protect the most delicate artworks. We invite everyone to entrust their bridges, factories, and residential buildings’ waterproofing to Taiwan Hydroseal.” Co-founder and general manager Thomas Yang emphasized the brand’s commitment to craftsmanship and durability, ensuring that their waterproofing solutions stand the test of time.

Euro Stablecoins Added $263 Million in a Year, Up 54%, While Dollar Supply Fell, DIA Study Finds

Published

on

Zug, Switzerland, November 5th, 2026, ZEX PR WIRE, DIA, the trustless blockchain oracle network, today published “The New Stablecoin Fragmentation,” a large study of 140+ active stablecoins from nearly 100 issuers in 25 currencies, built on DIA’s Global Stablecoin Map, a public dashboard. It finds euro stablecoins added $263 million in the year to 19 October, up 54%, while dollar stablecoin supply fell 1.3%. At $790 million, the euro is now the largest non-dollar stablecoin market.

Banks already issue 29% of euro stablecoins, and a 37-bank consortium is next

SG-FORGE’s EURCV and Banking Circle’s EURI hold 29% of euro stablecoin supply. EURCV is the fastest-growing large euro coin, up two and a half times since March. Crédit Agricole launched its own coin, EURXT, in July. Qivalis, a consortium of 37 banks, received its Dutch e-money licence on 14 October and expects to issue within months. The ECB’s Pontes platform, which settles tokenized assets in central bank money, went live on 21 September.

Euro stablecoins carry 8.5% of onchain card spending, more than 30 times their share of supply

Euro stablecoin card spending reached $459 million in the twelve months to September, more than five times the prior year. Circle’s EURC accounted for 80% of it and Monerium’s EURe for the rest. That is 8.5% of all traceable onchain stablecoin card spending, against the euro’s 0.26% share of stablecoin supply.

Euro stablecoins are used in DeFi at more than ten times the rate of USDT

About 35% of euro stablecoin supply is deployed in DeFi, against 2.7% for USDT. On Token Terminal’s measure, a single Steakhouse-curated Morpho vault holds most of EURCV. Without that vault, the euro share falls to about USDC’s level of 12.9%. Euro lending markets total about €130 million, with roughly 72% borrowed. Meanwhile, ESMA told licensed firms in October to wind down custody and transfer services for non-compliant stablecoins such as USDT by early 2027.

“Two stablecoins can represent the same currency and still be entirely different products,” said Zygis Marazas, Head of Product at DIA. “A coin used for payments on Tron, one backing loans in DeFi and one listed on a MiCA-licensed exchange carry different risks, publish different proof-of-reserve disclosures and answer to different regulatory frameworks. Designing a stablecoin has to start with the rails it runs on, the customers it serves and the market it is built for.”

MiCA sets one rulebook across the EU, and 98% of euro supply is already licensed

Under MiCA, euro stablecoin issuers must hold full reserves and redeem at par. In December 2023, issuers now licensed under MiCA accounted for 27% of euro stablecoin supply. Today they account for 98%, and unlicensed coins have shrunk from €195 million to about €12 million.

About DIA

DIA is a trustless blockchain oracle network. Its modular, rollup-based design enables verifiable sourcing and delivery of any data to any blockchain. The network is permissionless, allowing anyone to deploy oracles, operate nodes and participate as stakers in the distributed data sourcing process. For more information, visit diadata.org.

Data notes

DIA does not issue stablecoins. Data as of 20 October 2026; supply growth, the euro total and the euro’s share of supply as of 19 October 2026. Supply and growth come from DIA’s Global Stablecoin Map, which uses DeFiLlama circulating supply and DIA’s own onchain contract reads for coins DeFiLlama does not track. Growth compares the same coins at the end of October 2025 and on 19 October 2026, when they rose from $487 million to $750 million. Coins with no supply data a year earlier, mainly Banking Circle’s EURI, add about $39 million more. Card spending comes from Paymentscan, October 2025 to September 2026, and covers EURC and EURe spending whose funding is traceable onchain. DeFi share uses Token Terminal (12 October 2026); lending figures come from DIA’s lending data. The Global Stablecoin Map updates daily, so its live figures will differ from this 19 October snapshot.

Hola Prime’s Second Deloitte Review Confirms 99.9% One-Hour Payouts, Zero Denials Across $8.43M in Payouts

Published

on

New York, USA, November 5th, 2026, FinanceWire

12-month operational review of 2.3M trades and 139,000+ accounts confirms 99.9% of payout requests processed in under one hour with zero payout denials.

Hola Prime, a global proprietary trading firm, today announced the publication of its second independent operational review conducted by Deloitte. Expanding its commitment to industry accountability under its new “The Whole Truth” campaign, the 12-month evaluation provides an comprehensive, data-driven look into the firm’s trade execution, account journeys, and payout performance.

Unlike standard industry marketing claims, the review offers complete operational visibility by evaluating 6,315 payout transactions, 139,320 account records, and approximately 2.3 million trade records across three major trading platforms.

Key Findings from the 12-Month Independent Review:

  • Payout Processing Performance: 99.9% of payout requests were processed within one hour, backing Hola Prime’s signature 1-Hour Payout commitment. The average payout processing time across the reviewed transactions was 31 minutes.
  • Capital Distributed: $8.43 million was paid out to traders over the last 12-month period till 15th Oct’26, with more than 50% of funded traders receiving more than one (multiple payouts).
  • Zero Payout Denials: No payout requests were denied during the 12-month assessment period, with 100% of the requests raised, resulting in successful payouts.
  • Zero Median Slippage: Trade execution quality across 2.3 million trade records revealed zero median slippage on cTrader across all 10 of Hola Prime’s most frequently traded instruments.
  • Unfiltered Performance Data: Evaluation pass rates ranged between 22.53% and 32.41% across account plans, reflecting the real traders’ outcomes rather than curated success stories.

“Every prop firm claims they pay their traders, we believe traders deserve proof over promises,” said Somesh Kapuria, CEO of Hola Prime. “That’s why we’ve opened 12 months of operational data to independent scrutiny for the second time. We are publishing the reviewed numbers by a reputed Big four Audit firm, that make us proud alongside the realistic metrics that usually get hidden behind marketing spin. Trust shouldn’t be requested; it must be demonstrated.”

Through The Whole Truth initiative, Hola Prime is challenging the broader proprietary trading sector to move away from unverified payout screenshots and adopt regular, third-party operational verification as standard practice.

The full Deloitte review is available to the public at www.holaprime.com.

Interest in Indoor Playgrounds Jumps 44% in Philadelphia as November Arrives

Published

on

Searches for indoor playgrounds climb as soon as the cold arrives, a pattern Playspace by Kidology also sees with families at its two locations.

Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States, 5th Nov 2026 — Every year, Playspace by Kidology sees families head indoors as the cold arrives. While reviewing search trends as part of its seasonal marketing research, the team found that the same shift shows up clearly online. According to search data from Ahrefs, a search research platform, searches for “indoor playground philadelphia” run 37% above their yearly average in November and keep climbing through the season: 19% above average in December, 66% above in January and still 14% to 17% above in February and March. From April to September, the same searches fall 12% to 36% below average.

Interest in Indoor Playgrounds Jumps 44% in Philadelphia as November Arrives

Google Trends shows the same pattern over a longer period. Across the past five years in the Philadelphia area, interest in “indoor playground” has been about 44% higher in November than in October, and it has reached its highest point between December and February every winter.

The timing follows the weather. Average highs in Philadelphia drop from about 56°F in November to about 40°F in January, the coldest month of the year, with average lows in the mid-20s. The pattern is national too: searches for “indoor playground near me” average about 44,000 a month in the U.S. and reach their highest point in January, 27% above average.

“We see it every year at our own front door: as soon as the cold sets in, more families come in looking for somewhere warm where their little ones can climb, run and burn off energy,” said Luba Patlakh Kaplun, founder of Kidology. “When we looked at the search data, it showed the same thing, and it starts earlier than many people think. Winter is long in Philadelphia, and for parents of toddlers and young kids, an indoor playground is one of the easiest ways to keep active play in the week, whatever the weather.”

What the numbers mean for Philadelphia families

  1. Winter planning starts in November, not January. Local searches for indoor playgrounds are already 37% above average in November. Families who line up their cold-weather outings now have a plan before the January peak.
  2. Birthday party venues are booked early. Nationally, searches for kids’ birthday party venues run 49% above average in November and 58% above in January, so winter and spring party dates go quickly.
  3. Indoor play isn’t only a winter thing. There is a second, smaller rise in summer: searches for indoor activities for kids are 30% above average in July, when the heat keeps families inside.
